n 1963, a man named Spiro Mikropoulos migrated to the U.S. from Greece and opened up Brandywine Diners. A few years later, in 1987, he along with his family moved to Rotterdam to open the Bellevue Café at 2630 Broadway. The restaurant underwent a huge renovation in 2018 and expanded — they added a banquet room that can accommodate up to fifty guests comfortably. Today, Spiro’s children, Didi, and Michael, offer the best food, dining, and service to countless satisfied guests.
