The SCUOLA FEDERICO II it is born with the aim of spreading the culture of ice cream as food, with attention to ingredients and legislation. It organizes specific courses dedicated to gelato makers and training courses for anyone who wants to undertake the ice cream profession, learn the art of artisan ice cream through a highly professional but at the same time simple and effective didactics. With the use of multimedia and interactive tools. The GELATOSCHOOL FEDERICO II uses highly qualified and authoritative teachers in the ice cream world. The lessons, techniques, practical tests and the secrets of preparing ice cream are the basic elements of our courses. The participants, at the end of the courses, are able to prepare autonomously the desired ice cream. THE COURSES ARE DEDICATED TO: Who is not gelato maker: the courses offer the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the job of ice cream maker, a highly sought-after professional figure, or to start a new activity thanks to the tools and precious indications of the masters of the field; Who is gelato maker: the courses allow to acquire and / or deepen the balancing techniques, the health and nutritional aspects of ice cream.
