About Hayes Located in Middlesex our Hayes site has produced asphalt for over sixty years. It is Ideally located along the M4 and A40/M40 corridor enabling great access to the motorway network. The site is a recycling hub for the region providing free tip off for planings and breakout for all. Delivering more sustainable manufacture we can produce asphalt containing upto 70% recycled planings in base and binder course and we also offer products such as steel slag and warm mix. Tarmac Hayes consists of two asphalt plants, rail sidings and a recycling yard. Multiple onsite production facilities allow the manufacture of two materials at any time providing an excellent service for collect customers. Supporting our sustainability ambitions, 90% of all aggregates are delivered via the rail network, taking lorries off the road, reducing our carbon footprint and providing greater supply assurance.

Materials
We offer a wide range of conventional materials on site such as SMA,HRA and dense surface/binder courses along with a range of high performance solutions such as: UltiLife - Long lasting, hot box solution for extended storage solutions UltiPave D - Low texture, dense formulation, for reduced waste and lasting performance on roundabouts We also offer a sasobit solution. This provides a durable finish, improved resistance to summer softening and fuel along with lower maintenance and lasting colour. Our asphalt products can be found on the M3, M23, M25 and M20 motorways.
Collect or delivery At Hayes we offer collect or bulk delivery services and have an onsite team of almost 40 hauliers for asphalt deliveries. For customers who come on site we offer a range of services including tip off and welfare. Our shop sales includes pre-coated chips, tack coat and T99 release agent.
Working with local communities and organisations At Tarmac we aim to be a good neighbour. We work closely with our local communities and are actively engaged with the local residents and councils. Most recently we helped to support one of our local football teams whilst they were improving site facilities and parking. We are proud to operate a safe and efficient business and we aim always to minimise our impacts to the local environment.
