TACTICS • Produce an engaging, classy book for select agents, and their high-end clients. Distribute to our partners at targeted Knight Frank offices • Create custom website and feature on elliman.com, and knightfrank.com • Create customized collateral and marketing material to target global markets: China, Europe, Brazil, Russia, and the Middle East. This will include translations and in-market distribution through Knight Frank Residential • Look for opportunities to feature your property in local & international media outlets • Target Douglas Elliman agents in the Sports and Entertainment division • Host a Top Producer Event • Promote estate to local and internal network

PHOTOGRAPHY • The property will be professionally photographed during the day and night by an architectural digest quality photographer • The Property will also be photographed aerially by a drone • A 3-D Model will be created of the home

DIGITAL MEDIA / PROPERTY WEBSITE • A custom flash website will be created that showcases both the floor plan and architectural elements of the estate • A lifestyle video will be produced to create an experience for a potential buyer

LOCAL PRINT PUBLICATIONS LOS ANGELES TIMES • A full page color advertisement will be placed announcing the listing and will appear on the first saturday of the marketing campaign • The listing will be featured every saturday and sunday on the Douglas Elliman Corporate full page advertisement
