Ontario court refuses to order arrest of ex-CRPF officer Dhillon An Ontario court has dismissed a plea by Sikhs for Justice for summons or an arrest warrant to be issued against a retired senior police officer from India, on the grounds that his presence in the country had not been “sufficiently proven” by the hardline activist group.
