Welcome to Bass Performance Hall and our 2022-2023 Performing Arts Fort Worth season. On behalf of the Performing Arts Fort Worth staff and Board of Directors, I thank you for joining us as we celebrate 25 years of Bass Performance Hall. Tonight, we welcome a tribute worthy of an icon. R.E.S.P.E.C.T. is the electrifying tribute celebrating the music of the legendary Aretha Franklin. This concert experience will take you on a journey of love, tragedy, courage, and triumph. Starring a live band and supreme vocalists, enjoy this night of music by one of the greatest artists of all time.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T. comes to Bass Hall as part of the 2022-2023 BNSF Popular Entertainment Series. This incredible lineup continues in November featuring festive favorites and old friends with An Evening with Slaid Cleaves on November 18 at McDavid Studio, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical at Bass Hall November 21-22, followed by Holidays with the One O’Clock Lab Band on December 2 at McDavid Studio. Then in the spring, Our Planet Live In Concert takes the Bass Hall stage March 21. The series closes with the One O’Clock Lab Band Spring Showcase May 5 at McDavid Studio. Individual tickets to these shows are on sale now.
Our 2022-2023 Broadway at the Bass Season presented by PNC Bank begins in November with the Lincoln Center Theater production of Lerner & Loewe’s My Fair Lady. The season also includes Disney’s The Lion King, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Annie , Tootsie and Hadestown. Returning to the Hall as a season add-on this November is Elf The Musical to ring in the holiday season. Season tickets are no longer available at this time. Individual tickets to My Fair Lady, Elf, and The Lion King are on sale now.

Trejah Bostic (Lead Singer) is a singer/ actress based out of Brooklyn, NY. Music has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember and stepping into a role like Lead Singer in a national tour is a dream come true! “I am super excited to be a part of this phenome nal cast and I’m looking forward to embarking on this journey. I can’t wait to party with y’all!”
Nattalyee Randall (Host 1, Lead Singer Under study) resides in NYC but is originally from Spring field, IL. She attended Western Illinois University for Music and English Education. She is an activist, ultra marathoner, teacher, and actor. You can catch her in the movie The Ghost Who Walks on Peacock TV. She recently directed and executive produced the documentary The Race Against Race, which premiered at DOC NYC. Ashton Weekes (Host 3) aka ASHTNMRTN is a New York City-based singer-songwriter and actor whose music flows in between genres exploring soul and sensuality. His songs dive into early experiences with love, sex, and heartbreak. Mindfreak, his latest release on Blck Mrcy Recordings is a sexy, playful mid-tempo about enigmatic bosses looking to flex. His past work includes appearances in Damien Escobar and Father John Misty videos, performing with fashion brand Pyer Moss and the upcoming microseries H.E.R.
Jasmine Tompkins (Understudy) A Detroit native, Jasmine grew up singing gospel music in church and then classically trained as part of the Cass Technical High School Harp and Vocal ensemble. While majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, Jasmine also sang in Jazz combo groups. In 2020, Jasmine moved to Los Angeles to pursue a full time music and acting career acting in leading roles in plays FaithNLove, Fort Huachuca and I Can Hear Everything, as well as a supporting role in the feature film John Wynn’s One Hour. Jasmine is thrilled to be performing in honor of the legendary Aretha Franklin.

Darnell White (Music Direction) A noted staple in New York City’s music scene, Darnell has developed a pristine reputation as a performer, composer, and musical director. As a music director he has collaborated with artists including Melba Moore, Brian McKnight, Blaine Krauss, Amma Ossei, Willis White, Angela Birchett, David LaMarr, Carlton Jumel Smith and more. He recently served as musical director for

the off-Broadway show Revelation The Musical, as well as the film adaptation of Gospel at Colonus, Lady Day at Emerson’s Grill (Depot Theater) and served as the Artist in Residence at the American Songbook Association. He is currently the musical director for several churches in the New York area and the chorusmaster for Trilogy: An Opera Company in Newark. Darnell is highly recognized as one of New York City’s top vocal coaches and is always accepting new talent into his studio. I love you David LaMarr.

Tracey Moore (Casting) has more than 30 years of casting experience across the entertainment industry. Tracey wrote her first book entitled The Spirited Actor; Principles for a Successful Audition to empower and encourage actors on their journey.
