We occasionally hear comments from homeowners that “The Board doesn’t do anything but spend money.” Certainly, if you look at the agenda items and/or attend a Board meeting, you could certainly get that impression. Many of the items on the agenda do concern the approvals for expenditure of funds on behalf of the Association.

What you may not realize is that one of the primary functions of the Board is to approve expenditures. Staff does not have the authority to approve purchases or determine how the HOA’s money is spent. Within the framework of the annual budget – all projects, equipment, new capital, and repairs are brought to the Board for final approval.

In most cases, these items start with research, requests, and estimates from our department heads. They then go to the committee that is responsible for that area (like Golf or Fitness). The committee determines if it is appropriate or suitable. If approved, it can then move forward to the master Board. The Board has the final authority and responsibility to approve or reject the item for consideration.

One of the most important mandates that a Board has (from both Nevada Statute and Sun City Summerlin’s governing documents) is to maintain the community and its property values. If a Board fails to keep the properties up, lets equipment fall into disrepair, or allows the community to show its age, it fails to do its job. In a 35-yearold development like ours it becomes increasingly important to keep our community attractive to potential new buyers. We are competing with newer and more modern developments. Just drive around all the new communities popping up on the other side of the 215 and you will see what we are being compared to.

The Board works very hard to keep our properties looking great and to continue to learn what amenities are desired. Things change over the years, and we must be responsive to the needs of our evolving homeowners and residents. An example is pickleball. When Del Webb created Sun City Summerlin there was no such thing, and no need for courts. Today it is the fastest growing sport in America and something that potential buyers look for. The Pickleball Club is one of our largest groups, with nearly 300 members! If the Board had not acted to create, and then to expand the pickleball courts, we would not be as desirable to many buyers. We will never be all things to all people. But we will do our best to continue to be a leading HOA in Nevada, and in the U.S. Your support and consideration are greatly appreciated. Please continue to let us know your questions, concerns, and thoughts about our community.

Candidate Call for the Board Election

If you would like to be more involved in our great community and if you are an owner in good standing with the Association and have an interest in serving the community, you are eligible to run for the Sun City Board of Directors.

The Sun City Summerlin Community Association, Inc., Board of Directors are elected by the Sun City community homeowners. It is the Board of Directors responsibility to conduct the affairs of the Association and work with the Executive Director who conducts the day-to-day operations. There are a variety of Board committees overseeing the Sun City Summerlin Resident experience.

The Board is made up of nine directors who serve three-year terms and serve as Chairs on a variety of committees. The Board also works with the Association’s Executive Director and Department Directors in development of SCSCAI’s annual budget and to ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.

Every February, Sun City homeowners vote to replace members of the Board whose terms have expired. The deadline to submit a declaration of candidacy is 5 p.m., Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Candidate statements may be turned into the Administration Office at Mountain Shadows. For more information, please call Jane Cox, Executive Assistant, (702) 966-1408.

Toys For Tots

For the past twenty-nine years, Sun City Summerlin has taken part in this nationwide campaign promoted by the U.S. Marine Corps. This toy drive benefits needy children here in Las Vegas. If you would like to take part in this year’s Toys for Tots drive, you can drop off a new, unwrapped gift now at Mountain Shadows, Desert Vista, Sun Shadows or Pinnacle Community Centers until Friday, December 15, 2023. We need your help.

Volunteers should have some knowledge of income tax rules and some computer skills. You will be required to attend a one-week tax course and pass an open book proficiency exam. You will need to contribute at least four hours weekly during the tax season. Mountain Shadows will be open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from the beginning of February until April 15th.

If you would like to volunteer, you can register online at http://www.nvtaxaide.org. Please respond back before December 1st. For more information, contact Mike Sanders at 702-724-0476 or sandersmichael774@yahoo.com.

“As I See It . . . ”

Never Too Late

I never seem to have enough time to get everything on my list done each day, but lately I have been thinking about all the things that never got done and now seem to be missed opportunities. Some small projects such as cleaning out the overflowing cabinets in the garage, some large things such as that visit to family that was not taken, and some huge wishes such as pursuing a hobby or career that was always a dream.

resonates with the rhythm of our passions and aspirations. Every day presents an opportunity to rewrite our stories, to embark on uncharted paths, and to redefine what's possible. When we let go of the idea that certain goals must be reached by a certain age, we liberate ourselves to embrace growth and transformation at any stage.

So, whether you're a recent graduate stepping into the world, a mid-career professional seeking change, or a retiree contemplating a second act, remember this: your journey is unique, and your timeline is your own. I know a 93-year-old, who wanted to learn everything his iPhone could do so he could communicate with his grandchildren AND I know an 82-year-old who took up painting and won all sorts of awards for creativity, unique points of view, and sheer beauty. How about two 80-somethings who found each other and formed a relationship which is wonderful for both of them. Each step you take, regardless of when you take

Sometimes I just succumb to self-limiting thinking, but lately, I have been energized to take a good hard look and make some meaningful resolutions. I have come to the conclusion that there is always hope and encouragement… a message that resonates deeply with the human spirit: “It's never too late."

Life is an unpredictable journey, filled with twists, turns, and unexpected opportunities. Often, we find ourselves standing at crossroads, wondering if we missed our chance, if time has slipped through our fingers. But let me tell you, the notion that it's too late is merely a myth we impose upon ourselves.

Throughout history, countless individuals have defied conventional wisdom and societal norms to achieve their dreams later in life. Colonel Sanders founded KFC at the age of 65, proving that innovation and success are not bound by age. Vera Wang transitioned from a figure skater to a fashion designer at 40, illustrating that new beginnings can flourish even when we think time has passed us by.

Life's clock doesn't tick to a predetermined schedule; it

it, adds to the masterpiece of your life.

So, how does it serve us to limit ourselves, throttle our ambitions, or discredit our dreams? We can embrace the challenges that come your way, for they are the stepping stones towards our aspirations. Embrace the setbacks, for they are the teachers that guide us towards resilience. And above all, embrace the present moment, for it holds the power to shape our future.

We can cast aside the notion of "too late" and replace it with the belief that our dreams and aspirations are boundless. We can be inspired by those who have proven that age is but a number in the pursuit of greatness. As we navigate the chapters of our lives, we can realize that it's never too late to seize the reins of destiny and make our mark on the world.

We can… It Is Never Too LATE! Life is a challenge… let’s live fully each day we are given.

PS: I turned this column in 3 days late to the LINK office… and yet YOU are reading it today! “Never too late to try!”

HOA Inspection Practices – What to Expect and Why

I have been in the HOA business for over 30 years. During that time, I have received substantial feedback from people as to why they choose to live in a HOA. You may find it surprising to know that after they talk about the amenities they enjoy or the Clubs they have joined, they almost always add “So I know my neighbor’s properties will be maintained, and I do not have to address the issue directly with my neighbor”. It is no secret in the real estate industry that homes in a well-maintained HOA sell faster, and at a significantly higher price than those that are not.

While we know homeowners want the Community Standards enforced, we also know that they do not want to live in a community where enforcement is heavy handed or not uniformly enforced. Through our Community Standards office, we will be conducting regular inspections of the residential areas in an attempt to promote curb appeal and property values on our streets and neighborhoods.

As an Owner or resident in Sun City Summerlin, we must all follow certain Standards for the maintenance and changes to the exterior of our homes or landscaping. In addition, any changes or additions to these areas requires prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee. Increasingly, we are receiving reports of homeowners making additions or changes to the exterior of their homes or landscape areas that were never applied for or approved. This is not only a violation of the governing documents but is unfair to those who moved here expecting the rules to be enforced.

Without regular inspections of the residential areas, the Association may not be aware of a violation, and neighbors may feel resentful that the violation remains. Performing periodic inspections is beneficial to the well-being of the community, and especially to neighboring properties.

We understand that no one wants inspections done with an iron-fist, and our goal is to perform our tasks with a velvet glove approach. This means we will not be going house to house with a clipboard, but will simply be surveying our streets systematically, looking for obvious violations that can be seen from the street.

Some examples of the kinds of things we will be looking for are:

Ÿ Homes that need painting or repairs

Ÿ Weeds, dead plant material, or overgrown landscape

Ÿ Oil stains or other debris on driveways

Ÿ Stored equipment or supplies visible from the street

Ÿ Yard ornaments that exceed the size or number allowed

Ÿ Trash cans in view from the street or neighboring properties

Ÿ Changes or additions to landscaping or exterior that were not approved

For those who moved here because of our high community standards, we are sure the news of our increased inspection practices is a welcome addition to our compliance efforts. We are sure that you will see the benefits, as we review all properties to make sure they are well maintained and adhere to the overall style of this beautiful community that you call home.

We will begin our inspection process on November 1. Our plan will be to first notify Owners and residents of violations of the governing documents by sending a Courtesy Letter. This will afford them time to make corrections. If corrections are not made within the prescribed time frame a formal Violation Letter will be sent and the normal violation process will begin.

What is a Conceptual Idea? (CI)

At SCSCAI Committee Meetings and Board Meetings you will often hear the Chair, Board Members or others refer to an item being a CI. While many of you are familiar with the CI process, some of you may not be, so here it is.

As the Executive Director of Sun City Summerlin it is my role to listen to the wants and needs of the people who live in the community. Early in my career I found that many homeowners have ideas or desires that they would like considered. I also found, that often when a homeowner would express an idea it was shut down with little investigation and without input from the members of the community or the Board committees. I investigated ways to involve the stakeholders of an idea and to take the idea through a process that provides detailed information, pros, cons, costs and benefits while gathering comments and input from homeowners, staff, industry professionals and committees and presenting the findings that allow an educated decision to be made by the Association Committees and Board of Directors. Once completed the study is shared with the community and published in the community library and website for future reference.

CI stands for Conceptual Idea, but it also stands for Community Input. The process includes the following:

1. Casting the Line – Identifying the parameters of the project or idea to discover what the end goal is and creating a clear and concise introductory paragraph of the request.

2. Stakeholders – Identifying the stakeholders. This could be a chartered club, an activity, individual homeowners, a committee, staff or a combination of those identified. It is those who will benefit from the project or idea, those who may be negatively affected by the project or

idea, the clubs that need to be included, the homeowners that need to be included and the committees that need to be included before the Board of Directors sees the request.

3. A SWOT Analysis

a. S = Strengths of the project - how it benefits the community, club, organization or individuals.

b. W = Weaknesses – what obstacles need to be overcome to do this project or idea and at what cost.

c. O = Opportunities – what added value and opportunities does this project or idea bring to our community.

d. T = Threats – what are the threats or disadvantages to moving forward or not moving forward, what possible negative impact is there.

4. A PEST Analysis

a. P = Political impact on the community. Will the project or idea be well accepted by those who own and live in the community? Will this project or idea create controversy outside our community?

b. E = Economical – what is the estimated cost of the project or idea? What are the long-term costs of the project? What will be the bottom line effect on the Association Budget if this project or idea is adopted by the Board? How will it be funded? Will it need Reserve Funding for future replacement?

c. S = Social – the basis of Sun City Summerlin is to promote social activities in an active adult resort style community. In the CI we quantify the social benefit by identifying who and how many will benefit.

44 | LINK MAGAZINE | OCTOBER 2023

d. T = Technology – does the project or idea update or bring new technology to the community that keeps us competitive with new communities and provide convenience to our homeowners?

Each CI is introduced to the community at the beginning of the study and you will be updated as it progresses so that you can provide feedback. Your comments will be included in the final study before it goes to any committee for review and also when it goes to the Board. If you care to comment on the CI, remember your comments will be made available, with your name to the

Sun City Summerlin Community and also on our web page. Anonymous comments will not be accepted.

As you can see the process allows for homeowners, club members, Board members and staff ideas on how to improve Sun City Summerlin to be investigated in detail. It allows for the Board standing committees to review this information, make suggestions and make an educated recommendation to the Board and allows the Board members to review all committee recommendations, staff recommendations and general input from all stakeholders before making a decision. It allows homeowners to be completely informed on the proposed idea or project before any decisions are made.

Once a decision is made by the Board on a CI, the CI will be updated to contain the Board’s reason for approving or denying the CI and it will be archived on the Sun City Summerlin Website and in the Sun City Summerlin Library. With this history, any homeowner who in future years is interested in an item that was denied can read the research and if there is nothing new that would change the decision of the Board the item will not be re-submitted.

Studies will be updated every time new information is available. When a CI is going to be on an agenda for a committee, organization or Board meeting a notice will be sent out, with a direct link on the Website to the completed CI.

It has been my experience that addressing homeowner wants and needs in this matter results in educated decision making.

The Unexplainable

Sit back. Relax. For you might just be entering “The Twilight Zone.” On January 31, 1880, the sail training ship HMS Atalanta and her entire crew disappeared. The explanation was a powerful storm. But no evidence was found.

In 1918, a cargo ship, 542 feet long, carrying 300 men and 10,000 tons of manganese ore onboard, sank somewhere between Barbados and the Chesapeake Bay. The name of the ship was The USS Cyclops. The ship never sent out a distress call and despite a full dragnet search operation, nothing was ever found. U.S. President Woodrow Wilson was later reported to say, “Only God and the sea know what happened to that great ship.”

In 1941, two of the Cyclops’ sister ships completely disappeared following the same route, with no trace found.

In December 1945, Flight 19, consisting of five Navy bombers carrying over 14 men took off from an airfield in Fort Lauderdale. They were never seen again.

That same day, a rescue crew of 13 men also disappeared with no trace. The Navy in an official report said, “It’s as if they had flown to Mars.”

On September 26, 1955, a pleasure yacht was found adrift in the Atlantic south of Bermuda; the entire crew had vanished, but the yacht was intact.

There are other notable incidences. What do they have in common? The Devil’s Triangle, also known as…The Bermuda Triangle!

The Triangle covers about 500,000 square miles of ocean. (See picture.)

When Christopher Columbus traveled through that area, he reported that a “great flame of fire” (which scientists believe was a meteor) crashed into the sea, and a strange light appeared in the distance.

What explanations account for so many ships, planes and people disappearing?

Scientists would have you believe that magnetic fields are to blame, throwing off navigation. Others feel it is weather-relatedhurricanes and gigantic, possibly 100-foot waves. Some say human error, but no one has produced evidence that answers the question.

Paranormal believers claim it may be the site of Atlantis, time warps, aliens or sea monsters.

Paraphrasing what one skeptic said, there is simply no one theory or explanation for the happenings in the Triangle.

If you are a scientific evidence-based person, then whether the scientific theories suggest weather, magnetic fields or human error, where’s the wreckage?

Surely in this day and age with all the sonar equipment available, three ships each carrying 300 men and tons of freight, and airplanes, could not disappear without a trace.

If you are a believer in the “paranormal,” how is it that not every ship, plane and person that enters the Triangle disappears into another dimension or outer space?

With no evidence whatsoever, what do YOU think? Or perhaps, this world is but a dream, and as Rod Serling, creator of the series, “The Twilight Zone,” said, “You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You’re moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You’ve just crossed over into…The Twilight Zone.”

The unexplainable exists, which begs the question: Is what we think of as reality… real? Happy Halloween!

Active Aging Week October 2-8,

Still Going Strong!

What is Active Aging? Active Aging

Definition: Active aging promotes the vision of all individuals regardless of age, socioeconomic status or health; fully engaging in life within all seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual/cognitive, physical, professional/ vocational, social, and spiritual.

Active Aging Week was first launched by the International Council on Active Aging in 2003. It is an annual weeklong campaign aimed at celebrating and highlighting the positive aspects of aging. The event showcases the abilities of older adults and their valuable contributions to society while also emphasizing the role models who lead the way.

The overarching goal of Active Aging Week is to challenge society’s negative perceptions of aging by demonstrating that individuals over 50 can thrive in all aspects of life, including physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, and environmental domains, regardless of age or health status. The campaign seeks to provide older adults with opportunities to engage in wellness activities and exercise in a safe, supportive environment, promoting the benefits of healthy, active lifestyles throughout the lifespan.

Where have you thrived in your life? Has it been reaching a physical goal? Has it been in your relationships? Has it been a successful career? Has it been an intellectual pursuit? Share your stories.

Information provided by International Council on Active Aging.

Still Going Strong

Still Going Strong is a new campaign from the CDC’s National Center for Injury Prevention and Control. Still Going Strong is an empowering awareness campaign that encourages older adults to age safely while still enjoying their favorite hobbies and activities. This campaign highlights the benefits of staying active and other simple steps older adults can take to reduce their risk of a fall or motor vehicle crash, which are the leading causes of injury among older adults.

Adults 65 and older are one of the fastest-growing demographics in the United States. It is imperative to increase

awareness of injury prevention among older adults and their caregivers because injuries are preventable!

Stay Active. Speak Up. Take Action

Injuries are not an inevitable part of aging—take a proactive role in staying healthy and safe.

Ÿ Stay active to maintain your strength and balance, which lowers your chances of falling.

Information provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Being seniors, we find we are now at that age we may think of ourselves as the ‘wise one’ or ‘sage’, but keep your minds working, maybe find something new; stimulation’s the key, but that’s all up to you! We’ve kept track of our passwords, and figured out our cell phones, yet can’t recall if we closed the garage door leaving home. We leave the fridge open, or don’t turn off the range. First, we’re cold, then we’re hot – why’s our body so strange? Getting up from a chair, well, it’s no easy chore. We’re comfy in bed – but did we lock the front door? We can't seem to remember what we got up to do, or pick up the phone to call who knows who?

While, if for some reason, we get down on our knees, we say a quick prayer, “Dear Lord, help me, please...”

So to practice in keeping our brain finely tuned in hopes we remember why we just left the room. Do a crossword, play chess, or even try Scrabble; just don’t sit in the room and complain or just babble! Join a club, get involved, try your hand at backgammon. What you do with your time, well, should now be examined. Watch some ‘Jeopardy’ shows, or the new ‘Weakest Link’, we may be surprised we remember more than we think! Take a walk, ride a bike, get fresh air in your lungs even though we are older, and we think ‘spring has sprung.’ There are pills on the market that claim to improve how we function or remember, to get back in the groove. As Hercule Poirot boasts, ...”it’s ze little grey cells” that will always determine today if we’re still doing well. Now we don’t climb up ladders, and we find we now pay to have someone else fix things we once did day-to-day. So, we’re no longer young, seems there is no one to blame, but we woke up this morning and it doesn’t pay to complain! Charge ‘ze little grey cells’ and then get yourself set ... and as the song lyrics say “... You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet!”

Honoring Residents Corner: Robin Wooley: Golf Trip

Of His Life!

Robin has lived in Sun City Summerlin since July 2020 and is a member of the Men’s Niners Golf Club. He has golfed since his early 20’s and, over the years, has talked about his desire to “someday” play the Old Course at St. Andrews.

It was last February that Robin decided the time was now. He contacted a friend, and they began planning their trip for the end of June. The final schedule was to play 8 courses in 8 days, with St. Andrews, the Old Course, being the wild card. They would have to have their names placed in a lottery each day in hopes of being drawn to fill one of the empty tee times

pairing with a couple from Aberdeen, they decided to stay for drinks and conversation. It was then that Robin mentioned their desire to play the Old Course. Further conversation revealed that the husband was a member of the Royal & Ancients (R&A), the controlling committee of golf at St. Andrews. An hour after parting, Robin received an email stating they had been awarded a Monday, 6:40 AM tee time at the Old Course. The words were never spoken, but they will always assume he arranged this for them.

The morning of their third round they packed up their things and drove to Castle Stuart, where they experienced their worst weather with light drizzle and strong winds. After the round and a light meal, they made the drive to St. Andrews, where they would spend the remainder of their time in Scotland.

On Monday, since their lodging was within walking distance of the first tee, they threw their bags over their shoulders and walked to the starters hut. As they approached, they saw peo-

that came available. Their schedule was in the following order: Brora Golf Club, Royal Dornoch (Championship Course), Castle Stuart, St. Andrews (Jubilee Course), Kingsbarns, Crail (Balcomie Links) and Dumbarnie, with St. Andrews (the Old Course) still in question. Should they not get chosen, an additional course would be inserted in the Friday space.

Their first three courses were in the Highlands area of Scotland. The first course, Brora, was established in 1891 by 5time Open winner James Braid. The fact that the fairways were maintained by sheep and cows that roamed freely made the course memorable. The greens were protected by a 2’ high, low voltage electric fence that golfers could easily step over but kept the animals out.

The second course was Royal Dornoch, a course where golf has been played since 1616. Beautiful weather and a fortunate

ple with sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets, who had spent the night hoping to be selected to fill an open tee time.

“Standing on the 1st tee,” Robin states, “I had both feelings of excitement and fear, as about 60 golfers stood near waiting their turn, watching to see if I had a swing worthy of the course. Fortunately, I made good contact and was off down the fairway. To say I had a good day would be a gross understatement. A combination of good shots, fortunate bounces and one major portion of good luck brought me around the course in 78 strokes. Playing from the green tees (6032 yds) puts this score as maybe not my best, but definitely my most memorable.”

They continued on with a round on each of the next 4 days, finishing with a final round at the St. Andrews Jubilee Course. The trip was a success!

DID YOU KNOW?

There are over 70 approved color palette schemes that you can view and choose from at the SCSCAI Community Standards Office or at the dunnedwards.com website by clicking on colors and then entering Sun City Summerlin as the HOA name.

Once you find color palette schemes that you like, you can also send a photo of your home and up to three (3) color schemes of your choice to Dunn Edwards at summerlincoloradvisor@dunnedwards.com and they will prepare up to three (3) color renderings, for free, so you can see what the colors will look like on your home.

Security Can Be Puzzling!

As you try to make your home and vehicle as safe as possible for you and your family, it can get really confusing. Should I do a security system? How much does that cost? Should I put up extra lights? How much does that cost? Should I put signs in the yard? That probably costs also!

Through the LINK, your Patrol tries to highlight the really important items and where to keep your focus. Just to make sure you have gotten the gist of the ideas, here is a special puzzle to check your I. Q. in home security. Good Luck!

LIGHT

Dance Company

Living to Dance and Dancing to Live

One of the most exciting clubs in Sun City Summerlin - The Dance Company offers dance classes and performance opportunities to Sun City Summerlin men and women. We strive to instill an appreciation for the art and joy of dance as well as an awareness of the health benefits for the body and the brain. We offer a variety of genres, such as tap, jazz, drill team, musical theatre, ballet, and chair tap. We cordially invite all residents to participate in our classes.

Thirty-three years ago, the Dance Company was one of the first organized clubs here in Sun City Summerlin. Today we have nearly 100 active members. We always welcome new members, and no previous dance experience is required. Many of our instructors have been teaching for over 45 years! We are fortunate to have a teaching team experienced in choreography, performances, and instruction for seniors.

From September through May we offer our regular performance classes, meeting once or

twice a week. In the summer we offer month- long workshops to keep our skills sharp and to expose potential new members to the kind of classes we provide. Performances by our members are encouraged but not mandatory.

We focus on performing at least once a year at the Starbright Theatre, as well as performing at Sun City Summerlin club functions and events outside of our community. Our next show at the Starbright Theatre is set for April (Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th) 2024, and we will be entertaining the WateRobics Club on December 4th for their holiday lunch.

If you are looking for entertainment for your club meetings or events, please contact us at msjoelene@yahoo.com, and for complete information, visit our website: SCSDanceCo.org.

Club play is held on Thursday mornings, with tee-off times ranging from 7 to 8 a.m., depending on the time of year. Twice a year we hold out-of-town tournaments, the next one involving a two-day event on the 16th and 17th of this month, at beautiful courses in Mesquite. We also host picnics during the spring and fall at the Desert Vista picnic grounds and occasionally, set up tournaments at outside courses throughout the Valley. Our Club championship will be held on the 12th and 19th of this month. For more information, please contact Louie Medrano at (661) 478-0182. Golf, Women’s

So, what do lady golfers do in October? They come back from snow birding and grace our courses once more. We have quite a few to welcome home this year plus the new ladies who have joined over the summer. It is a time to elect new officers (Tuesday, November 14, 1 p.m. at Desert Vista), or to be thankful that last years’ gals, who did a terrific job, will sign on for another term. Thanks to all of them. The courses reopen in October and are usually just beautiful! Maybe it’s time for another lesson to get us in the right frame of mind and to help us recall that practice makes perfect! As Jack Nicklaus says, “Golf is a game of luck. The more you practice the luckier you get!” I love it! To be a part of something special, call Leslie Halvorson and she will take you to lunch, assign you a Buddy and introduce you to our amazing golf staff. Her number is 702-236-4879 and she’s waiting to hear from you!
