Strawberry cheese & tomato salad Enjoy with some toasted sourdough bread or as a side dish Ingredients - Serves 4 - 6 Find all ingredients at the Larder and follow us on Instagram and Facebook for more weekly meal inspiration - @village_larder • 200g Strawberries, washed and cut into fours • 250g Nutbourne’s piccolo tomatoes, cut into halves • 2 tbsp Pollyanna’s ‘chillish’ oil • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 1 Sussex slipcote sheep’s cheese round • 1 handful of basil leaves Method 1. Mix the chopped strawberries and tomatoes and season with ground pepper in a salad bowl. 2. Drizzle the ‘Chillish’ oil and balsamic vinegar over the fruit. 3.
