CUIDA EL PLANETA

REUTILIZAR LATAS

Todas las latas pueden ser recicladas, pero lo ideal es tratar de extender su vida útil lo más que se pueda y este tipo de recipientes tiene una gran variedad de usos para las manualidades, desde el sencillo porta lápices hasta comederos para aves. Solo procura limpiar bien las latas antes de trabajar con ellas.

ORGANIZADOR

MÓVIL DE LUCES

Permite una gran versatilidad de diseños, ya que puedes utilizar cualquier tipo de lata, ya sea de conservas, atún o gaseosa. Es ideal para que los niños hagan sus propios diseños.

Decora las latas de la forma que prefieras, puedes pintarlas, utilizar estampado o tela.

Decoraciones para eventos o feriados especiales, permite darle un toque original utilizando latas de atún que tienden a juntarse rápidamente.

Una pequeña veladora será el toque final.

Las latas colgadas en los árboles, pueden convertirse en comederos para aves. No es necesario pintarlas, pero puedes añadir sus propios diseños.

Llena la lata a 3/4 partes con tierra y coloca una planta, de preferencia para cocinar.

Realiza pequeños agujeros al fondo para que el agua salga y riegue las plantas de abajo.

Una vez decorado amarra un lazo o listón al rededor de la lata, el cual servirá para colgar.

Añade agua al fondo por seguridad.

Las latas grandes son una buena opción para crear jardines verticales, ya sea montados sobre tablas de madera, o colgados en cordones, una debajo de la otra. Simplemente perfora dos agujeros en la parte superior y atraviesa una cuerda.

Puedes añadir elementos para identificarlos.

Envuelve la lata con papel decorativo o tela utilizando silicón.

No abras la lata por completo, dobla la tapadera hacia adentro.

Introduce un palo de un lado al otro para que las aves se apoyen.

Realiza un agujero en la tapa y repite el proceso en el otro extremo.

Perfora dos agujeros arriba para colgarlo.

Grew up in Zurich, Switzerland. She started practicing Bikram Yoga at the age of 14. Since then, she has practiced many styles of yoga — mainly Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Sivananda.

In 2012, Sarah won first place at the Swiss Yoga Asana Championship and competed internationally in Los Angeles. She would later compete at the national yoga championship in the states. Sarah completed Bikram’s Teacher Training in 2012 in Los Angeles. She earned her 500-hour Vinyasa certification from Lighthouse Yoga School in Brooklyn 2016 and 2017. In 2017 she completed her first Mat Pilates training and is looking forward to do her second pilates training this fall in New York City. Sarah speaks German, French and English and she has lived in the United States for five years. She continues sharing her love for yoga and is passionate about spreading the lifestyle in her steps. @sarahghilardi

Posteriormente me cambié a la Escuela de Cine y fue ahí donde comenzó todo el desarrollo profesional y con equipos de alto nivel. Mientras también cursaba semestres de fotografía en la escuela Uruguaya de Fotografía. Al terminar de cursar mi carrera de cine, tenía dos opciones: irme a trabajar a Costa Rica como fotógrafo o hacer mi tesis. Hice lo

Mi viaje inició en Panamá y posteriormente me trasladé a Costa Rica para comenzar a filmar los primeros proyectos y películas de surf. Este año llegué a Guatemala, deseando descubrir este hermoso país y buscando generar algún lindo proyecto con el surfing guatemalteco. Las metas a futuro que tengo son terminar con el proceso de post producción de mi primer película en Costa Rica. Además estoy desarrollando un proyecto para trabajar con los surf camps y escuelas de surf de todo América. Y finalmente, como gran meta poder vivir solamente filmando y trabajando con el surfing que es lo que más me gusta captar, por su esencia, su gente y su conexión con la naturaleza.
