World’s Largest Collection of Exotic Racing Engines and Vintage Speed Equipment Regardless of whether you are a gearhead, collector, or casual observer, the Speedway Motors Museum of American Speed will not disappoint.

• 150,000 square feet • 800 vintage engines • 100’s of race cars and historic automobiles • Many one of a kind artifacts

Founded in 1992 by “Speedy” Bill Smith and Joyce Smith. The collection results from the Smiths’ personal involvement in racing and hot rodding, and their passion for collecting and preserving racing and automotive history.

“If you love life, you will love the Museum of American Speed. There are thousands of physical examples from persons who lived, loved, and had the passion for speed.”

Tour Nebraska York, Nebraska June 3 and 4 Our 25th Year Celebration

We are a state wide special interest vehicle association – now in our 28th year – since it was recognized that an association representing owners all across Nebraska was something that was needed to protect our interests and promote the good will of those who cherish vintage vehicles. We provide our members with legislative awareness and representation. We work with Nebraska Tech Schools providing scholarships for the next generation of ‘car people”. We can help you with vehicle titling issues and keep you informed on the news in this sport. And we are a bargain – only $15 provides a membership for you and your spouse. We promote events such as Tour Nebraska and An Afternoon in Railroad town. Check us out on our web site nrca.wildapricot.org – you can join there and register for Tour Nebraska too all at the same time.
