This annual event is one that our associaon and local community look forward to each year. It is an opportunity for our local builders to showcase their own unique style and perspec ve on what a home should be. This year our builders have worked hard to produce homes that range in size and price point, stretching from the entry level point to the luxury home categories. The Parade of Homes provides a first-hand opportunity to see interes ng styles, latest trends, advances in technology and energy efficiency, smart home capabili es, as well as new types

Businesses are also choosing to relocate or expand their businesses to our local community.
