Kearn has been in business for over 23 years. She says she has seen her share of highs and lows, including many health challenges. She lost a liter and half of blood twice in 2018. Doctors discovered multiple blood clots in both lungs in 2009 and then she was diagnosed with pulmonary 2 hypertension. Kearn says, “Putting God first, paying my tithes and offerings and pray has gotten me through everything.”

Kearn is a speaker, coach, entrepreneur, author and collaborator. She is the owner of PRN Home Care which is 23 years old. She’s invested over 30 years in the healthcare field and holds a degree in Occupational Therapy. She is co-founder and director of Success Women’s Conference, which reached 17,000 attendees this year. She is the creator of the Power Up Summit and Level Up Your Visibility and ProFtability. She produced “Trailblazers Who Lead” with 29 co-authors.

She is co-owner of PRN Home Care with her husband, Dennis Cherry, and they have served the caregivers on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 23 years.

Kearn coaches people on “Create Your Own Profitable Event.” Her latest anthology book project is “Make It Happen.” She is seeking co-authors to join this project. She will present Level Up Virtual Summit in April 2021 and Power Up Virtual Summit in June 2021.
