Welcome! I love the state I live in. I was born and raised in metro-Detroit, went to college and have family roots in the UP, and live and raise my children in a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan. Of all the places I have explored and traveled, I am always proud to be from the Midwest and happy to come home to Michigan. I love all four seasons that we have. I love how we are surrounded by water and that lakes, rivers, and streams are always minutes away, no matter where we are. And who doesn’t love pulling out your mitten and showing where you live or where you’ve been? The artwork from Tandem For Two includes all the fun things we love about our hometowns and our state. They include our favorite things to do, local foods we love, and places not to miss. It’s what makes where we live special and celebrates all of those things, whether we’ve lived here our whole lives or just visited for a short while.

Orders Please contact us to request a line sheet and order form. Orders can be placed over the phone or via email. There is no minimum order on Michigan items, just quantity minimums as stated on the line sheet. Yay! On customdesigned hometown orders there is a minimum opening order of $300 and reorders have no minimum order, just quantity minimums as stated on the line sheet. Payment PayPal, credit card or corporate check are accepted. First orders must be prepaid; repeat customer orders are net 30 days and will be invoiced at time of shipment. Shipping & Turnaround Time Shipping will be quoted per delivery location prior to finalizing order. Shipping charges are passed through without mark up. Our carriers are UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Please contact us if you need an order in a shorter time frame and we will be happy to work with you. Shipping times vary by product and are included in the turnaround time as listed per item on the list sheet. Typical turnaround times are 1-2 weeks. First time orders for customdesigned towns need an additional 2-4 weeks for the research, design, and approval process. Backorders Occasionally products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and all other in stock items from your order will be shipped. Once items are restocked, we will ship immediately, unless notified otherwise. Returns & Exchanges Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made via phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. We inspect and take care to package all of our items for shipment, but should an item not arrive as you would expect or if goods arrive broken, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement. Exclusivity We understand as a retailer, you work hard to find unique gifts and goodies to share with your customers. If you choose to carry Tandem For Two products on an ongoing basis and place reorders, you will be the exclusive retailer in your town. We want to partner with you in celebrating all the great things about our state and your hometown!

The story of a Tandem for Two... My sister and I took a pickup truck and filled it to the brim one Spring as we traveled a 100-mile yard sale through the Midwest. At the end of our trip, I found a classic Montgomery Ward tandem bike in a farmer’s barn. His kids had grown and his grandkids didn’t ride it. I had to have it and somehow managed to add it to the overflowing truck. We cleaned up that orange tandem bike and it became the main mode of transportation for my young daughter and me throughout our small beach town. Tandem For Two got it’s start in 2012 and the logo was born when my son told me the only thing I could call it was Tandem For Two, complete with our orange tandem bike. He was right. This tandem bike, that went from a Midwest farm to a small beach town, sums up all that we love about where we live. It’s bike basket has carried veggies from our farmer’s market, towels for the beach, picnic dinners to the park, and even our dachshund gets a ride.
