"It always puts a special smile on my face to catch up with my fellow CKIers! It's weekends like this that remind me of why we are all here and why we serve together." -Sarah Criscuolo, UNM

"Planning Fall Rally was exciting and nerve-wrecking. The harderst part for me was definitely the games. From past Fall Rallies, I remembered that this section of the whole event was one of the most memorable for me, so I wanted everyone else to have a blast too. I spent a good hour on youtube looking up games to play and tested them out with my roommate. I had a lot of fun with designing the logo for event too! I'm just glad I have a design background that really came in handy. It was a lot to do, and but thanks to everyone, I felt like it paid off. I'm so grateful for everyone's good sportsmanship, and amiable nature. Love you all!"

Hello, CKI-ers! My name is Alisa Nguyen and I am the 2016-2017 Southwest District Key Club Governor. I am currently a junior at Buena High School who has enough Kiwanis-related shirts to wear for a solid month. I love milkshakes, Banna, and of course, volunteering! Our Key Club year started in May with twenty-two passionate and motivated individuals who make up our District Board. We have been working hard ever since to make our organization the best that it can be. Through two summer board meetings and officer training conferences, we have established a new system of Lieutenant Governor Elections, formed productive committees, planned for a groovy District Convention, and connected with other members of our Kiwanis Family! I had the privilege of attending Kiwanis District Convention and CKI Fall Rally where I met inspiring individuals from your organization who are like older siblings to us. I want to thank you for reaching out to us and strengthening our Kiwanis Family. If there is anything that we can do for you throughout the year, please let me or any member of our board know. Thank you for all that you do, and stay spicy, Southwest! Yours in service, Alisa Nguyen
