Optometrist Module User Guide ver 01 PARIS MIKI PHILIPPINES

Only accessible by Optometrist’s assigned in the retail branch of Paris Miki Philippines. Optometrist module is setup by the Manager (if you are an Optometrist and you still don’t have an ISS account, please consult with Paris Miki Digital Team). Optometrist Module APPOINTMENT LIST Start Appointment

After successfully logging in using the details provided to you as an Optometrist designated in the shop, you will be directed in the landing screen below with the title Appointment List.

You can also, check other succeeding appointments in this page, by clicking a desired date and view who are going to have an appointment by clicking the “Eye button” to know more about the profile of your next patient.

The default view of this page, is the recent appointment of the day. This is where you can start your appointment and conduct eye check up consultation for Paris Miki Philippines’ patients.

To start appointment tap the “Eye button” as shown in the iPad screen below, you will view a quick details of your patient in the pop up and tap “Start Appointment” to proceed.

Optometrist Module APPOINTMENT LIST Start Appointment A confirmation pop up will be shown confirming about the previous action. Tap “Yes” to continue and “No” to cancel.

After tapping “Yes”, you will be directed to the screens where you can start your eye check up exam. As part of the verbal consultation, tit is necessary for the Optometrist to check on the details of the Profile of the patient. In this way, you can learn to know an in depth understanding of what kind of lifestyle the patient has and other necessary things that you can use in giving the patient the appropriate assessment.

Start Appointment > Patient Records > Medical History

You cannot input anything in the “Summary” tab as this will just reflect the summary of the data the patient has once all required form tabs are filled out. Proceed to the “Complaint” tab as part of the verbal consultation and carefully key in the details of what the patient has or is experiencing relating to the patient’s visit.

The Medical history tab, records the history of patient’s eye conditions as well as the diseases associated to visual acuity in the family. This page is autosave so be extra careful in providing information.

In this page, you start with the “Reason for Visit” to enable the record. No need to type in the “Summary input field here” as it will auto generate whatever you tick in the forms below.

Optometrist Module APPOINTMENT LIST Start Appointment > Patient Records > Physical Exam The Physical exam tab records external and internal consultation of every Paris Miki Philippines Patient. To start this, tap “New Record” (kindly check the touch guide in the screen below), from here you can view previous records that has been conducted in a particular Paris Miki Philippines’ patient. Select “New record” to add new, scroll it down and as you go along with the eye exam consultation, tick down all the necessary dropdown that matches to the eye condition of the patient.

Proceed to Fundoscopy exam and carefully provide the necessary details in it. At the moment, taking the patient’s eye photo is not required. However, in the near future, the patient’s eyeball condition photo will be screen captured by the machine and will be transferred the data here in the ISS as well for documentation purposes. Don’t forget to fill out refraction. The rest of the forms are optional, review your records as you cannot Edit this page once you tap “Add record”.

Optometrist Module APPOINTMENT LIST Start Appointment > Patient Records > Assessment The Assessment tab is one of the most important form in the ISS optometrist module,this is where the diagnosis of the eye consultation takes place and will be reflected in the Summary tab that will be used by the Sales Staff. The Prescribed prescription is the modified/adjusted prescription for the Patient’s comfortability over clarity.

Optometrist Module APPOINTMENT LIST Start Appointment > Patient Records > Spectacle and CL Record The Spectacle and CL record is part of the Optometrist’s verbal consultation where they can view current glasses power of the patient. This is helpful to track the progress of each patient’s power increase or decrease over time.

The Summary tab shows a quick report on the diagnosis of the Optometrist from the eye consultation conducted. This will also be the reference of the Sales Staff to assist the Patient after the check up in case of product purchasing.

The Medical Certificate button allows you to print a medical certification of the patient you are attending to in case you need to refer a particular patient to an Opthalmologist. At the moment, Paris Miki Philippines have The Asian Eye Institute as its legitimate partner for further eye consultation.

Optometrist Module MY PROFILE My Profile > Schedule This module allows you to view the following: i. Profile ii. Schedule iii. Recent Customer Update your Optometrist’s profile by tapping the “My Profile” in the main navigation bar located on the left side of the screen. Once updated, don’t forget to tap “Save” button.

View your schedule and other member’s schedule by tapping the “Schedule” tab. This will give you an overview of the working hours and rest day that you and other staff member’s have during a specific time. Schedule’s may vary depending on Manager’s discretion but Paris Miki Philippines working hours is fixed. Only the staff’s reporting days may be changed.

My Profile > Recent Customers

If you are seeing blank times, this indicates day off’s for that specific staff member. You cannot modify staff schedule in this module, you can only view them. If you wish to make changes in this screen, kindly consult your Shop Manager.

This module will allow you to view the recent customer’s that you have assisted. It is like a history log of the latest to the oldest customers that you haves assisted during the Eye check up consultation.
