Virtual is not equal to reality

Virtual is not equal to Reality.

Virtual is related to something that is made, done, seen, etc. on a computer, rather than in the real world. However, what if the ‘virtual’ comes out from computer to control the real world? This is Miku Yasuhira’s full imagination of what would happen.

Personal Computers is first produced in 1960s, which many people should be working in order to use one personal computer. However, compare to today is reciprocal from the past; one person can use many computers (just for people who is in special technology job). What usual people like usual computer users, designers, etc. are using is mouse. We use pointer to click and work on computer. This is one of the ways of using PC. However, what if the pointer (cursors) moves by them and move around the real world? “Virtual vs. Reality” is the topic of what people estimate to happen in the future if the computers are developed too much and produce A.I (Artificial Intelligence). However, my topic in one sentence is “Virtual and Reality”, means ʻwhat if virtual world and the reality is mixed upʼ. This topic is totally my imagination of how it is going to be like if virtual world (cursors) come out from computers. It should be fun at first since computers can do anything. However, the “doing any thing” will be problem since they could do anything in computer. (Like if they break something, they can fix immediately) but in reality, they canʼt be happened. Once something is broken, it cannot be fixed unless itʼs fixable. Since we can see difference of virtual drawing and photograph in my works, they are totally different. The virtual world can be look real, but itʼs ʻvirtual realityʼ. People die in the ʻvirtual realityʼ can revive like game (game is part of it) but in reality, itʼs not. Thus, the whole point is that real world is not as easy as virtual world.

At first, it may be convenience and fun to have cursors arouond us.

Smokers... althought they don’t smoke. Some may draw on people.

Soon or later, we wouldn’t need any paper works or books since we can put them in computer. Nowadays, it’s been like this. Is it always better to make everything convenient? Books are important.

It looks fun only to see in photograph, but what it happens in real? In virtual world, they can be fixed, but in real life, it may cause accidents.

The virtual cursors may influence children, and delete unwanted adults.

They can do whatever they want since all the things may not affect them. It is convenience to for example, “Convert to Expensive Cars” or “Fix Traffic Jam”, with right click, but what would happen to people inside the car?
