21 Century Social Housing


Introduction

Site is located at Daqiaotou (大橋頭), Taipei, which is at the end of Dihua Street and is an old area. I analysis the activities of Human, Technology, Environment and Philosophy. Reprogram them and re-shuffle with three factors Living, Social, Working. And then have a new 3d relationship of Massing and Cluster. After the process, the concept section become the beginning of Design.

1~4樓為水平帶狀的公共空間, 其中利用特定空間形成或斜或直的串聯 ,向下與地景的對應成為多語的活動場所, 向上與中層的住宅群以 可視卻不可及的手法形成柔軟的介面。 而高樓層的第二區帶狀公共空間, 將兩側住宅重新連接,

最終創造出一個聚集不同cluster的社區, 不同強度比例的 Living Social Working在建築的各處發生, 公共與私密性在Reprogramming後的 豐富層次空間內相互交流。

在住宅空間以不同的Cluster分區, 一側以兩層樓為單位的住宅, 內部與外部皆有挑空, 雙層住宅的動線創造了 不論是內部或是與公共空間的多層次關係; 而另一側則創造遠離喧囂的安靜住宅。
