3. REGULATIONS 1.

The tournament is open for players born after 01-01-2008;

The matches will be played on artificial turf with dimensions; 30Ă&#x2014;15 meter;

A team consists of five players, including one goalkeeper, plus a number of substitutes;

A player substitution will go according to the â&#x20AC;&#x153;flying-exchange principleâ&#x20AC;? and is unlimited;

The entrance to the field is through the door next to the goals;

The game knows no throw-in, corner kick or offside;

The ball may not be brought in to the game by the keeper with a goal kick from his hands or a dropkick. If this rule is violated, an indirect free kick will be awarded to the opponent. This free kick will be taken on the edge of the goal area, as close as possible to the place where the violation was made;

The game is interrupted only by a goal, foul or if the goalkeeper has the ball in the goal area. The keeper can not pick up the ball when a defender shoots it to prevent ball loss;

A foul outside the penalty area will be penalized with an indirect free kick, which should be taken immediately;

10. Fouls inside the box and deliberate handball inside the box, will be punished by a penalty kick. This should be done at a distance of 7 meters from the goal; 11. While taking an indirect free kick, the minimal distance between the ball and the opponent should be 3 meters. 12. Serious violations will be punished by a 1-minute time penalty (yellow card/ red card depends on the violation). The time penalty starts when the game is continued. If the same player during the same game, after they have had a time penalty, makes another serious violation then this player will be disqualified for the rest of the match (red card). During the fulfillment of this punishment the team cannot replace this suspended player with a new player. There need to be 3 players on the field of both teams, when giving a red card players can be replaced to get 3 players on the field.

3. REGULATIONS

13. The game should be played with clean football boots with fixed studs or turf shoes; The matches will be led by referees from the KNVB; 14. Before the start of the tournament each team needs to give a handout 15. mentioning: the full name(s), date of birth and shirt number of each player; Players must wear the same numbers during the whole tournament; 16. The match duration is 1 x 12 minutes; 17. Each team is required to start the game on time. If a team is not present at the stated 18. time, the opponent will be deemed the winner with a score of 3-0; In case of two teams having the same club colors, or club colors that are similar, the 19. team that is stated in the program as first, will appear in shirts with a different color. In case of doubt, the referee decides; The tournament starts in 2 groups of 6 teams; 20. The numbers 1 and 2 from each group will play through cross finals for position 1 21. through 8; The numbers 3 and 4 from each group play through cross finals for position 5 to 8; 22. The numbers 5 and 6 from each group play through cross finals for position 9 to 12; If two or more teams are tied in the group then the goal difference decides. When 23. this is also equal, then five different players will take penalty kicks. If, after 10 penalty kicks no decision has fallen, they should continue by other players until a decision is 24. reached; 25. If a match ends in a semi-final tie, then each team needs to take 5 penalty kicks taken by three different players. If, after 10 penalty kicks no decision has fallen, they should continue by other players until a decision is reached; 26. The matches are centrally initiated and terminated; 27. When the (central) whistle blows the match ends immediately. If a goal is scored after the whistle, the goal will be disallowed. When given a free kick, no mather the whistle t will be taken; 28. If there are instances, which are not mentioned in the tournament regulations, the tournament committee decides;
