Hello
My name is Teonna Radevski, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Kentucky, where I studied Interior Design with a focus in Graphic Design. I strongly believe that our surroundings impact who we are and how we enjoy and experience life. Through my designs, I attempt to incorporate aspects both concrete and abstract, pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking. With a passion for our natural world, including animal biology and natural phenomena, I derive much of my inspiration for the designs I create from these elements. It is important to me that the spaces we interact with are able to transport you to another world, often involving simulations of the natural world. Overall, the spaces I create are meant to be experiential and an expression of free-thinking without limitations. My greatest passion is graphic design work and digital rendering, through which I see the potential to craft engaging displays to captivate users. Digital design allows me to manipulate every facet of an experience and create something truly unique and customizable to each individual. Using my prior experience in rendering, graphic design, and digital modeling, I strive to bring the spaces I create to life, challenging the viewers to further explore the possibilities held within each unique space I design.

Thesis 4th Year
Pittsburgh Zoo Education and Discovery Center The Education and Research Center at the Pittsburgh Zoo is a space designed to create a tangible relationship between visitors and the animals at the zoo through both formal and informal education, facilitating an interactive learning experience that zoo-goers can further understand the necessity of conservation efforts. By incorporating aspects of two existing structures at the Pittsburgh Zoo, the Education Center and the Working Wild buildings, this new space will allow visitors to learn hand-in-hand with research professionals focused on conservation and its benefits. The Center will incorporate both structured and free-learning formats, with multiple spaces allowing for educator-based learning programs as well as unformatted settings allowing visitors a degree of choice in how they interact.
Thesis Question How do you promote conservationism through dynamic education and research spaces to create a tangible relationship between zoo visitors and the animals they view?

3rd Year | 2017 Project Objective Using only a piece of art as inspiration, incorporate elements of functionality and user comfort throughout the entire space. I translated the art piece provided as a visual portrayal of the human body, and how the skeleton is the structural foundation that holds all else in place. From this, I began to conceptualize the idea of creating a space where each user can embrace his or her own personal health and allow users to comfortably operate in a natural, relaxing environment, whilst celebrating personal health and promoting a positive state of mind.
Wishbone Health & Wellness The retail space itself is divided into three major sections: mind, body, and soul, with an area branded and utilized to fulfill the needs of each concept of health. The center of the store is devoted to the mind, which consists of two private meeting rooms occupied by health experts. The left is devoted to the body, which serves as a shopping area for personal health needs, such as vitamins, protein powders, and other related health supplements. The soul section, allows customers to select from a variety of organic, healthy luxury items, including soaps and food items.
