The Roles and Tasks of Award Applicant Companies • Confirm the site visit date from options proposed by Assessors team • Ensure the authorized company representative is available for effective coordination and communication with Taqdeer Award office and assessors team • Schedule zoom meetings and send meeting invitations to Taqdeer award office and assessors team based on the agreed site visit schedule/ agenda • Ensure management team and relevant criteria owners are available during site visit meetings to interactive with assessors via group zoom meeting • Ensure award supporting documents and evidences are available and ready to present to assessors during Taqdeer Award site visit • Nominate representatives from relevant company sites who will take interactive virtual tours for assessors' team via Zoom meeting • Ensure smooth zoom connection via fast internet and smart device for authorized / nominated representatives on all relevant sites (e.g. Head office, labour camp, factory, operation, project orAward Training during the site visit Confidential 2020 – Taqdeer & Teamsites) Power International

The Roles and Tasks of Award Assessors Team • Propose and communicate 2-3 site visit options for Award office to share with assigned company • Develop and share site visit agenda with assigned company prior to site visit • Accept site visit zoom meetings invitation received from assigned company • Conduct site visit meeting with company management team and relevant criteria owners via interactive group zoom meeting • Request and review relevant award supporting documents as needed during Taqdeer Award site visit • Conduct interactive virtual tours via Zoom (covering all relevant sites e.g. labour camp, factory, operation, project or Training sites) facilitated by onsite company nominated representatives (during the virtual tour, assessors may request to visit specific facilities or rooms, and interact with staff members as they see necessary)
