Following last issue’s report on increased buyer demand, we’re pleased to share that this trend has continued into 2025, which has resulted in a strong start to the year. Properties that remain in high demand include vacant or tenanted commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings, where value can be added through strategic management, planning, or development. We expect this trend to continue and look forward to reporting on the second quarter of the year in early summer.
