Hostess Coaching is a Discipline! Hostess Coaching is a discipline and is crucial to the success of your demo! Keep consistent contact with your hostess leading up to the demo. Encourage the following from your hostess: ✓ Try, wear and promote the product beforehand! ✓ Verbal invitations (in person or phone call) ✓ 50-50-50 Rule (Invite 30, 12-15 will accept, 6-8 will show up)
Take a S.E.A.T. … Education process: LipSense is not an “over-the-counter” product! Take ownership of educating your customers about:
