A New Lease on Life Through Nutrition
Shared by Giles Richardson, AIM Group Builder in Roodepoort, South AfricaFor the greater part of the past 40 years, I have lived with stiffness and severe pain in my body. Getting up from a chair or into a car has been a major challenge. I was also plagued with stabbing nerve pain running up my leg and burning pain in my foot. Not anymore!
I turned 76 on January 21, 2023, and friends and family have commented on how well I look for my age. They are impressed that I am able to go to the gym five days a week for workout classes and do a parkrun as often as possible. I believe that following a healthy diet and supplementing with AIM products has a lot to do with my well-being.

So, to provide some meaning, here are some nutritional differences between two cruciferous vegetables and two meaty options, showing nutrient-dense foods versus calorie-dense.

After a serious health diagnosis, I prayed for guidance and that was the beginning of my journey to regain my health. I am so thankful to have met AIM Chairman’s Club Director Edna Smith, who encouraged me not to fear but to put my faith in God and make good dietary changes so that my cells could become healthy.
Edna explained that barley grass juice is one of the most alkalizing foods you can put into your body. Generally speaking, most individuals are acidic due to poor diet and lifestyle choices. Extensive research shows that harmful pathogens thrive in an acidic environment and weaken our body systems.

Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat became my daily habit as well as taking a lot of BarleyLife. I drank fresh carrot juice but to avoid the hassle of daily juicing, I started mixing Just Carrots and RediBeets together with BarleyLife that I was taking several times a day. I knew I was getting the Garden Trio’s concentrated, whole-food nutrition—the way Mother Nature designed.

For colon cleansing, I added Herbal Fiberblend to my supplemental regimen. It was good to know that the mixture of herbs and fiber scoured toxins and “old garbage” out of my body. I will never be without my Herbal Fiberblend or the Garden Trio.

I also added Proancynol 2000 that contains powerful antioxidants to help fight free radicals. With dietary changes and supplementation, my cells were gradually restored to health.

Although I will soon be 84 and just moved into a new community, I still enjoy sharing AIM nutrition because I care so much about people. And I am thankful for the wonderful friendships that have developed as a result. I am convinced that the AIM products are the best on the market as I am living proof of nutrition that works.
