Design response is focused on providing a mix of open collaboration space and foster chance interactions for instruction and research. The student-centered learning environment feature collaboration spaces which connect students and teachers while providing maximum visual transparency.
Double height spaces with skylights and courtyards allow for plenty of light into classrooms and corridors which act like an internal street with chance interaction spaces. Play of light, shadows, colors and textures further add to the sensorial experience. Each classroom corridor is painted in distinct colors to give a definitive identity to each space.
The program consists of large 120/60/30 Student Theater style Classrooms, Incubation Rooms, Faculty Offices, Cafeteria, Fabrication Lab, TV Studio and a Library with Student Commons
