Fisher Alvin Key Clamps are malleable iron castings manufactured in excess of BS 6681 (ISO 5922) and BS 2789 (ISO 1083), all Alvin Clamps are supplied complete with Dacromat coated case hardened set screws and are galvanised to BS 729 (ISO 1461). Fisher Alvin tube in 3.2m & 6.4m lengths conform to BS EN ISO 1461.
The company would urge customers to check current dimensions prior to drilling, tube cutting or casting of uprights.
When tightened to 4.1kg (29ft/lb) a slip load of 900kg can be obtained on each screw. Dimensions given as guidance only, dimensions are subject to manufacturing tolerances and may be altered without prior notice.

RAILKITS KEY CLAMP HANDRAIL KITS Fisher Alvin Handrail Kits are available in 48.3mm o/d & 42.4mm o/d tube. Upright posts are supplied to create a finished handrail height of 1100mm, horizontal tubes are supplied in pairs to create 1500mm (size 8) or 1300mm (size 7) centres between posts.
