STEP BY STEP: -If we put the dough back in the fridge is the same process of folding and kneading twice more. And we stretch the plaston .

CREPES Ingredients for 8 crepes: - 250 g flour - 4 eggs - ½ litre of whole milk - 50 g of sugar - 1 pinch of salt
Step by step Put the flour into a bowl and add milk, eggs, salt and sugar. Blend everything slowly with a mixer. The dough must be smooth but not thick. Let it rest for 5 minutes and then spread a medium size pan with butter and wait for it to melt over medium heat. To make the first crepe take a spoonful of dough until you fill the base of the pan. Once golden on one side after 1 minute, take a spatula and turn it over to brown the other side. Spread the pan again with butter before making each crepe.

INGREDIENTS:
Sheets of seaweed nori, rice for sushi, rice vinegar, soy sauce, wasabi paste, ginger, smoked salmon, mouths of sea, cucumber and avocado.
STEP BY STEP:

Put the bag of rice in boiling water and cook for approximately 15 minutes.

Remove the bags from the water, drain thoroughly and pour the rice in a bowl.

While still hot, season the rice to taste with salt and rice vinegar.
