¿Por qué es importante una Landing Page?
U
Un usuario hace clic sobre un enlace patrocinado o banner porque se siente atraído por él. Será enviado a una página con las mismas palabras claves utilizadas en el anuncio pago: una LANDING PAGE O PÁGINA DE ATERRIZAJE. El truco de la Landing Page está en saber mantener las expectativas que el banner o enlace ha despertado en el navegante: si sus expectativas no se ven cumplidas, el visitante abandonará la página a los pocos segundos con el correspondiente perjuicio en el retorno de la inversión publicitaria (ROI). La importancia de la Landing Page radica en el hecho de que el usuario que llegue a ella tan sólo se tomará unos pocos segundos para decidir si le interesa lo que allí ve y se le ofrece, o por el contrario, no encuentra lo anunciando en el enlace o banner o la cantidad de información le abruma como suele suceder en las páginas de inicio de portales o microsites.
Lo ideal es que sea una página diseñada especialmente para obtener el mayor número de conversiones para la campaña, que tenga la eficacia para vender sus productos o servicios: información clara y definida, hacer que la compra sea fácil, con uno o dos clics, y que no tenga demasiados vínculos que puedan frustrar al cliente. Entrevista de trabajo... ¿Que me pongo? ¿Estas próxima a una entrevista laboral? ¿No sabes que ponerte? Creo que eso nos ha pasado a todas! Tenemos que encontar el outfit perfecto, ya que nuestra imagen es lo primero a evaluar en una entrevista. Aqui te dare algunos tips, para que tengas una imagen perfecta en tu próxima entrevista. El outfit depende del estilo de trabajo al cual estas postulando. Esto es muy importante ya que algunas empresas requieren de una
imagen mas seria que otras. ¿Vas a postular a un trabajo ejecutivo, que requiere de una imagen seria? o vas a postular a un trabajo creativo, como por ejemplo un trabajo de diseñador,publicista, etc. En ambos casos, tu imagen tiene que ser impecable,la diferencia es que, una entrevista para un trabajo creativo es mas libre y menos conservador (pero sin irse al extremo) en cambio en una entrevista de trabajo ejecutivo, el outfit tiene que ser un poco mas conservador.
Entrevista para un trabajo ejecutivo ¿Falda o pantalón? Ambas opciones son perfectas para una entrevista de este tipo. Si optas por un pantalón no debe ser muy pegado,ni muy a la cadera, debe ser plano, sin estampados ni aplicaciones. Si optas por una falda, NO debe ser una mini! Debes elegir una falda a la rodilla, bajo la rodilla ó 4 dedos por encima de la rodilla como máximo. Una excelente opción,que esta en tendencia, es una falda lapiz a la cintura. Tambien puedes considerar un vestido casual a la rodilla(color negro,camello o neutros), sin escotes llamativos, ni estampados,bastante recatado.
Una de las prendas clave para una entrevista es un blazer. Puedes usarlo con falda, pantalón o vestido y en las 3 opciones queda muy bien. COLORES: Los colores recomendados son los azules, blancos, negros y los neutros, como tonalidades de grises y beige. El negro es un color que nunca falla, pero NO en todo el outfit, es recomendable combinarlo para quitarle rigidez. ACCESORIOS Y COMPLEMENTOS: Joyas que no llamen mucho la atención, como aretes chicos, collares y pulseras discretas y un reloj no muy llamativo. Zapatos con taco, cómodos. No taco aguja, ni sandalias. MAQUILLAJE Y PEINADO: Maquillaje suave,que no distraiga la mirada y si tienes el cabello largo,lo mejor es llevarlo recogido. Perfume suave,y en uñas un color sobrio.

How are you picking your money manager?

We all make decisions, every day. What we will wear, what exercise routine to follow, which way is the best route to beat the rush hour traffic, who we will invite to which event and whom to marry or with whom to go into business. Engaging our logic, doing our “homework’ or due diligence on big projects is essential. We rely on past experience and wisdom to guide us and then we go “with our gut”. But, when it comes to picking a financial advisor or money manager-do we apply as much diligence? Think about this one, really…We work hard for the things we have, we put in a lot of manpower and time into our money and our legacy (no matter to what size it has accumulated). We strive to have a career that develops and satisfies our passion and intelligence, we are careful to do the best job with the projects at hand. Why not be more conscious, considerate and deliberate when finding an advisor? Oftentimes, a professional is selected because they are the brother or sister of a friend. Then there is the neighbor’s uncle, or we choose the professional that we received one referral on and did so because they were the only choice and it was convenient and easy to get through. Is that really the best thing for you and your loved ones? I believe the answer lies in the fact that many of us are simply uncomfortable talking about money. We do not understand the industry and quite frankly do not want to be bothered with the task of what is perceived to be a great challenge with many uncertainties. The irony is that then we think we know what is best for us! Here is the kicker; you do not need to understand all the ins and outs, because there are thousands of ways to invest a portfolio. What you do need to know, is how to judge character and what resources are available to you to check their background, license and historic records. This month, I would like to offer some advice on what to ask a financial planner and give you some resources (websites) were you can go

and look into the background and report of your prospective financial advisor(s). Check records at www.finra.org (keyword: Broker Check), log on to myfloridacfo.com to check compliance and if nothing else, Google the person’s name and see what comes up (www.google.com) At the end of the day, picking the right advisor is just as important as your accountant, your CPA and/or attorney. Talking to your friends and comparing notes is a start but a step further would be to be open-minded about meeting a new advisor. Take the time to meet and ask the professional for references, or allow the references to call you! Finding an advisor is similar to finding the right rabbi, priest, counselor, best friend!! Not every shoe will fit, and not every advisor will specialize in the needs of you and your family.

Fraudes piramidales en internet La autoridad estadounidense de regulación del sector financiero (Finra) advirtió a los inversores sobre los fraudes piramidales que se llevan a cabo en internet utilizando las redes sociales como Twitter o Facebook. Estos programas proponen rendimientos espectaculares de 20, 30 o incluso el 100% por día y utilizan las redes sociales para "crear la ilusión de un consenso social sobre la legitimidad de estas inversiones", precisa la Finra en un comunicado. Los estafadores recurren a un sistema piramidal (o 'esquema de Ponzi'), que se puso a prueba en el mundo real de la mano del financiero Bernard Madoff, encarcelado por haber montado una estafa de unos 50.000 millones de dólares. "Son inversiones no repertoriadas vendidas por individuos que utilizan sitios de internet", agregó la autoridad de regulación. An Unusual Way to Cure a Migraine Headache

What do you do when your head starts to throb, light seems like it’s stabbing you in the eye, every tiny noise increases that pain inside your head? It’s another migraine. You’re not alone, 25 million Americans suffer from debilitating migraines, and 75% of them are female. While many people think it’s normal to have migraines once in awhile, it is not. And many people think it is normal to suffer year after year. It is not. So, what is the answer? The usual “cures” don’t work. The over the counter medication briefly masks the symptoms. Prescription drugs sometimes alleviate the pain, but more often they do not provide real relief and carry tons of side effects. That’s because the drugs don’t get to the cause of the problem. WHAT CAUSES MIGRAINES? No one knows for sure, but research shows that it may be caused by changes to the brainstem, specifically to a major pain pathway, the trigeminal nerve. It may also be affected by a chemical imbalance of serotonin in your brain, which

regulates pain in your body. Other triggers can be food, stress, or even medications. Ask yourself, if I keep doing the same thing over and over again am I going to see different results? (Definition of insanity.) If you don’t get to the root of the problem, it’s not likely things will get better and they could very well get worse. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, that’s the definition of insanity. Instead, please consider a way to alleviate your pain, without OTC and expensive pharmaceuticals. That is a type of Chiropractic called Upper Cervical Care. It focuses on re-connecting your brain and body so that your body functions better and can heal itself. It is a very gentle technique that involves no twisting, and no cracking. The Upper Cervical area of your neck is the most important part of your body, especially when it come to migraines. Incluso son varios los destinos de viaje que ofrecen este dulce brebaje a sus habitantes y a los turistas. 6) What is your greatest fear? VF: My greatest fear is to live to be 90, lose my health, and run out of resources. 7) What are your regrets? VF: I have had an outstanding life, accomplished all the key elements I could have dreamed for. Very few regrets. 8) What is your next career move? Discover Your Beauty & Fashion Show 2012 On September 23, 2012 we had the honor to experience and video shoot the “Discover Your Beauty & Fashion Show 2012” event at the Pirate's Adventure on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. This event was founded and created by A.J. Gonzalez and Jose Bethencourt of AJ Photography. The show was hosted/MC by David Octavio Gandell, two times cancer survivor with a special support focus in the show was for the children fighting against cancer and the Venezuelan Heritage. Jackie

Espinosa of Adanse Art Academy directed the choreography for the children who came out in pirate costumes to the song “We are the Champions”. These children are true “champions” in the struggle to fight cancer everyday of their lives. With over 10 Fashion Designers, 45 Exhibitors, 75 Top Models and 45 professional dancers at this event celebrating its 7th Anniversary. A special thanks to all that participated in this event including all local media personalities, politicians, journalist, and many others.

Fish Escabeche - 3 filet of white firm fish - 1/3 cup red vinegar - 1 fresh yellow chili cut in slices - 1 fresh spring mint - 3/4 cup vegetable oil - 1 garlic cloves chopped - 2 tablespoons sundried yellow chili paste - 1 onion cut in thick slices - Flour - Salt - Pepper - Cumin - 2 hard-boiled eggs - 1 sweet potatoes, cooked and thickly sliced - Lettuce for decoration and black olive PREPARATION Combine vinegar, onion, hot pepper and mint in a bowl. Let stand por 1 hour. Wash and pat dry fish. Combine salt, pepper and flour and coat fish.Fry in hot oil (1/2 cup approx). Save covered. In separate skillet fry garlic, paste chili, salt, pepper and dash of cumin. Add vinegar mixture with onions and yellow hot peppers. Bring to boil. In platter place fish, top with onion sauce. Let cool. Decorate with lettuce leaves, sweet potatos, hard-boiled eggs halved and black olives.
Escabeche de Pesacdo - 3 filetes de pescado blanco - 1/3 de taza de vinagre rojo - 1 aji amariilo fresco cortado en laminas - 1 ramita de yerbabuena fresca - 3/4 taza de aceite vegetal - 1 diente de ajo picado - 2 cucharadas de pasta de aji amarillo - 1 cebolla picada en laminas gruesas - Harina - Sal - Pimienta - Comino - 2 huevos duros - 1 camote, cocido y cortado en laminas gruesas - Lechuga para decoracion y aceitunas negras.
PREPARACION Combinar vinagre, cebolla, aji y hierbabuena en un bol. Dejar macerar por 1 hora. Lavar y secar el pescado. Combinar sal, pimienta y ahoria y cubrir el pescado. Freir en aceite caliente (1/2 taza aprox). Separar y cubrir. En otra sarten freir el ajo, pasta de aji, sal, pimienta y un toque de comino. A単adir la maceracion de vinagre, cebolla y aji. Hervir. Luego poner en un platon el pescado, encima la salsa de cebolla. Dejar enfriar. Decorar con hojas de lechuga, camote y huevos en mitades y aceiturnas negras.
Flan
Crema volteada
- 1/2 cup sugar - 3 large eggs - 1 can sweatened condensed milk - 1 3/4 cup whole milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 taza azucar - 3 huevos - 1 lata de leche condensada - 1 3/4 taza leche entera - 1 cucharadita de extracto de vanilla - 1/4 cucharadita de sal
PREPARATION Heat oven to 325 degree F Cook sugar in heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until completely melted and caramel-colored. Working quickly, carefully pour into an 5 cup fluted tube pan. Whisk eggs in large bowl, whisk in sweetened condensed mik, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour eggs mixture into molds over caramelized sugar. Fill larger bakin dish with 1 inches of hot water. Set cups in larger shallow pan. Bake 25 minutes or until custard is set. Carefully remove mold from hot water. Cool on wire rack 1 hour. Cover and chill several hours. To serve invert onto serving plate.

PREPARACION Calentar el horno a 325 grados F. Cocinar el azucar en una ollita a medio fuego, mover frecuentemente hasta que este completamente disuelto y tenga color caramelo. Rapidamente cubrir los 5 moldes por todo los lados. Batir los huevos en un bol grande, batir con la leche condensada, leche entera, vainilla y sal. Poner la mezcla de los huevos en los moldes caramelizados. Llenar un molde grande con 1 pulgada de agua caliente. Acomodar los moldes sobre el molde grande. Hornear por 25 minutos o hasta que este listo.Cuidadosamente sacar los moldes del agua caliente. Enfriar sobre la rejilla por 1 hora. Cubrir y dejar enfriar por horas. Para servir invertirlo sobre el plato de servir.
