JALAPENO JOHNNYCAKES WITH PULLED PORK INGREDIENTS ~ Breading Mix 1/2 cup Sysco Imperial Corn & Jalapeno 1/2 cup water 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup + 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 cup pulled pork Fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS 1. In a mixing bowl add breading mix, vegetable oil, water, salt and form dough. Adjust water if mixture is too loose. 2. On a cutting board press dough into a round cutter to form a disk. 3. In a non-stick pan, fry each disc over medium high heat in vegetable oil until golden on each side. 4. Heat pulled pork in a small saucepan. 5. On a plate, top each Johnnycake with pulled pork and garnish with cilantro.

CHEEZY AVOCADO CREAM PUFFS INGREDIENTS 12 (each) Brazi Bites, prepared 1 avocado, diced 1 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp cilantro, chopped 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/2 tsp hot sauce Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS 1. In a food processor, puree avocado until smooth. Add sour cream and pulse until it’s creamy. 2. Remove to bowl and add cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce. Stir well, season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Put avocado mixture into a pastry bag with a ¼ tube tip. 4. Using a small bread knife cut a small opening on top of the Brazi Bites. Hollow out the dough using your fingers. 5. Gently fill the inside of the Brazi Bite with the avocado mixture.

ALMOND ENCRUSTED NUTELLA FILLED FRIED BRAZI BITES INGREDIENTS 1 Pack Brazi Bites, cooked and cooled 1 jar nutella Raspberry sauce for dipping 8 oz sliced almonds 4 oz panko bread crumbs 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 8 oz flour 5 eggs Powdered sugar for dusting
DIRECTIONS 1. In a food processor, combine almonds, bread crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Grind to a cracker meal consistency. 2. Warm Nutella slowly in the microwave. 3. Using a large syringe, draw up some Nutella and fill the insides of the cooled Brazi Bites. 4. Bread the Brazi Bites with flour, egg wash and then dip them into the almond mixture. 5. Deep fry for 2 minutes. 6. Dust with powdered sugar.
