WELCOME TO THE ANAM The Anam is set on a long stretch of beach in Cam Ranh Bay, one of the world's most beautiful bays that offers guest the serenity and service of a bygone era. The resort’s design was inspired by Vietnam’s Indochine era and the property’s romantic appeal draws on this particular epoch. The imperial-style roofs, lanterns, big-bellied water vases, decorative pools, customized mosaic floor tiles and stone pathways all evoke a nostalgic tone yet feel completely contemporary. Opened in April 2017, the luxurious resort boasts 77 villas, 40 premiums and 96 rooms and suites. It features an all-day dining restaurant The Indochine, a fine dining restaurant The Colonial, a Vietnamese cuisine Lang Viet restaurant, Saigon Bar and Beach Club, 10 spa treatment rooms, 3D movie theater, three capacious swimming pools, ballroom, conference rooms, recreation and fitness center, a tennis court, yoga room and kids’ club.

Au Lac Ballroom The Au Lac Ballroom caters to up to 250 people theater-style and 120 for a banquet. Featuring clean, Indochine influenced architecture as well as elegant chandeliers, this room is ideal for many events including launch presentations, awards ceremonies, annual company meetings and wedding receptions. The Au Lac Ballroom is ideal for gala and wedding dinners as well as other significant events. The Anam’s meticulous team is on hand to listen to event organizers’ interests and wishes and create one-of-a-kind events.
3D Theater The Anam is the first resort in Vietnam to boast a 3D Theater. With comfortable, tiered seating for 60 people, it is an excellent space for keynote speeches and presentations. The large, high-resolution screen and a state-of-the-art 9.2 surround sound system will make video presentations shine. The cinema is also available for movie screenings and karaoke.
Meeting Rooms The Anam has two dedicated meeting rooms: Linh Nam and Van Lang. The rooms are separated by a divider that can be opened to create one large meeting room. Both meeting rooms feature elegant colonial-era architecture and wooden floors and state-of-the-art projectors and sound systems.
Outdoor Events For outdoor meetings and events, the large, elegant lawn area on the cusp of Long Beach’s golden sands is ideal. Up to 500 people can attend gala dinners, events, functions, or team building days in this stunning location which features uninterrupted views of Long Beach Cam Ranh. Other popular outdoor locations to hold events at The Anam include poolside and on the soft sand of the private beach.
BEACH & GARDEN SURROUNDS With warm tropical breezes, swaying palms, and the ocean literally at the doorstep, The Anam’ signature designed villas, nestle harmoniously into the surrounds. It is as close to paradise as one can find. Seemingly endless white-sand beaches stretch in each direction. There are stunning views across Long Beach and offshore islands to the east with a backdrop of jungle-clad mountains. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and majestic coastal rainforests, the architects of The Anam have ensured that every part of the resort blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The finest local stone has been skilfully fashioned into internal and external tiling, with the internal floor tile patterns magnificently showcasing the Indochine area. Sustainably harvested timber has been sourced and extensively applied to accentuate its natural beauty - and at every turn, the splendour of bygone times is evident.
ACCOMMODATION A total of 77 villas, 40 premiums and 96 rooms and suites epitomize the ultimate in Vietnamese craftmanship and offer picturesque views of the ocean, headlands, lush gardens and the resort’s swimming and decorative pools. The villas, rooms and suites range in size from 50 sqm to 267 sqm. All of the accommodations are light and airy and feature king-size and/or twin beds in the center of the bedroom, hardwood finishes from sustainably cultivated forests, and customized encaustic mosaic floor tiles, creating an atmosphere of old-world elegance. The premium villa categories that range from 150 sqm to 267 sqm offer living room with a sofa that can be converted into a daybed. A number of concerning accommodations are designed to make family and group travel all the more convenient. All of the bathrooms in the villas, rooms and suites are adorned with grey slate stone tilling and feature deep soaking tubs and separate rain showers. The villa’s bathrooms open to a private garden. The bathtubs in rooms and suites can be partitioned from the rest of the interior space with folding, wooden doors. Each and every villa features terraces and/or balconies, and 27 of the villas have their own private swimming pool.

In-room Amenities You are guaranteed a blissful night’s sleep with a king-sized Sealy mattress, plush 300 thread-count cotton Irish bed linen and goose down pillows from The Anam’s pillow menu. The luggage cabinet is equipped with two umbrellas, two conical hats, slippers, a beach bag, sandals, clothes brush and other amenities. The wardrobe is stocked with bathroom robes, torch, ironing set and then some. Another bespoke luxury is The Anam stationary on the working desk. Lang Viet Restaurant and Bar With a panoramic views of the beach, and adjacent to The Anam’s spectacular adults-only swimming pool, Lang Viet Restaurant and Bar occupies some of the most inspiring space at The Anam. Open from breakfast until late at night, it serves classic Vietnamese dishes such as Pho and Banh Mi. All made from the freshest local ingredients and cooked by our expert local chefs. To give guests a truly authentic slice of Vietnamese cuisine and culture, each Friday nights Lang Viet Restaurant and Bar opens its doors to five mothers of The Anam staff. The don a toque and apron to cook their favorite dishes as part of the popular “Mama’s Cooking” nights.
The Colonial Restaurant The Colonial Restaurant is The Anam’s fine dining establishment. Specializing in European dishes with a focus on classical French cuisine, The Colonial offers an eight-course degustation dinner menu with wine pairing that showcases The Anam’s world-class wine selection. During the day it is the The Colonial “club lounge,” offering breakfast, snacks and afternoon tea free of charge to guests staying in suites and high-end villas. A pianist on a baby grand piano performs a selection of traditional pop, jazz and classical music, enhancing the ambiance of this elegant room. Booking your seat for the sumptuous degustation experience is highly recommended as dinner is only served at two set times per evening.
Beach Club At the other end of the beach to Lang Viet Restaurant and Bar, the Beach Club bookends The Anam’s best view over the waterfront. It offers icecold beer and many other refreshing beverages, as well a variety of delicious western food items along with snack foods that will make your stay in this casual setting a real treat. Open daily from 10 a.m. until midnight.
Indochine Restaurant Located near the open-air lobby, The Indochine is The Anam’s gastronomic hub. Rich wood accents and luxurious fittings and fixtures set the mood in this multi-level dining space. Its terraces overlook one of the resort’s three swimming pools and are bathed in welcome slivers of sunlight by day and in the glow of lanterns and candles by night. An extensive buffet breakfast includes popular Western and Asian dishes, large spreads of pastries, bread and fruit, a live cooking station and freshly squeezed juices.
Saigon Bar The Saigon Bar overlooks one of The Anam’s three swimming pools. The bar features an outdoor terrace and a stylish interior hung with striking black and white photography by renowned Vietnamese photographer Mai Loc and his singular perspective on Vietnam’s natural splendor and diverse culture. The Saigon Bar has a small à la carte menu and offers afternoon tea, happy hour cocktail, and wine and champagne by a glass to a backdrop of a pianist and singer performing live Vietnamese, Frend and English music daily.
LOCATION The resort is located on northern Cam Ranh Peninsula, just 20 minutes from Cam Ranh International Airport, and 30 minutes from Nha Trang city, one of Vietnam’s iconic beach destinations. It is easily accessible by road, rail or air, just an hour by plane from Ho Chi Minh City and an hour and a half from the capital, Hanoi. Cam Ranh boasts some of Vietnam’s most idyllic weather, with over 300 sunny days a year and an average year round temperature of 26.7 degrees Celsius. The Anam’s stunning setting and tropical weather support a host of water sports and other recreational activities. Shaded by 3000 palm trees, The Anam’s lush 12-hectare grounds overlook the white sands and turquoise waters of Long Beach. Traditional sampans and coracles still ply these waters and picturesque islands loom just offshore. A dramatic headland named ‘Song Lo,’ meaning the ‘wave next to the mountain,’ rises up to the immediate north and west, highlighting the setting’s natural appeal.
