With high collision and acceleration of time (+safety needs), the project wants to address the feeling of ‘running out of time’ and ‘speeding up’ by generating pace without hindering movements and to give directionality, both by un-/stitching the layers. Still by giving the commuters chance to rediscover their ideal experience of unconscious time within the liminality.

Continuing the curved surface from the tectonic exploration, this exploration tries to see how the activity can also effect how people move and choose their place in a space. With the needs for the design to adapt, the design will try to generate movement and positioning in a space with a suitable collapsible method. Being on a public space can increase our need of personal space hence why we usually distance ourself from others when there’s a large body of vacant space. This tries to explore how can we still enjoy our surroundings despite staying in the same place but without minimizing our personal space, and because the context is after pandemic where there’s still a need to be cautious, a distance is still needed after all.
