Also, interest rates are extremely low and therefore we have Buyers using a loan instead of the cash they may have, since the interest rate is lower than the cap rate they can earn on their cash. For this reason alone, home buyers and investors should be having their knowledgeable, hard working Realtor looking at every possible property that could fit their needs right now. Congratulations! Team Black Bear's own Laura Sellards became the Chairman of the Vail Board of REALTORS for all of Eagle County.
