የፓርላማ አባላት የተቃወሙት የአስተዳደር ወሰንና የማንነት ጉዳዮች

የሕወሓት የፓርላማ አባላት የተቃውሞ ድምፅ ሲሰጡ 20 December 2018 በኩል በረቂቅ አዋጁ ላይ አስተያየቱን እንዲሰጥ ዮሐንስ አንበርብር (ከሪፖርተር) መደረጉን የተናገሩት አቶ ተስፋዬ ኮሚሽኑ መረጃ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት በሥራ የመሰብሰብ፣ የመተንተንና ለሚመለከታቸው አስፈጻሚው መንግሥት የቀረበለትን የአስተዳደር አካላት ምክረ ሐሳብ የማቅረብ ኃላፊነት ብቻ ወሰንና የማንነት ጉዳዮች ኮሚሽን ማቋቋሚያ እንደሚኖረው አስረድተዋል። ረቂቅ አዋጅን፣ ሐሙስ ታኅሳስ 11 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም. በተለየ ሁኔታ የጋለ ክርክር አካሂዶ በአብላጫ የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት አስፈላጊ ነው ብሎ ድምፅ አፀደቀ። ካመነበት ምክረ ሐሳቡን ሊቀበል እንደሚችል፣ በራሱ መንገድም ተመሳሳይ ኃላፊነት በምክር ቤቱ መቀመጫ ያላቸው የሕወሓት ያለው ኮሚሽን ወይም ተቋም እንዳያቋቁም አባላት ረቂቅ አዋጁ ከሕገ መንግሥቱ ጋር የሚከለክለው ነገር ባለመኖሩ ከሕገ መንግሥቱ የሚጋጭ በመሆኑ መፅደቅ የለበትም በማለት ጋር እንደማይጣረስ አስረድተዋል። ከፍተኛ ክርክር አድርገዋል። የወሰንና የማንነት ጉዳይን የሚመለከት ሥልጣን በሕገ መንግሥቱ ሌሎች የምክር ቤት አባላት በሰጡት አስተያየት ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት የተሰጠ በመሆኑ ደግሞ የዜጎች ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ሲጣሱና ሲኮላሹ ተመሳሳይ ኃላፊነት ለኮሚሽኑ ሊሰጥ አይገባም የሕገ መንግሥት ጥሰት ጥያቄ ሳይነሳ፣ ለሰላም ሲሉ ሞግተዋል። ፋይዳ ያለው ኮሚሽን እንዳይቋቋም የሕገ መንግሥት መጣረስን እንደ ምክንያት ማቅረብ አዋጁን በማፅደቅ ኮሚሽኑ እንዲቋቋም ማድረግ እንደማይገባ በመግለጽ ተከራክረዋል። ሕገ መንግሥቱን በሁለት መንገድ እንደሚጣረስ አውስተው፣ አንድም የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤትን አፈ ጉባዔ ታገሰ ጫፎ በቂ ክርክር እንደተደረገ ሕገ መንግሥታዊ ሥልጣን በመንጠቅ በሌላ ገልጸው ፓርላማው ወደ ድምፅ መስጠት በኩል ደግሞ ሕገ መንግሥታዊ ሥርዓቱን የተሸጋገረ ሲሆን፣ በስብሰባው የታደሙት 33 ያልተከተለ የሕገ መንግሥት ማሻሻያ ማድረግ የሕወሓት አባላት የተቃውሞ ድምፅ ሰጥተዋል። መሆኑን በመጥቀስ ተከራክረዋል። አራት የደኢሕዴን አባላት ደግሞ የተዓቅቦ ድምፅ የሕወሓት ከፍተኛ አመራር የሆኑት የምክር ቤቱ ሰጥተዋል፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት የአስተዳደር አባል አቶ አጽብሃ አረጋዊ አዋጁ ከሕገ መንግሥቱ ወሰንና የማንነት ጉዳዮች ኮሚሽንን ለማቋቋም ጋር የሚጣረስ መሆኑን በመግለጽ ከተከራከሩ የቀረበው ረቂቅ አዋጅ በአብላጫ ድምፅ ፀድቋል። በኋላ፣ ‹‹በቀላሉ እንደሚፀድቅ እርግጠኛ ነኝ፣ ነገር ግን የሚያመጣውን ጣጣ ቆም ብለን ብናይ?›› ሲሉ ጠይቀዋል። አቶ አጽብሃ ይህንን መናገራቸው በአንዳንድ የምክር ቤቱ አባላት ላይ ቁጣን ፈጥሯል። ከእነዚህም መካከል የአዴፓ አባል የሆኑት የምክር ቤቱ አባል አቶ አጥናፍ ጌጡ ይገኙበታል።

Dr Abiy ’s ahemed has been elected as chairman of the ruling party on March 27, 2018. During the EPDRF 11th Congress, PM Abiy Ahmed got 99% of the vote of EPDRF. The PM has been doing great since he became PM and we believe that’s the reason why he got more support also within the TPLF itself. We don’t know how America made the retired Tigrayan official to vote for the PM. But at a conference held by Mekele University over the weekend, Sebhat Nega, one of the retired Tigrayan People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) said that he is so sure about the US government’s support for the PM’s election. To the contrary, US Embassy spokesman in Addis Ababa, Nicholas Barnett said “I want to be perfectly clear that any

claims of U.S. involvement in the selection process of the Prime Minister of Ethiopia are completely baseless,” speaking to VOA Horn of Africa Service. He said the U.S believes both in theory and practice in respecting Ethiopia’s sovereignty and the right of individuals to vote for their own leaders. “We see Prime Minister Abiy’s election as chairman of EPRDF as a reflection of people’s interest for reform, representative political system, and participative democracy. We certainly support the Prime Minister’s reform agenda. But we had no role to play in his election,”.

In addition, Sebhat said he had “no doubt” that the US government was involved on PM abiy’s election but he didn’t offer any evidence.

አቶ አጥናፍ በሰጡት አስተያየት፣ ‹‹ጣጣ ያመጣል፣ አደጋ አለው የሚሉ ኃይለ ቃሎችና ማስፈራሪያዎችን መናገር ለዚህ ምክር ቤት አይመጥንም፣›› ሲሉ የግሳፄ ይዘት ያለው አስተያየታቸውን ሰጥተዋል። ይህ አዋጅ ለውጡ ያመጣው ዕድልና ለአገሪቱ ሕዝቦች ሰላም የሚሰጥ መሆኑንም አክለዋል። ኮሚሽኑን እንዳይቋቋም የሚፈልጉ ወገኖች ኮሚሽኑ ሕገ መንግሥቱ የማይሸፍናቸውን የማንነትና የወሰን ጉዳዮች ጭምር ወደኋላ ሄዶ ያያል ከሚል ሥጋት እንደሚቃወሙት ጠቅሰው፣ ኮሚሽኑ ወደ ኋላ ሄዶ ሕገ መንግሥቱ የማይሸፍናቸውን ጉዳዮች ጭምር ሊመረምር እንደሚገባ አስተያየታቸውን ሰጥተዋል። በረቂቁ ላይ ዝርዝር ምርመራ በማድረግ የውሳኔ ሐሳብ ያቀረቡት የፓርላማው የውጭ ግንኙነትና አስተዳደር ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ሰብሳቢ አቶ ተስፋዬ ዳባ የኮሚሽኑ መቋቋም ከሕገ መንግሥቱ ጋር እንደማይጣረስ፣ እንዲሁም የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤትን ሥልጣን እንደማይጋፋ ተናግረዋል።

ትግላችን ገና ነው ጠንክሮ ይቀጥላል ውሻው ይጮኻል ግመሉ ይራመዳል ሌባን ለማጥፋት ምንጩን ማድረቅ የግድ ይላል!!

የተከበራችሁ አንባቢዎች የነቃ ፣ የተደራጀ ፣ ጠላቱንና ወዳጁን ለይቶ በግልፅ ያወቀ ህዝብ ይቅርና የወያነ እንደ ሾላ ፍሬ ውስጡ ውስጡን በስብሶ በመፈረካከስ ላይ ያለው የወደቀ ብቱቱ ስርዓት ቀርቶ ሌላም ቢመጣ ከንእንግዲህ ወዲህ ከቶውኑ የደም መሰዋእትነት ከፍለን በትግላችን ያገኘነውን የለውጥ ጭብጦን የሚነጥቀንና ወደሗላ የሚመልሰን ምድራዊ ሀይል አይኖርም ብዬ በፅኑ አምናለሁ:: ዕድሜ ለታጋዩ ህዝባችን ፣ ዕድሜ ለጀግናውና ታላቁ መሪያችን ክቡር ዶክተር ዓቢይ አህመድ በሚከተለው ቆራጥነትን ብስሌትን ጥበብን ትዕግስትንና ሙያን የተላበሰ ሳይንሳዊ አመራር ትልቁን ስጋት አልፈነዋል :: ከእንግዲህ ወዲህ የወያነ ዘረኛ አገዛዝ ተመልሶ ይመጣል ብሎ ማሰብ የህወሓት ካድሬዎችና አጃቢዎቻቸው መለስ ዜናዊ ከመቃብር ተነስቶ ሀገር ያስተዳድራል ብለው ቢሰብኩ ይሻላቸዋል:: አሁን የቀረው ትልቁ ጉዳይ ሀገርን መገንባት ነው:: ከማፍረስ ይልቅ መገንባት የበለጠ ከባድ ነው እንደሚባለው ሁሉ ዛሬ ሀገርን ለመገንባት ደግሞ የአንድ መሪ ስራ ብቻ አይደለም:: እያንዳንዱ 100 ሚሊዮን የኢትዮ}

ያ ህዝብ ለውጡን እንደ ዓይን ብሌኑ በማየትና የህልውናውን መሰረት መሆኑን በማመን ሁሉም እንደየ ዓቅሙና ችሎታው ኰረት ሲያቀብል ብቻ ነው ዕድገት የሚመጣው:: አለበለዚያ አንድ ሰው ይጋግራል ሽህ ሰው ይበላል የሚባለው ስሌት በፍፁም አይሰራም :: ህዝቡ የሀገርና የልማት ባለቤት ማደረግ አለብን ካልን ደግሞ የትግሉና የግንባታ ባለቤትም መሆን ያለበት ህዝቡ ራሱ ነው:: ስለዚህ የህዝብና የመንግስት ሃላፊነት መሆን ያለበት መታገል ፣ በትግል የተገኘውን ድል ዘብ ሆኖ መጠበቅና ሀገርን ተባብሮ መገንባት ናቸው:: የዶክተር ዓቢይ በሳል አመራር የወያነ የረቀቀ ሴራን ሳይበግረው ተደጋጋሚ የግድያ ምኮራን ሳይቀር በረቀቀ ጥበብ አሸንፎ እዚህ አድርሶናል:: ይህ ታላቅ ውለታ ነው:: እኔም ለዚሁ ታላቅ መሪና ህዝብ ካለኝ ክብርና ፍቅር በተለይም ለለውጡ መሳካት ካለኝ ፍላጎትና እልህ በመነሳት ከላይ በግጥም መልክ እንደ ወረደ ያቀረብኩትን ፅሑፍ በሀገር ውስጥም ሆነ በውጭ ዓለም ያላችሁ ሚዲያዎች ባላችሁ የራሳችሁ ጥበብ ቀኝታችሁ ለንባብ እንድምታደርሱልኝ ተሰፋ አደርጋለሁ:: ውሻው ይጮኻል ግመሉ ይሄዳል የህዝብ ትግል ያሸንፋል ባርናባስ ገብረማሪያም ከትግራይ

መድረኮች ላይ የሚሳተፉ አትሌቶች ቁጥር እየጨመረ መምጣቱ ይነገራል፡፡ በተለይ የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ደግሞ ዓለም አቀፍ የውድድር መርሐ ግብርን ከግምት ውስጥ አስገብቶና ተቀራራቢ የአየር ንብረት ያላቸውን ቦታዎች መርጦ ውድድር ማዘጋጀት እንዳለበት ይነገራል፡፡

ዓ.ም. በጠራው ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫ ላይ ዓመታዊ መርሐ ግብሩንና የብሔራዊ አትሌቶች ምርጫ መሥፈርት እንዲሁም የቅድመ ዝግጅት ቀን ገደብ አስቀምጧል፡፡ በአገር ውስጥ የሚያዘጋጃቸው ውድድሮችም ዓለም አቀፍ ዕውቅናን እንዲያገኙ ከዓለም አቀፍ አትሌቲክስ ማኅበር ጋር እንደሚወያይም በጋዜጣዊ መግለጫው ላይ ተብራርቷል፡፡

19 December 2018 ዳዊት ቶሎሳ የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ከዓመታዊ ውድድሮቹ አንዱ የሆነውን የጎዳና ላይ ሩጫ በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ አከናውኗል፡፡ እሑድ ታኅሣሥ 7 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም. በተካሄደው አምስተኛው የ30 ኪሎ ሜትር የጎዳና ሩጫ ከክለብ፣ ከከተማ አስተዳደር፣ ከክልል እንዲሁም በግላቸው የተሳተፉ ከ400 በላይ አትሌቶች ተሳትፈዋል፡፡ በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ በተከናወነው 30 ኪሎ ሜትር የጎዳና ሩጫ በወንዶች ፅዳት አበጀ 1፡31.56 ሰዓት ከኤሌክትሪክ አንደኛ፣ ጀግሳ ታደሰ 1፡32.06 ሰዓት ኦሮሚያ ክልል ሁለተኛ፣ ፍቅር በቀለ 1፡32.09 ሰዓት ከፌዴራል ፖሊስ ሦስተኛ ደረጃን በመያዝ ማጠናቀቅ ችለዋል፡፡ በሴቶች ሮዛ ደረጀ 1፡46.33 ሰዓት ከፌዴራል ማረሚያ ቤት አንደኛ፣ ታደለች በቀለ 1፡46.44 ሰዓት ከኦሮሚያ ማረሚያ ቤት ሁለተኛ፣ ዝናሽ መኮንን ከኦሮሚያ ፖሊስ 1፡46.53 ሰዓት ሦስተኛ ደረጃ በመያዝ በበላይነት ማጠናቀቅ ችለዋል፡፡ በውድድሩ ነባርና አዳዲስ አትሌቶች የተሳተፉ

ሲሆን ለዓለም አቀፍ የጎዳና ውድድሮች ከወዲህ በቂ መሰናዶ ለማድረግ ጠቃሚ እንደሆነላቸው አስተያየታቸውን ሰንዝረዋል፡፡ ዓለም አቀፍና አኅጉር አቀፍ ውድድሮች ፊታቸውን ወደ ጎዳና ማዞራቸውን ተከትሎ ብሔራዊ ፌዴሬሽኑ የሚያዘጋጃቸው ውድድሮች ለአትሌቶች ወሳኝ ናቸው፡፡ ዓለም አቀፍ ውድድር አዘጋጆቹን በሚሰናዷቸው የጎዳና ውድድሮች አዳዲስ ኢትዮጵያውያን አትሌቶችን ስም መስማት እየተለመደ መጥቷል፡፡ ለዚህም የአገር ውስጥ ውድድሮች ጥቅማቸው የጎላ እንደሆነ ማሳያ ነው፡፡ በብሔራዊ ፌዴሬሽኑ ላይ ሲነሳ ከነበረው ተቃውሞ ባሻገር የውድድሮችን ቁጥር ማብዛትና በውድድሩ የአትሌቶችን ተሳትፎ ቁጥር ለመጨመር ሽልማቱንና የውድድሩን ደረጃን ከፍ ማድረግ እንደሚገባ በብዙዎች ይነሳል፡፡ በብሔራዊ ፌዴሬሽኑ ላይ ከሚነሱት ቅሬታዎች መካከል አንዱ የውድድሮች እጥረት መኖሩ ተጠቃሽ ነው፡፡ ለዚህም በአሁን ሰዓት በግላቸው እንዲሁም በማናጀሮቻቸው አማካይነት በተለያዩ

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Fana Broadcasting Corporate recently conducted an interview with Ethiopia‘s legendary marathon runner Belayneh Densamo. Densamo talked about how he first started running, his first international marathon race in Japan in 1986 where he finished second in 2:08.29, his victory in Rotterdam in 1988 where he broke the world record with a finishing time of 2:06.50 and how he held on to that record for 10 years and his disappointment of not running at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games , which Ethiopia and several other socialist countries boycotted.

This was the third longest span without the record being broken since the event was first organized at the 1896 Olympics. The record was set when he ran 2:06:50 at the 1988 Rotterdam Marathon in the Netherlands. The record was eventually broken by Ronaldo da Costa at the Berlin Marathon in 1998.

የዜጎች የፍትሕ ጥያቄ በሸገር – መቀሌ የፖለቲካ ጡዘት እንዳይጠለፍ! (ያሬድ ኃይለማርያም)

የጠቅላይ ሚንስትሩ ጥረት ወንጀል ፈጽመው የተደበቁትን ብቻ ሳይሆን ወንጀል ፈጽመው በአደባባይ የሚንጎማለሉትንም ሆነ ወንጀለኞችን የሸሸጉትን መጨመር አለበት። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ባለፉት አሥርት አመታት የሰብአዊ መብቶች የተፈጸመው እና ሰዎች በግፍና አስከፊ በሆነ ሁኔታ እንዲሰቃዩ የተደረጉት በሁሉም የአገሪቱ ክፍሎች ነው። አድራጊዎቹም በሁሉም ድረጃ የሚገኙ ሹማምንት እና የጸጥታ ሰራተኞች ናቸው። የተለየ ቀለም፣ ዘር፣ ኃይማኖት ወይም ሌላ የማንነት መገለጫ የላቸውም። እንደተበዳዩ ስብጥር ሁሉ በደል አድራሾቹም የተሰባጠሩ ናቸው። በማዕከላዊ እስር ቤት ከተፈጸመው ባልተናነሰ መልኩ ከጋንቤላ እስከ ዑጋዴን፣ ከጎንደር እስከ ሞያሌ፣ ከአፋር እስከ ቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ፣ ከትግራይ እስከ ኮንሶ ባሉት የአገሪቱ ግዛቶች ሁሉ ግፍ በገፍ ተፈጽሟል። ይህን ሰፊ እና ውስብስብ ችግር በይቅርታም ይታለፍ ወይም አጥፊዎችን ለፍርድ በማቅረብ ጉዳዩ በጥንቃቄ ተይዞና በገለልተኛ አካል ተመርምሮ፣ ማስረጃ ተጠናክሮ እና የአጥፊዎቹ ማንነት በስም እና በኃላፊነት ደረጃ ተገልጾ ለሕዝብ እና ለአገሪቱ ፓርላማ መቅረብ አለበት። አሁን በመገናኛ ብዙሃን በተዝረከረከና ደረጃውን ባልጠበቀ መልኩ እየቀረበ ያለው የግፈኞች ስንክ ሳር እና የተበዳዮች ሰቆቃ እንዲሁም ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ቢሮ ትላንት የወጣው ዛቻና ማሰራሪያ ያዘለ መግለጫ የዜጎችን የፍትሕ ጥያቄ በአግባቡ ከመመልስ ይልቅ ሌሎች ችግሮችን ሊያስከትል ይችላል። በጥቂቱ ለመጥቀስ ያህል፤ – ከፍተኛ የመብት ጥሰት የፈጸሙ እና ከተጠያቂነት ማምለጥ የሌለባቸው ሰዎች ከወዲሁ አገር ጥለው እንዲሸሹ እድል ይፈጥራል። የተወሰኑትም በቅርቡ አገር ጥለው መሸሻቸው እየተገለጸ ነው። መንግስት በወንጀል ተጠርጣሪዎች ላይ የፍርድ ቤት የመያዣ ትእዛዝ አውጥቶ እና ሰዎቹን በቁጥጥር ስር ካዋለ በኋላ ለሚዲያ ዘገባው ቀስ ብሎ ይደረስበት ነበር። ከዛ ይልቅ በሙስናውም ጉዳይ ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ሕጉ የማሰሪያ ማዘዣውን ይዞ መጀመሪያ የሚሮጠው ወደ ሚዲያዎች ነው። እነ እገሌን ለማሰር ማዘዣ ወጥቷል እየተባለ በየሚዲያው በሰነድ በተደገፈ መልኩ የሰዎች ስም ተዘርዝሮ ይወጣል። ይህ ማለት ልንይዛችው ስለሆነ ከቻላችው አምልጡ ማለትም ነው። ከዛ በኋላ ያለው ሰዶ ማሳደድ የቶም እና ጄሪ አይነት ጨዋታ ነው የሚሆነው። መንግስት በሕግ አንድን ሰው ለመያዝ የሚያስፈልጉትን ቅደ ዝግጅቶች ያድርግ እንጂ የሚዲያ ልፈፋው ለምን አስፈለገ?

– አብዛኛው በደል አድራሽ በመንግስት ቁጥጥር ስር ባልዋለበት፤ ገሚሶቹም የመንግስት ተሿሚዎች ሆነው እየሰሩ ባለበት በዚህ ወቅት ተበዳዮች ፊታቸው እየታየ እና ማንነታቸው እየተገለጸ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን በዚህ መልኩ መቅረባቸው ለበለጠ ስጋት እና አደጋ እንዲጋለጡ ያደርጋል። ወንጀላቸውን ለመደበቅ የሚጥሩ ባለሥልጣናት የስቃይ ሰለባዎቹን ለማስፈራራትም ሆን ለማስወገድ አቅም እንዳላቸው ይታወቃል። አንዳንዶቹ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን ቀርበው በደላቸውን ከገለጹ በኋላ ዛቻ እና ማስፈራሪያ የደረሰባቸው መሆኑን እየገለጹ ነው። እነዚህ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን ወጥተው ምስክርነት የሰጡት ሰዎች ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ሙሉ በሙሉ በቁጥጥር ስር እስኪውሉ ድረስ የመንግሥት ጥበቃ ሊደረግላቸው ይገባል። ይህ አይነቱ አሰራር በብዙ አገሮች የተለመደ ነው። ምስክር ሊሆኑ የሚችሉ እና ተበዳይ የሆኑ አቤቱታ አቅራቢዎችን በቀላሉ በማስወገድ ወንጀለኞች ከተጠያቂነት ለመዳን ሙከራ እንደሚያደርጉ ይታወቃል። – እጅግ ሙያዊ ስነ-ምግባር በጎደለው መልኩ አኬልዳማ፣ አረካዊ አራፋት እና ሌሎች የሃሰት ዶክመንተሪ ፊልሞችን እያቀናበሩ በእነዚሁ ግፉዋን ላይ ስም ሲያጠፉ እና ሲያጠለሹ ለነበሩ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ይህን አይነት አሳሳቢ እና ጥንቃቄ የሚጠይቅ አገራዊ ጉዳይ አሳልፎ መስጠት ሌላው አላፊነት የጎደለው የመንግስት እርምጃ ነው። እነዚህ ጉዳዮች የቀረቡበት ሁኔታ ከፍትህ ፍላጎት ይልቅ የፖለቲካ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ለማሳካት በሚመስል መልኩ ነው የቀረቡት።

ይህ ደግሞ ብዙ ሰው አገሪቱ ውስጥ ይፈጸም ለነበረው የመብት ጥሰት መጠን፣ ባህሪ እና የፈጻሚዎች ማንነት ላይ እጅግ የተዛባ ግንዛቤ እንዲይዝ አድርጎታል። – የዛሬዎቹ ተደማሪ ባለሥልጣናት እና የክልል ፖሊስ እና የደህንነት ሹሞች በአብዛኛው የመብት ጥሰት ወንጀል ተሳታፊዎች ናቸው። ናዝሬት ላይ የወንድ ብልት ያኮላሹት፣ አንቦ ላይ ጥፍር የነቀሉት፣ ደብረ ማርቆስ ላይ እስረኛን በቁሙ አንገቱ ድረስ ቀብረው ከነነፍሱ በላዩ ላይ ፕላስቲክ በእሳት እያቀለጡ ያሰቃዩት፣ በደቡብ ክልል የተለያዩ እስር ቤቶች በድብደባ ብዛት ታሳሪዎችን አሰቃይተው የገደሉት፣ በድሬደዋ፣ በሐረር፣ በጋምቤላ፣ በአሳይታ እና ሌሎች የአገሪቱ ክፍሎች በእሥረኞች ላይ ይህ ነው የማይባል ግፍና ስቃይ የፈጸሙት የየክልሉ ተሿሚዎች እና የደህንነት ሠራተኞች ናቸው። አዲስ አበባ ፌዴራል ኮሚሽኑ ቢሮ ውስጥ በሚገኝ እስር ቤት ሌሊቱን ሙሉ ሲገረፍ አድሮ ነፍሱ ስታልፍ የራሱን ልብስ ተልትለው ከሰቀሉት በኋላ እራሱን እንደሰቀለ አድርገው አስከሬኑን ለቤተሰቡ የሰጡት የሳሪስ አካባቢ ነዋሪና የአምስት ልጆች አባት የሆነውን የአበራ ይሄን በደለና ድምጽስ ማን በኢቲቪ መጥቶ ይንገርለት። አበራ ይሄ የታሰረው በኦነግ አባልነት ተጠርጥሮ ነው። መንግስት ፍትህ ለማስፈን የጀመረው ጥረት እንዲሳካ እና ሂደቱም በፖለቲካ ሸር ተጠልፎ የታለመለትን ግብ ሳያሳካ ከመንገድ እንዳይቀር ከተፈለገ ተገቢውን ጥንቃቄ ሁሉ ከወዲሁ ሊደረግ ይገባል። አምቦ እና ባህርዳር ላይ የሰው ብልት ያኮላሸ እና ስቃይ የፈጸመ ገራፊን ወንጀለኛ ለውጡን እልል እያለ ስለተቀበለ እና ሰለተደመረ ባላየ እያለፍን ማዕከላዊ ላይ ካተኮርን አካሄዳችን ላይ ሽግር አለ። ማዕከላዊን ባልታሰርበትም ውስጡ ያለውን አደረጃጀት በደንብ አውቀዋለሁ። የመብት ጥሰት ለማጣራት እና በሌሎች ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ኃላፊዎቹ ቢሮም በተደጋጋሚ ገብቼ ያለውን ሁኔታ ለማየት እድል አግኝቻለው። ቦታው አዲስ አበባ ላይ ቢሆንም ግቢው ውስጥ ያለው መንፈስ ግን መቀሌ ያለህ ነው የሚመስለው። ከፈታሽ ፖሊስ እስከ ከፍተኛ ኃላፊ ድረስ ያሉት ሰዎች ነባር ተጋዳላይ እና የህውሃት ደህንነት ኃይሎች ናቸው። ከሌላ ብሔር የመጡ ሰዎች አልፎ አልፎ ቢኖሩም ቁጥራቸው ከግምት የሚገባ አይደለም። እዚህ እስር ቤት ውስጥ አሳሪውም፣ መርማሪውም ሆነ ደብዳቢው ከአንድ አካባቢ የመጡ ሰዎች ናቸው። ይሁን እና መዘንጋት የሌለበት እዚህ እስር ቤት የሚመጡት ከፍ ያለ ፖለቲካ ነክ ጉዳዮች ጋር በተያያዘ የታሰሩ ሰዎች ብቻ ናቸው። በመንግስት መገናኛ ብዙሃን የተገለጹትም ሆነ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ በማስፈራሪያነት ወንጀለኞችን ከተደበቁበት እንይዛለን በሚል የለቀቁት የትላንቱ መግለጫ በግልጽ የሚያሳዩት አልደመር ብሎና አኩርፎ መቀሌ በመሸገው የወያኔ የወንጀል ግብረ ኃይል ላይ ነው። ይህ ኃይል ከፍተኛውን የወንጀል አድራጎት መፈጸሙ የሚጠራጠር የለም። በቁጥጥር ስር ውለው ለፍርት እንዲቀርቡ ስንወተውት ቆይተናል። ወንጀል ከሰሩት ውስጥ የተደበቀው ይህ ቡድን ብቻ ነው። ሌላው በነጻነት እየተንጎማለለና ሹመት ያጽና ተብሎም ቀጥሏል። ይህ አይነቱ አካሄድ የመንግስትን ጥረት ለፍትህ ሳይሆን የፖለቲካ ፍትጊያውን ለማሸነፍ ብቻ እንደ ስልት የተወሰደ እርምጃ ተደርጎ እንዲታይ ያደርገዋል። መቀሌ የመሸገው እና እፍረት በተፈጥሮው የማያውቀው የወያኔ ቡድንም ይህን ክፍተት ተጠቅሞ እየተወሰዱ ያሉትን እርምጃዎች በትግራይ ሕዝብ ላይ እንደተሰነዘረ ጥቃት በማስመሰል ዛሬም በሕዝቦች ቅራኔ ለመነገድ የሚችለውን ሁሉ እያደረገ ነው። አሁን የተጀመረው የፖለቲካ መጓተት እና የተዘበራረቀ የፍትህ ሂደት ለእነዚህ የወንጀል ተጠርጣሪዎች መደበቂያ ዋሻ እንዲፈጥሩና ገሚሶቹም ከአገር እንዲሸሹ ሁኔታዎችን እያመቻቸ ነው። አሁንም የዶ/ር አብይ አስተዳደር ይህን ችግር በቅጡ ቢይዘው ይሻላል። በቸር እንሰንብት!

በወያኔ የሬሣ ሣጥን የመጨረሻው ምስማር!

ይነጋል በላቸው ትግራይ ቲቪን ጨምሮ የትግራይ መገናኛ ብዙኃን እስካሁን ድረስ በብቸኝነት ይዘው የሚኩራሩበት፣ የትግራይ ተወያይ የህግና የማኅበራዊ ሣይንስ ‹ምሁራን› የሠልፈኛውን ብዛት ከ200 ሺህ አስበልጠው የገመቱበት (በመቀሌና አካባቢዋ ራሱ ይህን ያህል ሕዝብ ይኖር ይሆን?)፣ ወያኔዎች ለጊዜውም ቢሆን የሚኮፈሱበት፣ ትግራይኦንላይንና አይጋፎረም “the mother of rallies” በሚል በከፍተኛ ኩራት እየዘገቡት የሚገኘው፣ በተጋሩ አክቲቪቶች ምሥክርነት መሠረት የዓለም አቀፍ መገናኛ ብዙኃን እየተቀባበሉ “24 ሰዓት የሚያራግቡት” … ያለፈው ቅዳሜ የመቀሌ ሠልፍ ትናንት ማታ ለመሥራት ከ27 ዓመታት በላይ በወሰደ የወያኔ ኒኩሌር ቦምብ መመታቱን ማረጋገጥ ችያለሁ፡፡ ይህ የትናንቱ ክስተት በወያኔ ሬሣ ላይ የመጨረሻው ምስማር እንደሆነ መቁጠር የሚቻል ይመስለኛል፡፡ የወቅቱ የከተማችን ወግ እርሱ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ለወያኔ ትልቅ ኪሣራ ነው፡፡ ትናንት ማታ በዋልታና ፋና እንዲሁም በአማራና በኢቲቪ አንድ ዘጋቢ ፊልም ቀርቦ ነበር፡፡ በመሠረቱ እንዲህ ዓይነቱን ሰቅጣጭ ዝግጅት አለማየት ጥሩ ነበር፡፡ ግን የሀገር ነገር አያስችልምና እያዘንን፣ እያነባን፣ አንዳንዴም ዐይናችንን እየሸፈንን አየነው፡ ፡ ጓደኛሞች እየተደዋወልንና በሞባይል ስልኮች መልእክት እየተለዋወጥን “እንዲህ ያለውን ዝግጅት እያየህ/ሽ ነው?” በሚል የሰማን ላልሰማ አዳረስን፡ ፡ ይህን የወያኔ ኒኩሌር ቦምብና የሕዝብ ሰቆቃ ከሞላ ጎደል አብዛኛው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እንደሚመለከተው ግልጽ ነው፡፡ “ኒኩሌር ቦምብ” ለማለት የተገደድኩት ራሳቸውን በራሳቸው ለማጥፋት የሚያስችል ሁነኛ መሣሪያ ሊሆን የበቃውን ይህን ሁሉ ዘግናኝ ድርጊት ለመግለጽ ሌላ ቃል በማጣቴ ነው፡፡ የቆፈሩት ጉድጓድ እጅግ ራቀና በሚያሳዝን ሁኔታ እነሱና ደጋፊዎቻቸው ሲገቡበት ቁልጭ ብሎ ታየኝ፡፡ ትግራይ እንደሕዝብም እንደ ክ/ሀገርም ቆም ብላ ማሰብ ያለባት ጊዜ ላይ እንደደረሰች ለማስታወስ ወልይ ወይም ደብተራ መሆን አያስፈልግም፡፡ ለፖለቲካ ፍጆታ ሲባል የሚወራውን ሁሉ ለጊዜው እርሱት፡፡ ያ ዓይነቱ ከንቱ ስብከትና ፕሮፓጋንዳ ለሩዋንዳና ለሦርያም አልጠቀመም፡፡ እውነቱን እንጋፈጥና ከወዲሁ መፍትሔ የሚገኝ ከሆነ እንሞክር ይልቁንስ፡፡ “እንዲህ ብዬ ነበር”ም አይሠራም፡ ፡ አለባብሰን የምናልፈው ሁሉ በኋላ ለማስተካከል እንዳይቸግረን እሰጋለሁ፡፡ መስከረም አበራ የተባልሽ

መምህርትና አክቲቪት እግዜር ይስጥሽ፤ ትናንት ማታ በኢሳት ያልሽውን ሰምቻለሁ፡፡ እሷን እንስማት! አሁን ምን ቀረ? ምንም፡፡ ሕወሓት ለዝግጅቱ ብዙ የደከመበት ሰልፍ አፈር በላ፡፡ እንደሰማነው በሰልፉ ዕለት በየሆቴሉና በየመዝናኛው የወያኔ ካድሬዎች እየዞሩ ከሆቴሎቹ የዘወትር የዕለት ገቢ ዕጥፍ በመክፈል ሕዝብ በነፃ እንዲስተናገድና ጠላቶቹን በጭርሆታት(በመፈክሮች) አፈር-ድሜ እንዲያስግጥ ለማድረግ ያፈሰሱት በብዙ ሚሊዮን የሚቆጠር የሀገራችን ገንዘብ አንድም ትርፍ ሳያስገኝ ውኃ በላው፡ ፡ ሠልፉ ያስገኘላቸው የተወሰነ ሥነ ልቦናዊ መኮፈስ የአንድ ሣምንት ዕድሜ እንኳን አግኝቶ ዳዴ ሳይል በአጭር ተቀጨ፤ የበረዶ ውኃ ፈሰሰበት፡፡ ወያኔ ላለፉት በተለይ 27 እና ባጠቃላይ ደግሞ 44 ዓመታት ሲደክምበት የነበረው ኒኩሌር ቦምብ ስኬታማ ሆኖለት

ይሄውና ለተፃራሪዎቹ አሳልፎ በመስጠት ራሱ ላይ እንዲፈነዳ አደረገ ፡፡ ከዚህ በኋላ ወያኔ ሊያንሠራራ በሚችልበት አቋም ላይ አይደለም የሚገኘው፡፡ ቀባሪ ካልጠፋ በስተቀር ሞቷል ማለት ይቻላል፡፡፡፡ በዶ/ር ዐቢይ አገላለጽ ብልሁና አስተዋዩ ሲሳይ አጌና በቅርቡ በኢሳት የዕለታዊ ዝግጅት ላይ ሲናገር እንደሰማሁት ወያኔ ከቶውንም ቢሆን ከአሁን በኋላ ወደ አራት ኪሎ ሊመጣ አይችልም፡፡ የሚመጣ ከሆነ ግን እንደሲሳይ እኔም እላለሁ ሁላችንም ብንሞት ይሻለናል፡ ፡ ሞት ርስት ነው፡፡ እየተሰቃዩ ከመኖር ሞት ይሻላል፡፡ ወያኔ ሊነግሥና እንደቀደመው ጊዜ ጥሬ ብስናቱን ሊለቅብን የሚችለው መቶ ሚሊዮኑ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ሲያልቅ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ያ ደግሞ በዜሮና በዜሮ መካከል ያለ ዜሮ መቶኛ ዕድል ነው፡፡ መኖር የማይፈልግ የለምና፡፡ በትናንትናው ዘጋቢ ፊልም ያየናቸው ግፉኣን ወገኖች አባይን በጭልፋ ዓይነት ናቸው፡፡ ያለቀውን ትተን በየቤቱ ቁስሉንና ጠባሳውን ደብቆ የሚኖረው የወያኔ የስቃይ ሰለባ የትዬለሌ ነው፡፡ እነዚህ ጭራቆች ያላደረጉን ነገር የለም፡፡ ልንረዳው የሚገባው ዐቢይ ነገር ግን በነዚህና በሌሎቹም ላይ የወረደው ስቃይ በነሱ ብቻ የወረደ ሳይሆን በኛም ጭምር እንደወረደ በመቁጠር

ቁስላቸው እንዲጠዘጥዝን እኛን በነሱ ቦታ ተክተን ማየት ያለብን መሆኑን ነው፡፡ በዚያ ላይ እነዚህ ወገኖቻችን በወያኔ ያጡትን ነገር ሁሉ ዕጥፍ ድርብ አድርገን መመለስ ይኖርብናል፡፡ ሕይወታቸውንንና የጎደለ አካላቸውን መመለስ ባንችል የተቀሙትን ሀብት ንብረታቸውንና ገንዘባቸውን፣ መሬታቸውንና ክብራቸውን፣ ሥራቸውንና ደሞዛቸውን በአግባቡ መመለስ ግዴታችን ነው፡፡ ለዚህ ደግሞ ሕዝብና መንግሥት ነገ ዛሬ ሳይሉ ወደ ተግባር መግባት አለባቸው፡፡ እንዲህ ሲሆን ነው ለሀገርና ለሕዝብ መታገል ዋጋ ኖሮት “ለካንስ ሕዝብና መንግሥት የዜጎችን ልፋትና ድካም ያውቃሉ!” ሊባልና ትግል ከንቱ እንዳልሆነ ዜጎች ሊረዱ የሚችሉት፡፡ የነሱን መስዋዕትነት ዋጋ ላለማሳጣትም ከአሁን በኋላ በወያኔዎች ፈለግ መጓዝን ዕርም ማለት ይኖርብናል፡ ፡ በዜግነት እንጂ በብሔርና በጎሣ የምንከፋፈል ከሆነ በዜጎቻችን ደምና አጥንት እንደመቀለድ ነው፡፡ በዚህ ጠማማ መንገድ ተጉዞ ያለፈለትና የበለፀገ ሀገር ደግሞ የለም፡፡ ከወያኔ ጋር የሚደረገውን ትልቁን ጦርነት ራሱ ወያኔ እያከናወነልን ነው – በወገኖቻችን ስቃይ ማላገጥ ይሆንብኛል እንጂ በዚህ ሥራው ወያኔ ሊመሰገን ይገባው ነበር፡፡ እንደዚህ ያሉ ዝግጅቶች በስፋት መቀጠል አለባቸው፡፡ የተደበቁ ጉዶች ይውጡና ዓለም ይወቀው፡፡ አንዲትም ጥይት ሳንተኩስ ወያኔን ማንበርከክ የምንችለው በዚህ አሣፋሪ ታሪኩ ጭምር ነው፡፡ ክፉዎችን የገዛ ኃጢኣታቸው ጭምር ስለሚያሳድዳቸው የጊዜ ጉዳይ ካልሆነ ወያኔ መቀመቅ የሚወርድበት ጊዜ ሩቅ አይደለም፡፡ እርግጥ ነው – ለጊዜው የሚያግደረድረው የማይናቅ የሰው ኃይልና ብዙ ገንዘብ እንዲሁም በደህናው ቀን ያሸሸው የጦር መሣሪያና ሎጂስቲክስ እንዳለው መገንዘብ አለብን፡ ፡ ሆኖም የመሣሪያና የወታደር ብዛት ጎዶሎ ቀንን እንደማያቃና መረዳትም ተገቢ ነው፡፡ ከአሁን በኋላ የለውጡ ኃይል የሚያደርገው ትግል ይበልጡን ከራሱ ጋርና ወያኔ ትቶብን ከሚያልፈው ዘርፈ ብዙ ችግር ጋር ነው፡፡ ይህም ትግል ቀላል አይደለም፡፡ ወያኔ ያሣረፈብን ጠባሳ ከወያኔ ጋር ከሚደረገው ትግል ባልተናነሰ እልህ አስጨራሽና አድካሚ ነው፤ ተስፋ መቁረጥ ግን አይኖርብንም፡፡ የመከነ አእምሮን፣ የጠፋ መልካም ስብዕናን፣ የወደመ ኢኮኖሚን፣ የተንሰራፋ ዘረኝነትን፣ የተበረዘና የተከለሰ እንዲሁም ይበልጡን አጋንንት በሚጨፍርባቸው አገልጋዮች የሚመራ ሃይማኖትን፣ አገርን እግር ከወርች ያሠረ ሙስናን፣ ሆድ አምላኪነትን፣ ኅሊናቢስነትን፣ ሀገርንና ወገንን ባወጣ መሸብቸብን የመሰለ ዕኩይ ባሕርይን፣ ጎጠኝነትን፣ ክፋትን፣ የሥልጣን ሱሰኝነትን፣ ራስ ወዳድነትን፣… ማስተካከልና ሚዛናዊ ስብዕናን የተላበሰ ዜጋን ወደ ቀድሞ ቦታው መመለስ እጅግ አስቸጋሪ ነው፡፡ ሆኖም ከፈጣሪ ጋር ይቻላል፡፡

(ከአንተነህ መርዕድ) Posted by: ecadforum December 13, 2018, Canada ሰሞኑን በተለቀቀው ዶኪመንተሪ የብዙ ሰው ይህንን መጋለጥ ከትግራይ ህዝብ ጋር ልታያይዙት ስሜት እንደተነካ መገንዘብ ይቻላል። ኢትዮጵያ የምትሮጡ “ተጋሩ” ነን ባዮችም ሆናችሁ ከሌላው ቋንቋ ባለፉት አርባ ዓመታት በተለይም ደግሞ ተናጋሪ የተጠለላችሁ መሰሪዎች ይህ የምታተርፉበት በሃያሰባቱ የወያኔ አገዛዝ በዓለም ዘግናኝ ተብሎ ቢዝነስ መሆኑ ቀርቷል። ወንጀሉን የፈፀሙት የሚታሰብ ወንጀል ሁሉ ተፈፅሞባታል። አሁንም አብዛኞቹ ትግርኛ ተናጋሪ አረመኔ ህወሃቶች፣ ያ ወንጀል አላቆመም። አዲስ የሆነው ዓለም አማርኛ ተናጋሪ ሞሰብ ላሽ ባንዶች፣ ኦሮምኛ ተናጋሪ በተለይም ኢትዮጵያውያን አናይም፣ አንሰማም፣ ድኩማን ካድሬዎች ሁሉ የሚናገሩትን ቋንቋ አይተን አናውቅም፣ አንናገርም ብለን ወስነን ስለነበረ ብሄረሰባቸውን ወንጀለኛ የሚያደርግ የደቦ ፍርድ ብቻ ነው። በተለይ ባለፉት ሃያ አምስት ዓመታት ውስጥ አንገባም። እያንዳንዱን ወንጀለኛ እንደግለሰብ ጋዜጦች፣ ሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች፣ ሬድዮኖች፣ እናየዋለን ሲጠየቅም እንደግለሰብ ነው መሆን ያለበት። ውጭ የሚሰራጩ ሚድያዎች ሌት ተቀን ሲናገሩ እንደቡድን ተደራጅተው የፈፀሙትም ወንጀል በቡድን በዚህም ግፍ ሲደርስባቸው አናውቅም አንሰማም ይጠየቁበታል። ብለን ቆይተናል። አሁን ለፖለቲካ ፍጆታም ይሁን ለሃቅ ተብሎ ትናንት በነዚህ ተሰቃዮች ላይ አብዛኛውን የዘረፉትና ወንጀል የፈፀሙት መሀል አገር ዶኪመንተሪ ሲሰሩ የነበሩ የመንግሥት ሚድያዎች ሆኖ ዋና ተጠያቂ አረመኔዎች ትናንት ዞረው ያላዩትን ሲነግርሩን ዕውነት ዛሬ ብቻ እንደተገለጠ መጮሁ የትግራይ ህዝብ መደበቂያ ሲያደርጉት “መሃላችሁ የእኛን መደንዘዝና ሰለባነት ያጋልጥ እንደሆነ እንጂ የተደበቁ ወንጀለኞች የእናንተ አይደሉም፤ እናንተንም ነገሩማ የዲያቢሎስን ጅራቱን ብቻ ነው እንድናይ አይመስሉም፣ የዘረፉት የገደሉት ታሪካችሁንና የተደረገው ፈረንጆች (Tip of the iceberg) ክብራችሁንም ነው” ብለን መንገር፣ የትግሉ አካል እንዳሉት። ህወሃት የሰራትን ትንሿን ሃጢያት እንዲሆኑ መደገፍ፣ የጥፋቱ ሰለባ እንዳይሆኑ መከላከል ሰምቶ “ከእኔም የሚበልጥ አለ እንዴ?” ብሎ ኢትዮጵያዊ ግዴታችን ነው። ሰይጣን አፉን ያዘ አሉ። ሰይጣንም የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብም አፋችሁን አትያዙ! የዲያቢሎስን ሁላችንም ሰከን እንበል። ወንጀለኞችን የንምናጋልጠውን የጅራቱ ጫፍ ነው ያያችሁት። አስቀያሚውና ያህል ዳግም በዚች አገር ወንጀለኛና ተበቃይ ትውልድ ግዙፉ አካሉን ለማየት ሳትደናገጡ ጎትቱት! እንዳይከሰት መሰረት ለመጣል፤ ፍትህ እንዲገኝ ሁለመናውን በግልፅ እንየው! ዳግም በዚች ምድር ዴሞክራሲ እንዲያብብ፣ ተቋማትን መገንባትና ኢትዮጵያ እንዳያቆጠቁጥ እንቅበረው። ዓለምም ማጠናከር ላይ እንረባረብ። ኤርምያስ እንዳለው ክሩ ልጆቻችንም ይማሩበት። በይፋ ይጋለጥ። ለቂም መተርተር ጀምሯል። መጎተቱን እንቀጥል። ስሜታዊነት ለበቀል ሳይሆን ለስርየት፣ ለትምህርት። የትም አያደርሰንም። ስክነት ካለፈው ስህተታችን ተምረን ወደፊት የምንሄድበትን የሰላምና የፍትህ ጎዳና ያሳየናል። ዛሬ ማልዳችሁ የባነናችሁ የምትመስሉ ጎጠኞችም በስሜት ከታወርን ግን ተመልሰን እዚያው ራሳችንን ህመሙ የሁላችን ስለሆነ የእናንተ ዓላማ እናገኘዋለን። ቀለበቱን እንስበር። ወደፊት እንራመድ። ማስፈጸምያ ለማድረግ አትሯሯጡ። ይህንን ስልት የተነገረንና የምናውቀው በጣም ትንሹን ነው። ግዙፉን ወያኔ “የቀይ ሽብር ሰለባዎች” ብሎ ምን እንደሰራ እውነት ስናውቅ ሳንደናገጥ ለመቀበልና ፍፃሜውን ከሃያ አምስት ዓመት በፊት ያደረገውን አንረሳም። ለማሳመር እንዘጋጅ።

ለ27 ዓመታት ደጅ ጠና:: ሊያሸተው እንጂ ሊቀምሰው ባልታደለ የነሱ የምግብ ሽታ ምች እየተመታ ለ27 ዓመታት ታመመ:: ከደደቢት በረሃ በባዶ እግራቸው አዲስ አበባ እንዳልገቡ፤ በመኪና: በበጋ አቧራ እያቦነኑበት፤ በክረምት: ቆሻሻ ውሃ እየረጩበት በሕዝባችን ተሳለቁ :: እነሱ በአገራችን ሃብት: አውሮፓና አሜሪካ ልጆቻቸውን እየላኩ ሲያስተምሩ፤ የኛ ልጆች ለአረብ አገራት ግርድናና አሽከርነት ተዳረጉ:: ጠዋት ማታ የምትርበን አገራችን ኢትዮጵያን ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ ጨቅላ ሕፃናትን ሳይቀር፤ ያለ ርህራሄ በማን አለብኝነት እየሸጡ ደንደሳቸውን አደለቡ:: ትውልድ ገዳይ የሆነ ስርዓተ ትምህርት በመቅረጽ፤ ለ27 ዓመታት አዲሱን ትውልድ አመከኑ:: ይባስ ብለው ከከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት፤ ትምህርታቸውን ጨርሰው የተመረቁ ወጣቶችን የድንጋይ (Cobble stones) ጠራቢ በማድረግ፤ ለምንግዜም የማይሽር የህሊና ስብራት በወጣቱ ላይ ፈጸሙ:: ይህን ያደረጉት: ሆን ብለው በወጣቱ አይምሮው ውስጥ: የማይሽር ጠባሳ በመፍጠር፤ የበታችነት ስሜትን ተቀብሎ: እሺ ብሎ አጎንብሶ እንዲኖር ለማድረግ ነበር :: ግን አልተሳካላቸውም !! ” ሂድ አትበለው ግን እንዲሄድ አድርገው ” እያሉ ብዙ ዜጎች አገራቸውን ጥለው እንዲሰደዱ አድርገዋል:: የአባቶቻችንና: የአያቶቻችንን መቃብር ሳይቀር: ቆፍረው አጽም እያወጡ መሬቱን ቸብችበዋል:: ከስኳር ሽያጭ ጥቅም ለማግበስበስ ሲሉ ገዳማትን አሳርሰው መነኮሳትን ወደ ወህኒ ቤት ወርውረዋል:: በጥቅሉ በሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት፤ በሌብነት፤ በመሬት ዝርፊያ፤ በስልጣን ብልጊያ……..ወዘተ. በኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብና ምድር ላይ በወያኔዎች ያልተፈጸመ ግፍ የለም :: እንዲያም ሆኖ፤ ኢትዮጵያ አልጠፋችም፤ ሕዝቡም በዕምነቱ ጸንቶ: በአገር ውስጥና: ከአገር ውጪ ያለው ሕዝባችን፤ ትግሉን በማፋፋም: አሁን ያለበንበት ደረጃ ላይ ደርሰናል:: አሁንም በሽርፍራፊ ድሎች ሳንዘናጋ: የተጀመረውን ትግል በመቀጠል: ከግቡ ለማድረስ እጅ ለእጅ ተያይዘን: መጓዝ ይኖርብናል:: ቀደም ብሎ የወታደሩ አገዛዝ (ደርግ)፤ ቀጥሎ ደግሞ ወያኔዎች የኢትዮጵያን ሕዝብ ድል በተከታታይ ነጥቀዋል:: ከአሁን በኋላ የምናስነጥቀው ድል ሊኖር አይገባም:: ከኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ መሃል አንድ ጻድቅ ወይም አንድ የኛ የሆነ ሙሴ ስለማይታጣ፤ ፈጣሪ ኢትዮጵያን እንደ እያሪኮ እንደማያጠፋት:

ሚድያዎች የህብረተስብ የጀርባ አጥንት ናቸው (ከጎሹ ገብሩ)

በህዝብ ላይ አፈናና ጭቆና የሚፈፅሙ የመንግስት አካላት ውይም የተደራጁ የፖለቲካ ሃይሎች ከሁሉ የሚያስፈራቸው ነግር ቢኖር ነፃ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ድርጅትን ነው። ይህ የሚሆንበት ዋናው ምክንያትም የሥልጣናቸው እድሜ ለማራዘም ሲሉ የሚቀናቀኗቸው አካሎችን በሙሉ ሰበብ አስባብ በማፈላለግ ከጨዋታው ውጭ ለማስወጣት በሚወስዱት አሰቃቂ እርምጃ ሚስጥሩ ተደብቆ እንዲቀርና ማስረጃ በማጥፋት ከተጠያቂነት ለማምለጥና ለመዳን ነው። ኢሳት በወያኔ ፍዳውን ለሚያይ የወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት ሕዝብ ባለ ውለታ እንዲሁም አይንና ጀሮ ነው። በተለይ የመገናኛ ዘዴው እንደ አሁኑ ስልጣኔ ባልተራቀቀበት ዘመን አምባ ገነን መሪዎች ለስልጣናቸው አደጋ ነው የሚሉትን አካል ሁሉ አፍነው በማጥፋት የስልጣን እድሜአቸው ያለ ተቀናቃኝ ለማቆየት ሲሉ ነው። በሞያቸው በማገልገል ላይ እያሉ መንግስትን ለምን ተቻችሁ በማለት ጋዜጠኞችን በደህንነት አካላት እየታደኑ ደበዛቸውን በማጥፋትና በቶርቸር ከሚያሰቃዩ የሦስተኛ አለም አገሮች መካከል በዋናነት ኢትዮጵያ አንዷ አገር ናት። በእኔ የእድሜ ቀጠና ውስጥ ሦስት የመንግስት ሥርዓቶችን መታዘብ ችያለሁ። እነሱም የባላባታዊ ሥርዓት፤ወታደራዊ ፋሽስት እና የጠባብ ብሄርተኞች ፋሽስታዊ ስብስቦች ሲሆኑ ከነዚህ መካከል ግን በሚዘገንንና በተራቀቀ ዘዴ የጋዜጠኞች

ማህበራት በማጥፋት፤ አባሎችን በገፍ በማስር፤ በማሰቃየት፤በማሰደድና በመግደል ተወዳዳሪ ያለተገኘላት በኢትዮጵያ የአስተዳደር ታሪክ ውስጥ የትህነግ(ወያኔ)የወንበዴዎች ድርጅት በቀዳሚነት የምትጠራ ናት። ይህን ሥል የግል ጥላቻን ለመበቀል ሳይሆን ከኢትዮጵያውያን በስተጀርባ ዓለም ሁሉ ያወቀው እውነታ በመሆኑ ነው። በጋዤጠኛነትና በወትድርና ሞያ የሚሰማሩ አካሎች በሙሉ የሚጠብቃቸው አደጋ ተመጣጣኝ ነው። ሁለት ተፎካካሪ ሃይሎች በሚያደርጉት ውግያ ወቅት ከሁለት እሳት መካከል በመግባት ጦርነቱን የሚዘግበው አካል ከአደጋው ለመትረፍ ያለው እድል በጣም ጠባብ በመሆኑ የጋዜጠኝነት ሞያ አደገኛ ከሚባሉ የሥራ አይነቶች በዋናነነት የሚጠቀስ ይሆናል። ምክንያቱም ከአሁን በፊትም ሆነ አሁን ላይ እየተካሄዱ የሚገኙት ጦርነቶች የብዙ ሞያተኞች ሕይወት ሲቀጠፍ በማየቴ ነው። ጋዜጠኛ መሳርያ ካነገበው ወታደር ጋር ባልተናነሰ እኩል መስዋእትነት መክፈሉን እንዲታወቅ እፈልጋለሁ። ዛሬ ይህችን አጭር ጽሁፍ እንድጭር ያነሳሳኝ ዋናው ምክንያት ኢሳት ከተመሰረተ ጅምሮ ለኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ያደረጋቸው አመርቂ ተግባሮች እንደ አንድ ኢትዮጵያዊ ግለሰብ መብቴን ተጠቅሜ የሚሰማኝን ሃሳብ ለመግለፅ እንጅ አንዱን ኮንኘ ሌላውን ለማሸማቀቅ ወይም በጭፍን ድጋፍ ለመስጠት እንዳልሆነ ቅድሚያ ግልፅ ማድረግ እፈለጋለሁ። ኢሳትን ያለ ምክንያት አልነበረም ምስጋናዬ መላው የኢትዮጵያ

ህዝብ እንዲያውቅልኝ የፈለኩት። እንደሚታወቀው በ1968 እንደ ኢትዮጵያውያን አቆጣጠር ዛሬ አገራችን ለደረሰባት ውርዴትና ውድቀት ዋና ተዋናኝ የሆኑት ትግራይ በቀል የወንበዴዎች ስብስብ ቃታ ስበው የመግደል ኢላማ የተለማመዱት በወልቃይት ጠገዴ የዋህ ህዝብ ላይ መሆኑ በእርግጠኝነት መመስከር እችላለሁ። ተወልጄ ያደኩት በዚህ አካባቢ በመሆኔና ዘራፊዋ የደደቢት ሽፍታ የተከዜ ውንዝ ተሻግራ ስትመጣ በወቅቱ በአካባቢው በመኖሬ ጭካኔዋና አረመኔያዊ ተግባሮችዋ በቦታው ሁኜ ስለታዘብኩ ነው። የህዝቡን በደል ወያኔ ከደበቀችበት ጉድጓድ ቆፍሮ በማውጣት ሁሉም እንዲያውቀውና የወያኔ ገመና እንዲጋለጥ በማድረግ አብዛኛው አገር ወዳድ ኢትዮጵያዊ ከተበደለው የወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት ሕዝብ ጎን እንዲሰለፍ ያደረገ ትልቁ የነብስ አድን ድርጅት ቢኖር ኢሳት በመሆኑ ነው። በዛ ሥዓትና ወቅት እሪ የሰው ያለህ ብትል እርዳታ የማታገኝበት፤ ጉልበት ያለው መስካሪ በለለው ቦታ ላይ እንዳሻው የሚደፈጥጥበት፤ የመሳርያ ነካሾች ዘመን ጎልቶ በገነነበት ግዜ፤ ተበዳይ አፉን ለጉሞ የሞት ፅዋ እንደ ተፍጥሯዊ ሥጦታ ሳይወድ በግድ ልጆቹ ሲገደሉ፤ሚስቱ ስትደፈር፤ያፈራው ንብረት ሲዘረፍና ከቀዬው ሲፈናቅል ማንም ያወቀና የደረሰለት አልነበረም ። ነገሩ ሁሉ ተዳፍኖ በነበረበት ወቅት በአካባቢው ተወልደን ያደግነው በስደትም ሆነ በአገር ውስጥ የምንኖር አገር ወዳዶች አቅማችን በፈቀደው ነገሩን ለሚመለከተው ያገባኛል የሚል ወገን እንዲያውቀው ለማድረግ ጥረት ብናደርግም ቅሉ በቂ ሊሆን ግን አልቻለም። በእግዚአብሔር ሃይል ይህን በወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት የተፈፀመው ግፍና እረሮ እንዲያጋልጥ ኢሳት የተባለ ድርጅት ከስምንት አመት በፊት ተቋቁሞ የመጀመርያ አጀንዳው እንዴት የወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት ህብረተሰብ ከተጋረጠበት ስቃይ ማዳን እንደሚችል ጥረት ለማድረግ ቅድሚያ የተገናኘው በአካባቢው ከተወለድን የልሳነ ግፉዓን ድርጅት አባሎች ጋር ነበር። አስታውሳለሁ አቶ ሲሳይ አጌና በመጀመርያ ቀን ውይይታችን የገለፀልን ነገር ቢኖር ኢትዮጵያ እያለሁም የዚህ ህዝብ እረሮ በስፋት እሰማ ነበር። ሥለዚህ አብረን ጠንክረን በመስራት ይህን የታፈነው ወግናችን ሁሉም እንዲያውቅለት ቅድሚያ መስጠት ይገባናል የሚል ትልቅ ተስፋ ሰጠን።

ድርጅታችን ልሳነ ግፉዓንም ወድያውኑ ይህን እድል በመጠቀም ሁለት የአካባቢው ተወላጆች በኢሳት ተሌቪዝን መስኮት በመውጣት በወገናችን የደረሰውን በደል ሁሉም እንዲያውቀ እድል አገኘን። ኢሳት ከዝያ ግዜ ጀምሮ ወያኔ በወልቃይት ሕዝብ ላይ ስትፈፅመው የቆየችውን ድብቅ ሚስጥራዊ በደል ቆፍሮ በማውጣት ዕኩይ ገመናዋን እንዲጋለጥ በማድረግ አገር ወዳድ ኢትዮጵያዊና የዓለም ህብረተሰብ ከተበደለው የወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት ሕዝብ ጎን እንዲሰለፍ ያደረገ ባለውለታችን ነው። ይህን ስላደረገ ከፍ ያለ ምስጋና ሳቀርብ ያለ ማጋነን በልበ ሙሉነት ኩራት እየተሰማኝ ነው። ሥለዚህ ኢሳትን የማይመጥን ጥላሸት የሚቀባ አካል ካለ የትላንትናን ታሪክ ሳይጠይቅ ጀግኖች በጠረጉት አውላላ ጎዳና ላይ ሆኖ አሉ ቧልታ የሚያናፍስ ሥራ ፈት ሁሉ አድማጭ አይኖረውም። ይልቁንስ በወያኔ የሚበደለውን ህዝባችሁ ለመርዳት የድርሻችሁን እንድትወጡ አደራ እላለሁ። ትላንት ወልቂጤና ወልቃይት ለይቶ ማወቅ የተሳናችሁ የድል አጥብያ አርበኞች ሰከን በሉ ኢሳትን አክብሩ ለኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ባለ ውለታ መሆኑ ባይዋጥላችሁም እውነት ትማነምናላች እንጅ አትበጠስም ነገ ሃቁን ታገኙት አላችሁ የሚል ግምት አለኝ። ሌሎችም የሚድያ ተቋማት የማይናቅ በመጠኑ መስራታችው ቢታወቅም 24 ስዓት ሙሉ በወልቃይት ጉዳይ ትህነግን(ወያኔን) በማጋለጥ ትልቅ ሥራ የሰራ ከኢሳት ጋር የሚወዳደር ማንም የለም። በተለይ በወልቃይት ጠገዴና ጠለምት ተወልዳችሁ ውለታ ለዋለላችሁ አካል እርዳታውስ ይቅር እግዚአብሔር ይስጥልን ብሎ ማመስገኑ እኮ ክፍያ የለውም ። ከእንግዲህ ወድያ ኢሳት እንደሆነ በጥንካሬ እየሰፋ እንጅ እየደከመ አይሄድም። ኢሳቶች በጣም እወዳችሁ አለሁ እደጉ ተመንደጉ። ይህች አጭር ፅሁፌ የምታንፀባርቀው የግሌን ሃሳብ እንጅ ማንንም ድርጅት ወክየ እንዳልሆንኩ እንድትገነዘቡልኝ በአክብሮት ላሳስብ እወዳለሁ። ኢሳትን በገንዘብ ማጎልበት ማለት ስንጓጓለትና ስንመኘው የነበረ ነፃ ሚድያ በአገራችን በይበልጥ እንዲስፋፋ መሰረት ጣልን ማለት ነው። ነፃ ሚድያውች የህልውናችን ዋስትና ናቸው። ኢትዮጵያ በክብር ለዘላለም ትኑር። ከጎሹ ገብሩ።

በተመሳሳይ ደረጃ የዓለም ሕዝብ የጨለማ ስርዓት ውጤት በሆኑት ፣የድህነት፣የዃላቀርነት ኑሮ ሰለባ ሆኗል።በዘራፊ ፣በአረመኔና ጨካኝ መሪዎች መዳፍ ሲሰቃይ ኖሯል፤አሁንም ደረጃው ቢለያይም እዬኖረ ነው።ከዚያ ለመላቀቅ ትግል ሲያደርግ እንደኖረ፣አሁንም በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል።የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብም በዚህ ሂደት ውስጥ አልፏል፤ እያለፈም ነው።በትግሉ ሂደት ተስፋ ሰጭ ድሎች ፍንጥቅ ብል ይወጣሉ፤ወጥተዋልም። የጸሓይ ብርሃን ባለበት ሁሉ ጨለማ አይኖርም።ድቅድቅ ያለ ጨለማን አሽንፎ የሚወጣ የንጋት ብርሃን ጭላንጭል ወይም ወጋገን የብሩህ ቀን ተስፋ አብሳሪ ነው።ሆኖም ግን ሌሊቱ ሙሉ በሙሉ በጸሃይ ብርሃን ካልተተካና ጨለማው ካልተወገደ ብሩህ ቀን ወጣ ማለት አይቻልም። የጨለማው መኖር የሰው ልጅ የብርሃንን ጥቅም እንዲያውቅና ጨለማን ተገን አድርጎ የሚመጣውን አደጋና የአውሬ ጥቃት ለመከላከል ሲል ጨለማን ለማሶገድ መፍትሔ እንዲፈልግ አስገድዶታል።ለፍልስፍና ማህጸኑ ችግር መኖሩ እንደሆነ ፈረንጆችም “necessity is the mother of invention” ብለው ገልጸውታል።ስለሆነም ባለፈበት ደረጃ ችቦን፣ሻማን፣ኩራዝን፣ፋኖስን፣ የኤሌክትሪክ መብራትን፣ ለመፍጠር ችሏል።የኤሌክትሪክ መፈጠር ጨለማን ለማባረር ብቻ ሳይሆን ለልዩ ልዩ አገልግሎት የሃይል ምንጭ ሆኗል። ይህ እድገት በኤኮኖሚውና በማህበረሰቡ ኑሮና አስተሳሰብ ላይ ከፍተኛ ለውጥ እንዳመጣ አይካድም።

በትግሉ የተሳካላቸው አገሮች ሕዝባቸው ከጨለማ ስርዓት ወጥቶ ለመልካም አስተዳደርና ለተሻለ ኑሮ ሲበቃ ለዚያ ያልታደሉት ግን አሁንም ከነበሩበት የጨለማ ስርዓት አልተላቀቁም።ይበልጥ የሚያሳዝነው ግን በጨለማ ስርዓት ስር ሲዳክሩ የነበሩት አገሮች የራሳቸውን ጥቅም ብቻ በማዬት በሌሎቹ አገሮች ሕዝቦች ላይ ለሰፈነው የጨለማ ስርዓት አጋዦችና ደጋፊዎች መሆናቸውና የሕዝቡን ትግል ለመቅጨት ከስርዓቱ ጎን መሰለፋቸው ነው። የበዝባዦችና የጨቋኞች አንድነት በሰፈነበት የትግል ሜዳ ላይ ለአገራቸው ነጻነትና ለተሻለ ኑሮ፣ ለመብታቸው ከሚታገሉት በኩል ድክመት በመኖሩ ብዙ ጊዜ የሚያደርጉት ትግልና ሙከራ ከሚፈልጉት ግብ ላይ አላደረሳቸውም።የሰፈነውን ችግር ለማሶገድ ጠላትና ወዳጅን ለይቶ ያለማወቅ፣ ቁርጠኛነት አለመኖር፣ የዓላማ ስልትና ግብን ያለማወቅ ድክመት እንዲሁም የራስን ጥቅምና ዝና የማስቀደሙ አባዜ ለውድቀት ዳርጓቸዋል።በተጨማሪም ትግላቸው

በአስመሳይ አጋሮች እዬተጠለፈ በነበረበት ለውጥ አካልና የመጀመሪያ መንደርደሪያ እንጂ አሮንቋ ውስጥ እንዲቆይ መደረጉ በተደጋጋሚ የለውጡ መጨረሻ ሆኖ መታዬት የለበትም።ገና ተከስቷል። ብዙ ይቀራል።አሁንም የጎሳ ፖለቲካና ፖለቲከኞች ከቦታቸው አልተወገዱም።አሁንም ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ላለፉት የዘረኞች ስርዓት ባሰፈነው የማፈናቀል ሂደት ዘመናት የሰፈኑበትን የጨለማ ስርዓቶች ሰው እዬተፈናቀለ ነው።በከተማም አስተዳደር በተለይም ላለፉት 28 ዓመታት የተጫነበትን ውስጥ የተንሰራፋው የጎሰኝነትና የሙስና የዘረኝነት ስርዓት የወለደውን የግፍ አሠራር በጉቦ ወይም ከአቅሙ በላይ ቀንበር ለመስበር ከዳር እስከዳር ተንቀሳቅሶ የሆነ ፎቅ እንዲሠራ በማስገደድ መሥራት እምቢባይነቱን በአደባባይ መስዋእት እየከፈለ ያልቻለው ብዙ ሕዝብ የኖረበትን የግዥና አሳይቷል።በዚህ የሕዝብ እምቢባይነት ሳቢያ የውርስ ቦታውን እየተነጠቀ ቤት አልባ የስርዓቱ አካል የሆኑትም ሳይቀሩ ለሕዝቡ ሆኗል።ሌላውም ከሚተዳደርበት የግል ሥራው ጥያቄ ጆሯቸውን ሰጥተው ብቻ ሳይሆን እየተፈናቀለ ሥራ አጥ ሆኗል።እንደመዥገር የለውጡ አንቀሳቃሾች ሆነዋል።በዚህ የለውጥ ተጣብቀው ለሚመጠምጡት የቀበሌና የክልል ሂደት አንዳንድ የሚያበረታቱ እርምጃዎችንም እስተዳደር ባለስልጣኖች ተጋልጦ መከራውን ወስደዋል።ይህ እርምጃ ጨለማን ለማሶገድ ሲያይ ኖሯል፣አሁንም እያዬ ነው።በአገር ፍንጥቅ ብሎ እንደሚወጣው የብርሃን ጨረር ደረጃም የአገር ሃብትና ንብረት ባለሥልጣኑ መታዬት ቢኖርበትም አቅም አጥቶ በጨለማው እንደፈለጉ የሚያዙበትና የሚዘርፉት የግል ጉልበት እንዳይዋጥ የለውጡ ፈላጊ ሃይል ሃብት ሆኗል።አሁን በመካሄድ ላይ ያለው የየበኩሉን ችቦ ለኩሶ የፈነጠቀውን የለውጥ የመንግሥት ዘመቻ በዚህ ላይ ያተኮረ ጨረር ማገዝ ይኖርበታል። ቢመስልም ዘለቄታ እንዲኖረውና ውጤታማ እንዲሆን በጥቂት እርምጃዎች ብቻ ተወስኖ ብርሃኑን ለማዳፈን ጨለምተኞች እንዳይቀርና ተንገጫግጮ እንዳይቆም የሚያደርጉትን ጥረት መቋቋምና በለውጡ የሕዝቡን ድጋፍና ተሳትፎ ይጠይቃል።ሕዝቡ ስም መለስተኛ ጥገና በማድረግ የዘረኞች የእርምጃው አድናቂና ደጋፊ ከመሆን ባሻገር የጨለማ ስርዓት እንዳያንሰራራ ቆቅ ሆኖ የእርምጃው አካል በመሆን በየቀበሌው የሙስና መጠበቅ ተገቢ ነው።ካንሰር በሽታ ከስሩ አስተናጋጅ የሆኑትን ሁሉ ከነማስረጃው ካልተወገደ ቢነካኩት ለመስፋፋት መንገድ ለመንግሥት አሳልፎ መስጠት ይኖርበታል። መጥረግ ይሆናል።በበሽታው የተጎዳውም በመጀመሪያው ህክምና ድኛለሁ ብሎ ተስፋ የዘረኛው የኢሕአዴግ ስርዓት የፈጠራቸው ማድረግ አይኖርበትም። ባለሥልጣኖች የፈጸሙትና የሚፈጽሙት ሌላው ወንጀል የተከናወነው በፖለቲካው አሁን በኢትዮጵያ አገራችን የሚነፍሰው የለውጥ ዙሪያ ነው።በዚህ መስክ ጥያቄ ያቀረቡና ንፋስና የሚወሰደው እርምጃ የሚፈለገው ገጽ 22 ይመልከቱ

Toronto ready for more autonomy: Tory

It might mean reworking the City of Toronto Act, something the previous Kathleen Wynne government wasn’t that interested in doing, he said.

“(The Ford government) managed to amend the City of Toronto Act in a pretty rapid fashion to change the size of council so they clearly have indicated a willingness to open it up,” he said.

Tory said he would also be happy with a bigger share of the revenue that provincial and federal levels of government already collect to address the growing needs of the city.

Gun Violence

There are currently 150 officers in training that will be added to Toronto Police next year, part of an answer to the complex issue of gun crime in the city, Tory said.

Toronto’s also hoping that neighbourhood policing, with officers assigned to the same community for at least four years, will help stem the bloodshed.

“They’ll have a presence in those neighbourhoods,” he said.

In the long-term, Tory believes that community programs will help youth turn away from street gangs and that transit expanded to their neighbourhoods will connect them to good jobs and the city.

A recent announcement by Tory and Ford that 600 new Amazon jobs were coming to Toronto might not have raised much hope for lowincome kids living in places like Rexdale and Malvern, he said. “(They) would think those jobs might as well have been created on the moon in terms of their accessibility to those jobs,” he said.

AMDOM: As you can see, the ruling party stifles even the smallest display of dissident in Tigray. We try to mobilize people, but for example, on May 9, our youth were arrested and released multiple times before we even began a rally.

They basically deploy an army, sometimes TPLF deploys more soldiers than our whole people. TPLF has deep fear because they feel Tigray is their last refugee.

Zehabesha/Teshome: During the meeting, it seems they first got irritated when you said TPLF was never elected and compared their 99% election “victory” to North Korea elections.

AMDOM: That’s because they know they steal elections and power. Most of the society knows this fact and they know the society knows it. But their number one concern is that Tigray people will rise up against them or simply react to these facts. So TPLF’s agenda is to change the topics that causes the reaction.

Zehabesha/Teshome: Sebhat Nega especially got angry when you said millions of poor Tigrayans and billionaire TPLF leaders can never be one and the same

AMDOM: This was why they interrupted me because that’s the biggest question for Tigray. Most people don’t see and don’t know the so-called growth and development that TPLF talked about when it was in Addis Ababa. The people have many unanswered questions.

Zehabesha/Teshome: As you know, there has been growing dispute between Amhara and Tigray people regarding Welkait, Raya and Qimant as well as other ethnic flashpoint areas around the country. Is there systematic federalism problem?

AMDOM: The main problem in Ethiopia is we still don’t have democratic government. We must start solving all problems democratically and constitutionally for every citizen.

Zehabesha/Teshome: Thats the keyword, you just mentioned the word “citizen” but that’s not respected in the constitution of Ethiopia today. We address all problems only thru ethnicity. Now, they say Amhara region finally has democracy today and they want to have Welkait back. Will your party Arena Tigray give Welkait to Amhara?

AMDOM: Arena Tigray party accepts the constitution, and the current federalism which is based on language. And Welkait people speak Tigrigna so we believe it should remain part of Tigray.

If there are any questions about this, we should address it peacefully and constitutionally.

Three countries where democracy actually staged a comeback in 2018

suffered from endemic corruption at the highest levels. But then the giant Odebrecht bribery scandal, which has played out across Latin America, revealed a series of new scandals. Every former Peruvian president going back several decades is now either in prison or under investigation.

Last March, when President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski was forced to resign over bribery allegations, Peru’s ambassador to Canada, Martin Vizcarra, got word he should hurry home: As the largely powerless first vice president, he was next in the line of succession.

When Vizcarra arrived on a commercial flight and took the oath of office, most Peruvians had barely heard of him. But his accidental presidency was about to take a dramatic turn.

The Washington Post: By almost any measure, 2018 has been a disastrous year for democracy. Authoritarian leaders have made decisive moves to tighten their grip on power by eroding practices indispensable to a functioning democracy, such as the rule of law and a free press, and blithely ignoring or violently suppressing mass protests in places such as Hungary, Nicaragua, the Philippines and elsewhere.

And yet, there are parts of the world where, quite unexpectedly, the struggle for democratic reform made giant strides — a reminder that the right mix of activism, leadership and circumstances can suddenly change the course of history. The good news came from starkly different countries, where undemocratic practices had been playing out in unique ways. Remarkably, whether toppling autocrats or reversing corrosive practices, the bold leaders and committed activists that shocked the system managed to achieve their goals without violence.

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the year came in Ethiopia, a country of 100 million people and a solidly authoritarian past. Its jails teemed with political prisoners and journalists, and regime critics knew that the safest place was in exile. Since overthrowing a military regime in 1991, the ruling Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) monopolized power, profited from corruption, crushed its critics and blatantly favored the privileged ethnic Tigray minority.

But then, in March, tensions within the EPRDF produced something of an internal coup, and the party chose Abiy Ahmed as its new chairman, making him prime minister and the first member of the oppressed Oromo minority to hold the post. His appointment ushered in changes that Ethiopians at home and abroad could hardly believe.

Abiy freed thousands of political prisoners. He released jailed journalists — not a single one remains in prison, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists — and ended a decades-old

war with neighboring Eritrea. The euphoria that gripped Ethiopia, as opposition leaders started returning home, spread to the diaspora. Abiy met with a hero’s welcome during his travels to exiled Ethiopian communities. In a meeting with Ethiopian dissidents in the United States he explained his vision: The next step, he declared, is a “democratic election.”

Abiy and Ethiopia face enormous challenges. Economic turmoil and ethnic conflict could yet lie ahead. But the prime minister also enjoys an extraordinary amount of support. His push for fair elections, his tolerance of dissent, and his selection of women as cabinet officers, the head of the Supreme Court, and ceremonial president all signal a more democratic future.

Armenia has experienced a similarly dramatic turnaround. When President Serzh Sargsyan, already in office for a decade, staged a power grab by changing the constitution and becoming prime minister, the journalist-turned-activist Nikol Pashinyan leveraged the people’s anger to drastically change the country’s direction.

Pashinyan led a massive march followed by crippling demonstrations, paralyzing the country until the parliament — which had named Sargsyan prime minister — finally relented. The nonviolent people power of Armenians forced Sargsyan to resign and persuaded legislators to name Pashinyan prime minister. But the biggest shift was still to come.

A week ago, Armenians elected a new parliament, handing Pashinyan’s bloc an astonishing 70 percent of the vote.

The previous ruling party, Sargsyan’s Republicans, didn’t even manage the 5 percent minimum required to enter parliament. Bolstered by the vote of confidence, Pashinyan has now launched a comprehensive anti-corruption campaign aimed at cleaning up the system of government.

AMDOM: I think all these areas should have their questions answered democratically and peacefully. It is important to have an independent institution and government that can solve these problems.

Yes, there are disputes around Addis Ababa and in many places today and I blame EPRDF for everything.

Zehabesha/Teshome: What is your position on the several TPLF figures and generals arrested recently?

AMDOM: They are accused of corruption and the law allows for such activity to be prosecuted by the government. The question is, was proper procedures taken to bring these charges, is there an impartial or independent judiciary, and are the rights of defendants respected? Other than these, many were rightfully accused of corruption and they should have their day in court.

Zehabesha/Teshome: Some critics complain that Abiy’s regime is targeting Tigray people. They ask why Oromo, Amhara and other Ethiopian high level EPRDF officials never get arrested and why the Abiy government extended forgiveness only for rebel groups.

Zehabesha/Teshome: What do you think of the return of peace between Eritrea and Ethiopia? And is Tigray ready to give up Badme to keep the peace?

AMDOM: What has happened recently is one of the great Abiy achievements we support. Tigray and Eritrea people have families on both sides of the border and we were cut in half. Now our people are united, excited and crying with happiness. This is something we support.

Regarding Badme, we must carefully address it by involving all local people and regional stakeholders. But if we impose the border ruling without consulting the people on the ground, the crisis will likely return.

Zehabesha/Teshome: What is Arena Tigray’s plan for 2020 election? And how will it use media and other resources?

AMDOM: We are mobilizing people, candidates and supporters. We have financial difficulties and TPLF controls both governmental and private media.

Some people have been living in shelters for one or two years, when it was supposed to have been a week or two, but there’s no affordable housing to move them into, he said.

It’s particularly complicated when people have mental health issues and need supportive housing, he said.

Toronto’s shelter system is not perfect but the city has been working since the spring to ensure that no one gets turned away on a cold night, he said.

“The missing middle they call it,” Tory said. “That’s exactly the problem.”

The mayor said the number one issue he was confronted with during this past year’s election campaign was affordable housing, so that’s why the city has already moved to free up 11 parcels of land to build more.

Even someone with a solid $50,000-a-year job will struggle to keep any money after rent is paid, and that has economic and social repercussions for the city, he said.

One of the ideas put forward by one of his mayoral challengers was to allow people living in subsidized housing, like Toronto Community Housing (TCHC), to buy their own units.

“I actually would like to explore that,” Tory said.

He also believes that large TCHC properties need the kind of rebuild that occurred at Regent Park to create mixed income neighbourhoods.

“We built them so that there was a concentration of one sort of lower income group all together in one place,” he said. “Today, we wouldn’t think of doing that. ”

Gridlock

Easing gridlock was a key promise in the Mayor’s 2014 campaign, but he acknowledges that at best it has just stayed the same.

“It’s been a real struggle,” Tory said.

The city is growing so rapidly with all the construction that involves, he said.

In some cases, improvements in one area have come at the expense of others.

Critics have pointed out that the King Street pilot project has increased motorist travel times, while supporters have noted the King streetcar now moves more quickly.

The Eglinton Crosstown project has been a huge upheaval but will be hopefully worth all the pain when it opens in a couple of years, he said.

New technology on the Yonge Street line will also allow more trains, easing the overcrowding on that line, he said.

The provincial government has also shown strong support for a downtown subway relief line, he said.

"In Ontario, our water is protected by strict health-based drinking water standards, comprehensive legislation and strong monitoring, reporting and enforcement that ensure the quantity and quality of our drinking water."

The report showcases actions the province is taking with municipalities, conservation authorities and Indigenous communities to protect drinking water from its source to people's taps. The report also outlines how we will continue to ensure the long-term sustainability of our vital water resources through the government's new made-in-Ontario environment plan.

Ontario is working together with partners to address the key stressors on our water resources. The plan proposes new actions to protect Great Lakes, fish, parks, beaches, coastal wetlands and water by reducing plastic litter, reducing phosphorus that causes excess algae, addressing sources and causes of shoreline bacteria, reducing salt in waterways, and focusing on vulnerable areas such as Lake Ontario.

The government is also proposing to extend the moratorium on new and increasing permits to take groundwater to produce bottled water until January 1, 2020. This will allow time to complete a thorough review of water taking policies, programs and science tools to ensure continuous supply.

"Our government will ensure the continued protection of our water resources," said Phillips. "Actions set out in our new environment plan will help us tackle the many pressures on our water resources and ensure our lakes, waterways and groundwater are well protected, now and for future generations."

I never had the pleasure or the misfortune of meeting Ato Bereket. On the other hand I feel as if I have known him all m my life. We became very close after the 2005 general elections.

When I first heard him speak, what surprised me most was his soft feminine voice that clashed with the impression of a fierce guerilla fighter I have envisioned. If you remember he was the one tasked by the petty tyrant to deal with the ‘opposition’ regarding the election. So I had a good opportunity to see him operate. He failed miserably. It was painful to watch.

He has never failed to motivate me to double my effort in my work to sabotage his effort to bring misery to my homeland. My quarrel with him is not personal but I always felt I spoke for those his misguided policy brought death, suffering, incarceration, exile and feeling of hopelessness. Ato Bereket to Meles was as Herr Goebbels was to Adolf Hitler. His job was putting lipstick on a Pig.

He was the face of ugly Woyane TPLF. Bereket joined the struggle against the Military Junta before he completed high school. He was born in Gondar, northern Ethiopia. His parents were Eritreans. Bereket has an older brother that joined EPRP and was killed

by TPLF in a firefight. Berket joined his brothers’ murderers and changed both his first and last name trying to escape from the past. Most freedom fighters change their first name to protect their family but Berket went all the way. He was born as Mebrehatu Gebrehiwot. Bereket Semon is a name of an Eritrean fighter that was operating in Tigrai. The person is still alive but Bereket stole his name.

He also replaced his Eritrean identity with that of Amhara and assumed leadership of the Amhara organization on behalf of his TPLF comrades. He mislead the organization until six months back when he was unceremoniously dumped.

A bully like Meles Zenawi surrounds himself with weak individuals that enforce his twisted and criminal mind creations with enthusiasm and glee. Bereket, Seyoum, Abay were such errand boys that served evil faithfully. Of all the petty tyrants creation Bereket was exceptional. Like his mentor cruelty, cynicism and indifference came to him naturally. His position as the right hand man of the tyrant gave him the spotlight to shine as arbiter of culture in our land.

Bereket could be said to have single handedly killed the media in Ethiopia. He shattered the budding free press and rode rough on all type of journalism. He used ETV, Walta, Zami FM, Aiga and many more to spread disinformation, intimidate the opposition and create terror in the minds of Ethiopians.

Bereket has managed to steal two more elections since the 2005 debacle. All pretences of trying to look legal and honorable were set aside and his group won 100% of the votes. That is how insane our friend is.

There was no trace of shame or awareness when the result was declared and celebrated as real and a proud moment in the history of Ethiopia.

The death of the tyrant was the moment Bereket shined and displayed the many years of experience in spinning unpleasant news. He kept the corpse in a freezer for over a month while he rearranged the deck on the titanic. Bereket orchestrated a funeral fit for mother Teresa. Bereket used the occasion to create dissent and bad will among our people. He made some eulogize the tyrant knowing it will create ill feeling in our society. He beamed the shameless display for the world to see. You can see some wearing dark shades, some hiding, a few covering their face and a majority looking stunned, disgusted and wishing they were anywhere else but there.

I am for Truth Commissions, but worst criminals must go to trial.” Diplomats normally do not use such harsh language but Bereket brings the worst in people and the Diplomat saw him for what he was, a gangster parading as a servant of the people.

The reason I focused on Bereket is because

he is refusing to go away silently, peacefully and without much fanfare. He loves attention and gets off being in the midst of things even if it is criminal enterprise.

Well here he is this past weekend sitting on a dais and pontificating regarding our future. From what I understand he was invited to discuss the current situation by Mekele University. Why out of millions of capable Ethiopians one will invite Bereket is not clear to me. Asking Bereket about building a prosperous Ethiopia is like asking the captain of the Titanic to teach about piloting a ship across the Atlantic. Both the host and the guest are operating in what is referred to as the ‘Neverland.’

True to form Bereket dove into the subject with zeal. He started off by claiming the ‘EPRDF was known for resolving problems through understanding and in a peaceful manner where hope was supreme’ He really said that. He went on to say ‘some are painting the last 27 years as dark time and those even in leadership position are claiming the regime was a terrorist and are heard disparaging the Constitution.’ He also opined ‘ …. there is concern because no one is giving direction on fundamental issues thus causing fission between the Federal and the Kilils (Bantustans) and between the Kilils themselves and they are forging ahead on self rule.’ His conclusion was to claim ‘All the indicators for a failed state are here and the possibility of rapid collapse is imminent’.

I told you the individual is mad. I am not a medical doctor to pass such judgment but in this case I believe the majority of Ethiopians are qualified to judge the Meles/ Bereket/Syoum/Abay and their little underlings performance as the custodian of the Ethiopian State. When Bereket from that stage speaks of ‘tolerance, peaceful ways of resolving difference’ as part of his method of operation you know that he is a liar, a sociopath and devoid of human empathy. The Ethiopians whose life was cut short or was interrupted with lengthy prison sentence and untold suffering are here with us trying to survive as beast as they could. Because they are out of prison does not mean the suffering and nightmare will disappear. Meles and Bereket have left an ugly scar on our psych and we feel the pain of our brave brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers that crossed path with Woyane devil.

I am glad Mekelle University took the time to discuss the current problem facing us. It is a timely subject. Who to invite in such grand setting of higher education is not a simple matter. There are many factors that go into choosing a guest. Character, expertise, communication skills and standing among peers are but a few of the criteria required. To make matter interesting including a different point of view will also enrich the discussion. Why Mekelle University choose to host Bereket who at the moment is on internal exile and does not represent any group is not clear. Why another individual was not invited for balance is dereliction of duty as place of higher learning.

What Bereket said from that stage is not acceptable at all. Predicting calamity in a peaceful land, raising the red flag where no danger exist is a deliberate and planned provocation against our peace and harmony. Using Federally allocated resources to fan hate and insecurity should not be tolerated. Insinuating the fracture of our motherland and threatening going it alone is not acceptable or advisable to the health and well being of the group one purports to speak for.

ከላይ የተፃፈው ከአሚሪካዊት ደራሲዋ የጆሲ ፒኮልት ብሂል በግርድፉ ሲተረጎም እንዲህ ይላል። “አንዳንዴ፤ በሕይወት ውስጥ አይናችንን በጨርቅ አስረን እራሳችንን ስናውር፤ ጨርቁን አጥበቀን የቋጠርነው እኛ መሆናችንን ደግሞ እንክዳለን።” ይህ ጥቅስ በመጠኑም ቢሆን፤ ሰሞኑን የአስተዳደር ወሰንና የማንነት ኮሚሽን አዋጁን (ከዚህ በኋላ የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ እየተባለ ይጠቀሳል) አስመልክቶ፤ በተለይም በሕወሃት አመራር እና በደጋፊዎቹ፤ እንዲሁም “ምሁር” በሚል ታርጋ በየቴሌቪዥን መስኮቱ እየቀረቡ፤ እጅግ አስቂኝ፤ ግን አሳዛኝ አስተያየት የሚሰጡትን ሰዎች ይገልፃል። ከዚህ ቀደም “ሕገ መንግሥቱን የጣሰው ማን ነው?” በሚለው ጽሁፌ የሕወሃት አመራሮች እና ደጋፊዎቻቸው፤ ሰለ ሕገ መንግሥቱ “ሲከራከሩ”፤ እንዲሁ በድፍኑ መሆኑን እና፤ ስለ ሕገ መንግሥቱ የሚያነሱት ክርክር ጭብጥ አልባ መሆኑን አሳይቻለሁ። ዛሬም ከዚሁ ወገን የምንሰማው የአስተዳደር ወሰን እና የማንነት ጉዳዮች ኮሚሽን ኢ-ሕገ መንግሥታዊ ነው የሚሉት፤ ግልብ ከሆነ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ እንጂ በጭብጥ ያልተመሰረተ መሆኑን አሳያለሁ። ለዚህም እንዲረዳን፤ የኮሚሽኑ ዓላማ ምን እንደሆነ በግልጽ ያስቀመጠውን አዋጅ ቁጥር 4 እና 5 የሚለውን እጠቅሳለሁ። በተለይም ቁጥር 5 ከንዑስ 1-8 ያሉት አንቀጾች፤ የኮምሽኑን ሥልጣን በግልጽ አስቀምጧል። ከሁሉም በላይ ሊሰመርበት የሚገባው፤ ይህ ኮሚሽን፤ ውሣኔ ሰጪ አካል አለመሆኑን አዋጁ በማያሻማ ሁኔታ ማስቀመጡን ነው። ከዛ ቀጥዬ አዋጁን የሚቃውሙትን ሰዎች “የተቃውሞ ሃሳብ” በመጥቀስ መሰረተ ቢስነቱን አሳያለሁ። ቁጥር 4 እና 5 የአዋጁ ድንጋጌ እንደሚከተለው ነው። “4. የኮሚሽኑ ዓላማ ኮሚሽኑ አሳታፊ፣ ግልጽ፣ አካታችና ሳይንሳዊ በሆነ መንገድ ከአስተዳደር ወሰኖች፣ ራስን በራስ ማስተዳደር እና ከማንነት ጋር የተያይዙ ግጭቶችንና መንስኤያቸውን በመተንተን የመፍትሄ ሃሳቦችን ለህዝብ፣ ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት፣ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እና ለአስፈጻሚው አካል ማቅረብ ነው። 5. የኮሚሽኑ ሥልጣንና ተግባር ኮሚሽኑ የሚከተሉት ስልጣንና ተግባራት ይኖሩታል፡-1/ ከአስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖች አከላለል፣ ራስን በራስ ማስተዳደር እንዲሁም ከማንነት ጥያቄ ጋር የተገናኙ ማናቸውንም ችግሮችንና ግጭቶችን በጥናት ለይቶ አማራጭ የመፍትሄ ሃሳቦችን ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ እና ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ሪፖርት ያቀርባል፤2/ በህዝቦች እኩልነትና ፈቃድ ላይ የተመሰረት አንድነት ስር እንዲሰድና እንዲዳብር ለማድረግ ሊወሰዱ ስለሚገባቸው እርምጃዎች ማሻሻያ ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ እና ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ምክረ ሃሳቦችን ያቀርባል፤3/ አስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖች በቀጣይነት የሚወሰኑበትንና የሚለወጡበትን መንገድ በተመለከት አግባብነት ያላቸውን ህገ-መንግስታዊ መርህዎች ያገናዘበ፣ ግልጽና ቀልጣፋ ስርዓት ወይም የህግ ማሻሻያ እንዲዘረጋ ጥናት በማድረግ ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ፣ ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት እና ህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ምክረ ሃሳብ ያቀርባል፤4/ ጎልተው የወጡና በፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት፣ በህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት፣ በፌዴራል መንግስት የሚመሩለትን የአስተዳደራዊ ወሰን ውዝግቦችን መርምሮ የውሳኔ ሃሳብ ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ እና ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ያቀርባል፤5/ ከአስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖች ጋር በተያያዘ የተነሱ ግጭቶች ተፈተው፣ በአጎራባች ክልሎች መሃከል ያለው መልካም ግንኙነት የሚታደስበትና የሚጠናከርበትን መንገድ ያመቻቻል፤6/ በቀጣይነት አስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖች የግጭት መንስዔ እንዳይሆኑ ሊወሰዱ የሚገባቸውን እርምጃዎች አስመልክቶ ለጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ

፣ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት እና ለሀዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ምክረ ሃሳብ ያቀርባል፤7/ አስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖችና አካባቢያቸው አስተማማኝ ሰላም የሰፈነባቸው የልማትና የንግድ እንቅስቃሴ የሚካሂድባቸው እንዲሆኑ አስተዳደራዊ ወሰኖችን የተመለከተ የፖሊሲ ማእቀፍ ያመነጫል፤8/ የአስተዳደር ወሰን ጉዳዮችን በተመለከት የህዝብ አስተያየት ይሰበስባል፤” (ድምቀት እና ሰረዝ የተጨመረ።

እስካሁን ካነበብኳቸው እና ከሰማኋቸው ቃለ መጠይቆች፤ ኮሚሽኑ የተቋቋመበት አዋጅ ሕገ መንግስቱን ይፃረራል ብለው የሚሟገቱት ሃይሎች፤ ከሕገ መንግሥቱ የጠቀሷቸው ሁለት አንቀፆች፤ አንቀጽ 9ን እና አንቀጽ 39 ናቸው። ከዚህ በተጨማሪም በሃገሪቱ ጦርነት ያስነሳል፤ሕዝብ ያልመከረበት ነው፤ የትግራይን ሕዝብ ለመጉዳት ነው፤ እና በጣም ገራሚ የሆነው ደግሞ፤ በብሔር ብሔረሰቦች በኩል የተነሳ የማንነት ጥያቄ አሁን የለም፤ የሚሉ መሰረተ ቢስ መከራከርያዎችም አንስተዋል። በመጀመርያ የተጠቀሱትን አንቀጾች እንመልከት። አንቀጽ 9 የሚያወሳው ስለ- የሕገ መንግሥት የበላይነት ነው፤የሚለውም እንደሚከተለው ነው።

“ሕገ መንግሥቱ የሀገሪቱ የበላይ ሕግ ነው። ማንኛውም ሕግ ልማዳዊ አሠራር፣ እንዲሁም የመንግሥት አካል ወይም ባለሥልጣን ውሳኔ ከዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት ጋር የሚቃረን ከሆነ ተፈጻሚነት አይኖረውም።” አንቀጽ 9 የሚለው ይህ ሲሆን፤ የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ ከዚህ አንቀጽ ጋር እንዴት እንደሚጋጭ ግልጽ አይደለም። ይህንን አንቀጽ ይዞ ለመከራከር፤ በመጀመርያ ደረጃ፤ አዋጁ እራሱ ሕገ መንግስቱን የጣሰ መሆኑን ማስረዳት ያስፈልጋል። አዋጁ የትኛውን የሕገ መንግስት አንቀጽ ነው ይሚፃረረው? የሚል ጥያቄ መነሳት እና መልስ ማግኘት አልበት። አዋጁ፤ አንቀጽ 39ን ስለሚጻረረ፤ አንቀጽ 9 አዋጁን ውድቅ ያደርገዋል ከሆነ ክርክሩ፤ አንቀጽ 39 ደግሞ ምን እንደሚል ማየት ነው። የሕገ መንግስቱ አንቀጽ 39 የሚከተለውን ይላል። “አንቀጽ 39 - የብሔሮች ብሔረሰቦች ሕዝቦች መብት 1. ማንኛውም የኢትዮጵያ ብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ፣ ሕዝብ የራሱን ዕድል በራሱ የመወሰን እስከመገንጠል ያለው መብቱ በማናቸውም መልኩ ያለ ገደብ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2. ማንኛውም የኢትዮጵያ ብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ፣ ሕዝብ በቋንቋው የመናገር፣ የመጻፍ፣ ቋንቋውን የማሳደግ፣ እና ባሕሉን የመግለጽ፣ የማዳበርና የማስፋፋት እንዲሁም ታሪኩን የመንከባከብ መብት አለው፡፡ 3. ማንኛውም የኢትዮጵያ ብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ፣ ሕዝብ ራሱን የማስተዳደር ሙሉ መብት አለው። ይህ መብት ብሔሩ፣ ብሔረሰቡ፣ ሕዝቡ በሰፈረበት መልክዓ ምድር ራሱን የሚያስተዳድርበት መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት የማቋቋም እንዲሁም በክልልና በፌዴራል አስተዳደሮች ውስጥ ሚዛናዊ ውክልና የማግኘት መብትን ያጠቃልላል፡፡ 4. የብሔር፣ ብሔረሰቦች፣ ሕዝቦች የራስን ዕድል በራስ የመወሰን እስከ መገንጠል መብት ከሥራ ላይ የሚውለው፤ ሀ) የመገንጠል ጥያቄ በብሔር፣ በብሔረሰቡ ወይም በሕዝቡ የሕግ አውጪ ምክር ቤት በሁለት ሦስተኛ የድምፅ ድጋፍ ተቀባይነት ማግኘቱ ሲረጋገጥ፤ ለ) የፌዴራሉ መንግሥት የብሔር፣ የብሔረሰቡ ወይም የሕዝቡ ምክር ቤት ውሳኔ በደረሰው በሦስት ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ለጠያቂው ብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ ወይም ሕዝብ ሕዝበ ውሳኔ ሲያደራጅ፤ ሐ) የመገንጠሉ ጥያቄ በሕዝብ ውሳኔው በአብላጫ ድምፅ ሲደገፍ፤ መ) የፌዴራል መንግሥት መገንጠሉን ለመረጠው ብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ ወይም ሕዝብ ምክር ቤት ሥልጣኑን ሲያስረክብ፤ ሠ) በሕግ በሚወሰነው መሠረት የንብረት ክፍፍል ሲደረግ ነው፡፡” ማንም ማሰብ የሚችል ሰው እንደሚገነዘበው የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ ከአንቀጽ 39 ጋር የሚጣረዝበት አንድም ነገር የለውም። እንደውም፤ የኮሚሽኑ መቋቋም፤ ለአንቀጽ 39 ድጋፍ የሚሰጥ እና በጥናት የተደገፈ የምክር ሃሳብ

ለፌደራል መንግስት የሚያቀርብ ተቋም ነው። ይህም ግጭቶችን ይቀንሳል እንጂ እንዴት ግጭት ሊያባብስ እንደሚችል ግራ ያጋባል። ስለዚህ የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ ሕገ መንግስቱን ይፃረራል የሚሉ ሰዎች ወሃ የሚቋጥር ሕገ መንግስታዊ መከራከርያ ነጥብ የላቸውም። እንደውም ሕገ መንግስቱ፤ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ሕግ አርቅቆ የማስፀደቅ ሥልጣን ስለሚሰጠው፤ ምክር ቤቱ የተከተለው ሕገ መንግሥቱን ነው። ሕገ መንግስቱ በግልጽ ያስቀመጣቸው ድንጋጌዎችም፤ የኮሚሽኑ መቋቋም አዋጅ ላይ ለተነሱት አንዳንድ የተቃውሞ ነጥቦች የማያሻማ መልስ ይሰጣል። ለምሣሌ፤ ሕዝብ ያልተውያየበት ነው የሚለው ውኃ የማይቋጥር ሃሳብ በሕገ መንግስቱ አንቀጽ 8 መልስ ያገኛል። በተለይ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 3 በማያሻማ መልኩ፤ ሕዝቡ ሕግ ላይ ውይይት የሚያደርገው፤ በተወካዮቹ አማካኝነት መሆኑን ይገልፃል። “የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አባላት ስራቸው ሕዝቡን ወክሎ መምከር፤ መከራከር እና ሕግ መደንገግ ነው። ስለዚህ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ተወያዩበት ማለት፤ ሕዝቡ ተወያየበት ማለት ነው። በየትም ሃገር፤ ሕግ አውጪው አካል ሁሉንም ነገር ለሕዝብ እያወያየ አይወስንም። በእርግጥ እንዳስፈላጊነቱ ሕግ አውጪ አካል ሕዝቡን የሚያወያይባቸው ጉዳዮች አሉ፤ ይህንንም የሚወስነው ምክር ቤቱ ነው። አንቀጽ 8 ከቁጥር 1 እስከ 3 እንዲህ ይላል። 1. “የኢትዮጵያ ብሔሮች፣ ብሔረሰቦች፣ ሕዝቦች የኢትዮጵያ ሉዓላዊ ሥልጣን ባለቤቶች ናቸው፡ ፡ 2. ይህ ሕገ መንግሥት የሉዓላዊነታቸው መግለጫ ነው፡፡ 3. “ሉዓላዊነታቸውም የሚገለጸው በዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት መሠረት በሚመርጧቸው ተወካዮቻቸውና በቀጥታ በሚያደርጉት ዴሞክራሲያዊ ተሳትፎ አማካይነት ይሆናል፡፡” ስርዝና ድምቀት የተጨመረ። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ፤ የአከላለል ለውጦችን በተመለከተ የሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 48 ለፌደራል መንግስት የሚሰጠው ሥልጣን አለ። አንቀጽ 48 እንዲህ ይላል። “የአከላለል ለውጦች 1. የክልሎችን ወሰን በሚመለከት ጥያቄ የተነሳ እንደሆነ ጉዳዩ በሚመለከታቸው ክልሎች ስምምነት ይፈጸማል። የሚመለከታቸው ክልሎች መስማማት ካልቻሉ የፌዴሬሽኑ ምክር ቤት የሕዝብን አሰፋፈርና ፍላጎት መሠረት በማድረግ ይወሰናል፡፡ 2. በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 1 መሠረት የቀረበ ጉዳይ ከሁለት ዓመት ባልበለጠ ጊዜ ውስጥ በፌዴሬሽኑ ምክር ቤት የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ ይሰጥበታል፡ ፡” አንቀጽ 48ን በጥሞና ከተመለከትን፤ የኮሚሽኑ መመስረት፤ የፌዴሬሽኑን ምክር ቤት እጅግ የሚጠቅም ሆኖ እናገኘዋለን። ፌዴሬሽኑ የክልል ጉዳዮችን ወሰን በተመለከተ፤ በጥናት እና በመረጃ የተደገፈ ውሳኔ እንዲወስን ይረደዋል። ምክንያቱም የኮምሽኑ አላማ፤ በከፊል፤ ጥናት ማድረግ፤ ሃሳብ ማመንጨት፤ የሕዝብ ሃሳብ መሰብሰብ ናቸው እና። ከዚህ ሌላም የኮምሽኑ አዋጅ በሕገ መንግስቱ አንቀጽ 50 ንኡስ ቁጥር 3 የተደገፈ ነው። አንቀጽ 50 (3) እንዲህ ይላል፡“የፌዴራሉ መንግሥት ከፍተኛ የሥልጣን አካል የፌዴራሉ መንግሥት የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ነው። ተጠሪነቱም ለሀገሪቱ ሕዝብ ነው። የክልል ከፍተኛ የሥልጣን አካል የክልሉ ምክር ቤት ነው፤ ተጠሪነቱም ለወከለው ክልል ሕዝብ ነው፡፡” ከዚህ በተጨማሪ የሕገ መንግስቱ ቁጥር 54 የምክር ቤቱ አባላት የመላው ሕዝብ ተወካዮች ናቸው ሲል አረጋግጧል፡፡ ስለዚህ ሕዝብ ያልተወያየበት ነው የሚለው፤ የአዋጁ ተቃዋሚዎች መከራከርያ ሃሳብ የወደቀ ሃሳብ ነው። ስለሕግ አጸዳደቅ የሚደነግገው አንቀጽ 57፤ ለምክር ቤቱ ሕግ እንዲያወጣ ሥልጣን የሰጠው ሲሆን፤ አንቀጽ 59 ደግሞ “በዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት በግልጽ በተለይ ካልተደነገገ በስተቀር ማናቸውም ውሳኔዎች የሚተላለፉት በምክር ቤቱ አባላት የአብላጫ ድምፅ ነው።” ሲል ምክር ቤቱ በአብላጫ ያሰለፈው ሕግ የሃገሪቱ ሕግ እንደሚሆን አስምሮበታል። የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ ተቃዋሚዎች፤ አንዱ መከራከርያቸው አዋጁ የትግራይን ክልል ለመጉዳት ነው የሚል ነው፤ ግን፤

የትግራይን ክልል እንዴት እንደሚጎዳ ያቀረቡት ምንም ጭብጥ የለም። ችግሮች እንዳይነሱ ጥናት የሚያደርግ፤ ግጭቶች ከተነሱ በኋላም ግጭቶችን በሰላም ለመፍታት ጥናት የሚያደርግ እና የመፍትሔ ሃሳቦችን ለፌደራል መንግስቱ የሚያቀርብ ተቋም፤ እንዴት ትግራይን ሊጎዳ እንደሚችል ምንም ግልጽ አይደለም። የሚያሳዝነው እና የሚያሳፍረው፤ ግን በአሁኑ ስዓት በኢትዮጵያ የሚደረጉ ማናቸውም በጎ ነገሮች የማይዋጣለት እና፤ የሕዳሴውን ጉዞ ለማደናቀፍ ታጥቆ የተነሳው ጽንፈኛ ቡድን፤ የትግራይን ሕዝብ ከወንድሞቹ ጋር ለማጋጨት የማይቆፍረው ድንጋይ አለመኖሩ ነው። እነዚህ ለሕዝብ ምንም ደንታ የሌላቸው፤ ግን በሕዝብ ስም የሚነግዱ ሃይሎች፤ ስለግል ጥቅማቸው ከመጨነቅ ይልቅ ሃገርን እና ሕዝብን ቢያስቀድሙ፤ ካለአስፈላጊ ቀውሶች እንድናለን። እሳት፤ ጫሪውንም አብሮ እንደሚበላ የሚያስረዳ መካሪ ያስፈልጋቸዋል። እንደውም ይህን አዋጅ በቅንንነት ካዩት፤ የኮሚሽኑ አዋጅ የትግራይን ክልል በብዙ መልኩ የሚጠቅም ነው። ለምሣሌ በወልቃይት ጠገዴ፤ በቅማንት፤ በራያ እና መሰል ሕዝቦች የተነሱ የማንነት ጥያቄዎች አሉ። እነዚህን ጥያቄዎች፤ በጥናት እና በሰላማዊ መንገድ መፍታት ነው የሚበጀው ወይንስ በጥይት? ሰላም ለሚፈልግ ሃይል መልሱ ግልጽ ይመስለኛል። ሌላው በጣም የሚያሳዝነው እና የሚያሳፍረው፤ ጠዋት ጠዋት ከእንቅልፋቸው ሲነሱ፤ በሃገር ውስጥ በየአካባቢው ያሉ ግጭቶችን እያነፈነፉ በየማህበራዊ ገፃቸው የሚለጥፉልን ሰዎች፤ “አሁን መች የማንነት ጥያቄ ተነሳና ነው ኮምሽኑ የሚያስፈልገው?” የሚለው ክርክራቸው ነው። ምናልባት፤ ከሁለት ዓመታት በላይ የፈጀው የወልቃይት ጠገዴ ጥያቄ እና ያስነሳው ግጭት ለእነዚህ ሰዎች ተዘንግቷቸው ይሆን? ራያ ውስጥ በማንነት ጥያቄ ምክንያት የሚቀጠፈው ሕይወት፤ የሰው ሕይወት አልመሰላቸው ይሆን? ከመቸውም በላይ ዛሬ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ “የማንነት ጥያቄ” ሃገሪቱን እያተራመሰ ለመሆኑ፤ በድሎት አልጋ ላይ መቀሌ ለተኙት ሹማምንት፤ ይህ ጠፍቷቸው ይሆን? ነገሩ “አውቆ የተኛን ቢቀሰቅሱት አይሰማም” ዓይነት ነው። እነሱ ባኮረፉ ቁጥር የሚመዟትን ሕገ መንግስት እራሳቸው ቢያከብሩ እና እራሳቸው የሕግ ተገዢ ቢሆኑ፤ መቀሌ ላይ አላስፈላጊ ሕዝበ ተእይንት ባላስፈለገ ነበር። ይህንን ምስኪን ለፍቶ አዳሪ ሕዝብ እያስገደዱ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ከማሰወጣት፤ እራሳቸው ያፀደቁትን፤ ግን አንብበው የማያውቁትን ሕገ መንግሥት ቢፈትሹ፤ የሚበጀው ለራሳቸው ነው። ሕጉን የመቃወም መብታቸው የተከበረ ነው፤ ግን ሕጉን በመቃወም ስም እያሳዩ ያሉት ባህሪ እና ሸፍጥ የትም አያደርስም። በተለይ የጦርነት ታምቡር ጉሸማቸው፤ ሊያሳፍራቸው ይገባል። በእርግጥ ሕገ መንግስቱን አንብበው የተረዱ ሰዎች ቢሆኑ፤ የኮምሽኑ አዋጅ ሕገ መንግስቱን ጥሷል ብለው፤ በአቋማቸው ከተማመኑ እና ሕገ መንግሥታዊ መከራከርያ ካላቸው፤ አንቀጽ 62 መፍትሔ ይሆናቸዋል። የሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 62 በማያሻማ ሁኔታ እንደሚያሰቀምጠው፤ የፌዴሬሽኑ ምክር ቤት ሕገ መንግሥቱን የመተርጎም ሥልጣን አለው፡፡ የሕገ መንግሥት ጉዳዮች አጣሪ ጉባዔን የማደራጀት ሥልጣን አለው። የኮምሽኑ ተቃዋሚዎች፤ ተቃውሟቸውን ሕጋዊ እና ተገቢ በሆነ ሁኔታ መሟገት ሲችሉ፤ እየሄዱበት ያለው መንገድ ግን እራሳቸውን የሚያጠፋ ነው። ሕግ ይከበር እያሉ ሌትና ቀን እያላዘኑ፤ ምክር ቤቱ ያወጣው ሕግ ትግራይ ውስጥ ተግባራዊ አይሆንም ብሎ መፎከር እንዴት ሕግን መከተል እና ሕግ ማክበር ሊሆን ይችላል። የትግራይ ቲቪ “ምሁራን” በሚል ታርጋ ለጥፎ ካነጋገራቸው እጅግ አስቂኝ ከነበሩት አስተያየቶች ቀልቤን የሳበው፤ ይህንን ሕግ በአለም አቀፍ ፍርድ ቤትም ተከራክረን እናሰርዘዋለን የሚለው ነው። ይህ ምሁር ሕገ መንግስቱ የሃገሪቱ የበላይ ሕግ መሆኑን ከሆነ የተማረው፤ የውጭ ሃይል በምን ተአምር፤ ወይም በየትኛው አሰራር ነው ጣልቃ ሊገባ የሚችለው? በኮምሽኑ መቋቋም ላይ የሚነሱ ተቃውሞዎች፤ ሊከበሩ እና ሊታዩ ይገባቸዋል። የኮምሽኑ አዋጅ ተቃዋሚዎችም ተቃውሟቸውን በጭብጥ ሃሳብ ላይ የተመሰረተ ያድርጉ፤ ሕገ መንግሥታዊውን አሰራር ይከተሉ፤ ሕጋዊ መንገድ ተከትለው ካሸነፉ ሃሳባቸው ይከበር፤ ከተሸነፉም ሕግ ያክብሩ። ግን፤ በትግራይ ሕዝብ ስም አይነግዱ፤ የትግራይ ሕዝብ ላይ ዘመቻ እንዳለ አድርገው አይሰበኩ፤ የጦርነት ታምቡር አይጎሽሙ፤ መጥፊያቸውንም አይደግሱ።

Now, a large study spanning two decades has linked eating plenty of fruits and vegetables from middle to late adulthood to significant protection from memory loss. And certain fruits and vegetables were found to be especially protective.

The study, published last month in the journal Neurology, followed 27,842 male health professionals (dentists, optometrists, pharmacists, podiatrists and veterinarians) for 18 to 22 years. The researchers tracked participants’ diets every four years and assessed their subjective cognitive function (SCF) twice during the study.

SCF – scored good, moderate or poor – is assessed using a self-reported questionnaire that measures changes in memory and cognition.

It’s thought to capture the earliest signs of cognitive decline.

THE FINDINGS Total vegetable intake (more than five daily servings versus less than two), total fruit intake (three daily servings versus 0.5) and fruit juice intake (daily consumption versus less than once a month) were each associated with a significantly lower risk of moderate and poor SCF. The link became even stronger after accounting for other risk factors such as body weight, physical activity, heavy smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and depression.

Since the arrest two Canadians ― Calgary-born entrepreneur Michael Spavor and former Canadian diplomat Michael Kovrig ― have been held by Chinese authorities.

The arrest of a third Canadian citizen could cloud relations between the two countries, which has been marred amid an ongoing trade dispute between the United States and China.

The National Post could not confirm the identity of the detained citizen. But third-party sources who said they spoke to the family of the person suggest the person is not a diplomatic official, nor an entrepreneur operating in China.

Meng has since been released on bail and is to return to court early next year for what could be an extended legal proceeding.

The Chinese government and state-run media have lashed out against Canada for the arrest, which could dampen Prime Minster Justin Trudeau’s ambitions to launch free trade talks with the country.

In an op-ed in the Globe and Mail, Chinese ambassador Lu Shaye said Meng’s arrest was a “miscarriage of justice,” given that she wasn’t charged under Canadian law.

“The detention of Ms. Meng is not a mere judicial case, but a premeditated political action in which the United States wields its regime power to witch-hunt a Chinese high-tech company out of political consideration,” Lu said. “The reason behind all the bullying behaviours of the United States is that it pursues power politics against other countries relying on its huge advantage in national strength.”

Meng’s father is the founder of Huawei, one of the world’s largest developers of hardware and software technologies, including cutting-edge mobile data networks. The Trudeau government has been under some pressure to bar the company from developing its 5G network in Canada, due to security risks cited by some experts.

Addis Ababa (AFP) – A rebel group popular with Ethiopia’s largest ethnic community on Friday accused the government of breaching a historic peace deal aimed at encouraging the organisation to return to the political fold.

The Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) said the authorities had failed to meet key provisions under the agreement.

In July, reformist Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed removed the OLF from a list of terror organisations, and two months later its exiled leadership made a triumphant return home.

The two sides also concluded a deal in August aimed at opening the way for the OLF to return to the political arena.

However, the accord has run into snags. The government has called for OLF fighters to immediately lay down their arms, and says some of them have been carrying out crimes.

The OLF denies this, and on Friday charged the government with failing to meet its promise of integrating its combatants into the armed forces.

“The OLF had agreed with the Ethiopian government on the formation of impartial security forces, inclusion of our fighters to security forces and the truth about our fighters and other Oromos who disappeared over the last 27 years,” OLF chairman Dawud Ibsa said at a press conference in Addis Ababa.

“None of the points have been respected.”

“Some of our fighters who have already entered into disarmament, demobilisation and rehabilitation camps have not been given the proper care, and we are prevented from seeing our fighters,” he added.

The Oromos are the largest of Ethiopia’s some 80 ethnic groups, with 35 percent of the nation’s nearly 80 million inhabitants.

After the fall of Ethiopia’s Marxist regime of Mengistu Haile Mariam in 1991, the OLF was part of the country’s transitional government.

“The stationing of Ethiopian soldiers in our areas of operations has resulted in conflict between soldiers and with Befqadu Z Hailu our fighters,” he added.

Abiy, appointed in April, has won plaudits for a flurry of major reforms.

They include the release of thousands of imprisoned dissidents and journalists, forging a peace deal with rival Eritrea, and unveiling plans to privatise state corporations.

But his image has been dented by ethnic clashes in Addis Ababa and remote parts of the highly diverse country, sparking fears that Africa’s second largest country could spiral once more into violence.

Most of us are already convinced that the old regime has fallen and the new regime is here, cursing the past. No theory can easily define the type of political transition in #Ethiopia. It is the same ruling party that revolted against its umbrella, the coalition – EPRDF. It is no revolution enough, it is not coup enough, it is more than reform and etc. In fact, the easiest way of referring to it maybe a coup d’état against one member of the ruling coalition in alliance with dissenting protestors. Therefore, the past officials, corruption-figures, rights violators and other criminals are roving in the city freely with their victims, at times they are acting like change actors. The following is my story when I met my torturer in a “a repressive law reform consultation meeting.”

It was on the 18th of October 2018, in Adama town at Dire Hotel. Prison Fellowship (PF) in cooperation with the Federal General Attorney had hosted a two days discussion on the Anti-Terrorism Proclamation (ATP) – on how it is used for abuse and how it can be revised. When we were out for lunch, I was bumped into one of my worst torturers back in April/May 2014 while I and my colleagues were detained in #Maekelawi. He was one of the participants of the consultation, representing Federal Police with other two. I was scared very much and my heart beat went bumping dherererererer… I saw the same person in Addis a couple of times, once with Mahlet Fantahun. He tortured her too. And, the feeling of seeing him had been as painful as was on this latter event.
