Stephanie Gooding A tip from the lead mentor

When mentoring, it is really important to establish a rapport. The better the rapport, the better the communication. This means that you’re able to identify things that are going on with your Mentee and vice versa so that you can better help each other. Mentoring is not a one-way street. While you are helping another individual in need of guidance, you are still capable of learning from them as well. Maximize the benefit of a mentor position by learning from your Mentee as well as guiding them.
