The Cliftonstrengths are the type of discipline that has a philosophy that's grounded in making an individual stronger. "Teamwork makes the Dream Work" is one of the mantra's that I live by! As an Includer I tap into this everyday by getting feedback from students, my colleagues, and my supervisor. I love to include people in the processes of building a comprehensive recreation program! HEATHER OLAGUE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FIRST-YEAR EXPERIENCE LEARNER | ANALYTICAL | DISCIPLINE | RESPONSIBILITY | RESTORATIVE I’m always interested in learning new things whether reading books or articles, watching videos on Pinterest to learn a new crafting skill, or watching the behind the scenes looks at how Disney makes their movies. I leaned on this strength when I first got to A&M-SA to set up the First-Year Experience office. There were so many moving parts and lots to learn. If you stop by my office, you will find a bookcase full of books because I never know when I might need to look up and learn something new.
