Theatr Clwyd What’s On Guide
theatrclwyd.com 01352 701521
Welcome We’ve spent the last 9 months asking you - in as many different ways as possible - what you love about us and what we can do better. Over 5,500 of you have filled in online surveys, whilst others have written memories in books in the bar, scribbled on post-its or simply chatted to us before and after shows. You’ll see our responses to this feedback in lots of different places from little changes in the tunnel to bigger changes in the café, from new furniture in the bar to children’s story books in our indoor garden. Some of these changes can happen overnight, others may take longer - please bear with us, keep telling us what you think and, most importantly, enjoy our next season. Tamara Harvey, Artistic Director; Liam Evans-Ford, Executive Director

HYNT card Need help to visit us? Cardholders are entitled to a free ticket for a personal assistant or carer. www.hynt.co.uk Audio Description & Touch Tours Description of the action on stage relayed live via headsets. This is accompanied with a touch tour to help audiences visualise the set, costume & actors. Captioned Minimally intrusive subtitles for theatre (the words as they are spoken) via a display box to the side of the stage. Relaxed Open to everyone but specifically adapted for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed environment (e.g. families with babies, young children or children with an Autistic Spectrum Condition, those with sensory and communication disorders or learning disabilities) – the lighting and sound is softer, more staff are around to help you, and it’s okay if you need to enter and exit mid-show. If you have access requirements our box office can help tailor your booking to your needs.
