The Best Hummus 4 c. cooked chickpeas 1/4 c. tahini paste 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1 tsp. chopped garlic 1 Tbsp. agave nectar 1 Tbsp. salt

flavor bursts 2 drops parsley vitality essential oil 1 drop cilantro vitality essential oil toothpick method cumin vitality essential oil
PRE PA RATI ON
Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and lemon vitality oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is smooth. Garnish with paprika and parsley, if desired. Serve with Gary’s Young Living True Grit Einkorn Crackers, pita bread or veggies.
