ABOUT LASHONDRA Dr. LaSondra Barnes is the founder and CEO of Royal One Enterprise, an empowerment company utilizing life coaching, Bible teaching, speaking, and consulting to equip women with the confidence to embrace the royal woman within by discovering their purpose, embracing their identity, and engaging faith tenaciously. As a life and spiritual coach, her mission is to provide a partnership that encourages, inspires and uplifts women to discover and unlock their full potential. LaSondra holds a doctorate in ministry from George Fox University, a master of divinity from Western Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She is the author of “Rejected to Accepted: Learning to Love Myself after Adversity” and host of the Royal One Podcast.

ABOUT SHANTERA Shantera Chatman, president of PowHer Consulting, chose to blaze her own trail as she became a successful transformation consultant, speaker, and community leader. From the moment she earned her degree from Texas A&M University, to the beginning of her stellar career at NASA as well as founding The Chatman Women’s Foundation in Houston, Texas, Shantera developed a set of guiding principles for developing strong cultures that made her successful at many Fortune 500 companies. She now shares those principles to empower others.
