In the month of December, DAAS Co-Op Art Gallery & Gifts is hosting a month-long bazaar featuring a unique holiday inventory. A community Christmas party is scheduled for the evening of Friday, Dec. 6 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

All decked out for the holidays, the venue will transform into a Christmas bazaar, with unique handmade and original items such as ornaments, framed artwork, greeting cards, jewelry, pottery and more. The inventory is expected to change routinely throughout the month, as artists add new items and products.

For the past few months, DAAS Co-Op has incorporated six artist studios, while maintaining its monthly guest artist schedule for future exhibition receptions. Now integrated with Arts & Eats Café, considered the only art café in town, the gallery is part of an extensive concept of local art, exhibitions, art studios and

great food. Together with the Union Artist Studios, located on the second floor of the same Edwards Building, the Art Triad community is now established.

The DAAS Bazaar inaugurates on the first Friday of December at 5:30 p.m. with a community Christmas party, where everyone is invited and welcomed to enjoy light refreshments provided by the artists from the Union Artist Studios. Likewise, all the artists of the Art Triad are joining forces to produce and produce the inventory for the event.

DAAS Co-Op Art Gallery & Gifts is located at 10051 McGregor Blvd., suite 104 in Fort Myers (adjacent to Arts & Eats Café) on the Alliance for the Arts campus. The gallery’s hours are Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Info about the venue can be found at daascoop.com or by calling 239-955-0422.
