It was a challenging scenario for the promoters of the property to have the old-fashioned cinema facility upgraded to a modern one. However, with the help of his team, Piyush Kotecha, CEO, Cinemark has managed to elevate the vintage theatre within a span of six months. He adds, "We have installed CP750 and JSD80 processor and multiple subwoofers for an earth-shattering sound experience and our 2.4 silver screen makes sure that the best quality of movie is being displayed with balanced and soft brightness." The auditoriums within the cinema facility are equipped with a combination of comfortable pushback chairs and sofa chairs in the last row for comfortable seating. The interior concepts and designs are based and inspired by movies which have completed their silver or golden jubilee and were screened when the cinema was being successfully run as Taj Mahal Talkies. The elevation of the building has been upgraded entirely to support the new structure. The Cinemark F&B team has installed an excellent canteen in the two-screen multiplex with a good range of menu with gourmet food, popcorn and inhouse offerings of samosa, burger, fries and a lot more.
