Introduction
I start my design with a novel. Estabilsh a new world view and structure of society. As the events happened, all elements like character, space, city transform into a new look. Politics, Environment, Society, Humanity...all have a impact on the architecture. I try to be an novelist, create a new world.And then the leading role in my story become an architect, build many space. Now, you will become an audience, experiencer, flaneur of my story.

The End of the world
After the “Millennial” (A.D. 2000), Global warming accelerates climate change and short-duration intense rainfall`s frequency increase.
Many cities were drowned by climate change.
今早，海水淹過了家鄉的最後一片土地，所有的農田沉進大海中， 稻穀、玉米、農作物在水中載浮載沉，水泥與紅磚的平房在海裡若隱若現。 全村倖存的人們聚集在廟宇的屋頂上，等待救援船的到來， 我帶著一身的行囊，無神的坐在燕尾旁的瓦當上，望著曾經是家鄉的土地…

2025 PRC (People's Republic of China) and Japan form a close alliance called E.A.C (East Asian Country). 2031 They start a war and occupy all East Asia.
2050 E.A.C build a New City on the Taipei city and established six tower area with Transportation Network
Taipei city was abanded and bacome anarchy.

2050自由城 中國佔領了整個東亞，成立東亞國E.A.C。 東亞國決定將自由城建構在舊台北市之上， 捨棄了整治的可能、放任其浸泡在洪水之中， 自由城分成六大塔區， 塔區的名字對應著中國的地理， 塔區之間由運輸網連結，運輸網串連著城市命脈的能源傘區。

Once a month, People gather around at Bath House because of Bath Festival ! After the disaster and war, city don`t supply clean water. Flâneur decideto create an bath house which also purify water from rain.
