FINGER PAINTS ¼ cup cornstarch 1½ cups water Few drops food coloring of choice 1. Stir together cornstarch and water in 2-cup/500 mL Micro Pitcher. Microwave on high power 1 minute, 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. 2. Divide cornstarch evenly between four Snack Cups. Stir in a few drops of desired food coloring into each Snack Cup until well combined. Use immediately and discard after use.

16 oz./455 g sliced banana, 1"/2.5 cm pieces (about 4 bananas) ¾ cup chopped peanuts ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tbsp. virgin coconut oil 1. Remove fruit from freezer, let stand 16–18 minutes. 2. Fill Sorbet Maker hopper with fruit and pour 1 tsp. warm water over fruit. Place plunger on top of fruit. Gently push down on plunger while turning handle to process. Repeat with remaining fruit. 3. Stir in ½ cup chopped peanuts. 4. Divide banana mixture evenly between four Snack Cups. 5. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to 2-cup/500 mL Micro Pitcher. Microwave on high power, 40 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over banana sorbet, dividing equally between the four cups. Top each with remaining chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.

Remove cantaloupe from freezer, let stand 16 minutes. 2. Fill Sorbet Maker hopper with cantaloupe and pour 1 tsp. warm water over fruit. Place plunger on top of fruit. Gently push down on plunger while turning handle to process. Repeat with remaining fruit. 3. Stir sorbet until smooth. 4. Divide sorbet evenly between two glasses. Pour ¾ cup seltzer into each glass. Assemble the Grate Master® Shredder fitted with Ice Shaver Cone. Place 3–4 frozen latte cubes into the hopper, press down lightly with plunger and turn handle to shave latte cubes. 1. Soak skewers in water 20 minutes; set aside. 2. Stir together shrimp, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning and 1 tbsp. olive oil in a medium bowl until well coated. 3. Stir together chicken, Steak & Chop Seasoning and 1 tbsp. olive oil in a second medium bowl, until well coated. 4. Remove skewers from water. 1 lb./455 g lean ground beef ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature 2 tbsp. Steak & Chop Seasoning* 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced 1. Combine ground beef and salt in medium bowl. Divide ground beef into 6 portions, press into thin patties and set aside. 2. Stir together cheddar, cream cheese, seasoning and garlic in small bowl. 3. Place two tablespoons of the cheese mixture on top of three of the patties. Top with remaining patties, gently pressing edges to form a pocket around the cheese. 4. Place the three patties into the base of the MicroPro™ Grill. Place cover in the grill position. Microwave on high power 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, drain any liquid. 1. Place shrimp in Tupperware® SmartSteamer colander tray and sprinkle with ¼ tsp. salt. 2. Fill water tray to minimum fill line. Place colander tray over steamer base and place steamer base over water tray. Cover and microwave on high power 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; set aside. 3. Meanwhile, toss together carrot, kale, cabbage, onion, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger and remaining salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. 4. Add warm water to a second medium bowl. Dip 1 rice paper wrapper in water to moisten and transfer to clean cutting board. 5. When pliable, place three shrimp in a single row in the center of the rice paper. Place about 1–2 tbsp. cabbage mixture on top of shrimp. Top with 3–4 cilantro leaves. 6. Fold the right and left sides of the wrapper inward. Starting from the end closest to you, roll into a tight cigar shape; set aside. Repeat with remaining wrappers. 7. Serve cold or at room temperature.

CHICKEN 5 rings fresh pineapple 1 whole chicken, skin removed ¼ cup tomato paste ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup red onion, minced ½ cup chicken stock 4 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp. freshly grated ginger 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt 1. Place pineapple slices in base of Microwave Pressure Cooker. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place on top of pineapple, breast side down. 2. Whisk together tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, red onion, chicken stock, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes and salt in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken. 3. Place cover on Pressure Cooker, lock. Microwave on high power 20 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand until pressure is naturally released and pressure indicator is fully lowered, about 10 minutes. 4. Remove chicken to cutting board and shred using 2 forks. Place shredded chicken on sandwich roll and drizzle with sauce from the Pressure Cooker.
