Welcome to Telitec ADSL Service Thank you for choosing Telitec as your ADSL provider. Please read through the following, which

provides you with some useful information to help you enjoy our fantastic service.

ADSL SERVICE You have chosen the ADSL 12 month package. This contract will start from the activation date of the ADSL service. The contract is 12 months and will be renewed automatically after the initial 12 months. Cancellation of the service within this 12 month period will incur a cancellation fee of 100€ + IVA. Telitec require one full calendar months’ notice for cancellation of the service. ADSL services are generally activated within 20 working days, and this depends on many factors including the location of the exchange you are connected to and if it is a new connection or porting from a previous operator. As Telefonica still control the telecommunications network in Spain, we are reliant on them to activate the service or make the change from a previous operator. Telitec SL will contact you upon activation of the connection to arrange shipment or collection of your new ADSL router. Should you lose your ADSL service with your current operator and have not heard from us, please contact Telitec SL on 965 743 473 or by email customerservices@telitec.net. As previously informed by our Sales Team, payment for router and postage (if applicable) and the administration fee will be taken in advance, before your application is processed. Telitec will not be held responsible for any issues during the reconnection process i.e. exchange saturation or issues caused by third parties. A re-connection fee will apply. Telitec will charge one month in advance for ADSL according to the package chosen. The first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis, according to the date on which the service is activated. The first monthly invoice will therefore include the pro-rata charge plus a full month in advance. USE OF A NON-TELITEC ROUTER If the Client decides to use a router that has not been supplied by TELITEC, the Client will be responsible for the configuration of that router. Telitec will supply the configuration parameters by e-mail before the activation date. As soon as the ADSL Service is activated, the Client will receive a telephone call to inform. Under no circumstances will Telitec offer Technical Support for a third party router. The ADSL Service will be charged for as soon as it is activated, and no compensation will be offered where there have been issues with router configuration. If the client wishes to use a router that has not been supplied by TELITEC and needs help configuring it, this service can be provided at a cost of 20€ + IVA. The service can be provided by phone or by bringing the router to the Telitec office located in Moraira.

Account and Billing Information To check your latest call history and to view previous bills, choose the My Account link on Telitec web pages, which will take you here https://client.telitec.net/ From there login with your Usuario (username) and Clave (password) which has been sent to you on your Welcome email.
