Tented tailgate packages for parties from 10 to 30 along the rail. Celebrate the day with friends and family or entertain corporate clients. To ensure safety of our riders and horses and the best view for everyone, tents are not allowed in other areas.

Providence Road Party Tent: $3,500

This is the perfect spot for a party. You will enjoy the excitement of plenty of racing action. Enjoy up-close viewing of the races as horses thunder by your tented party.

Upper Providence Road Party Tent: $3,500

This is the perfect spot for a party. You will enjoy the excitement of two jumps and plenty of racing action. Enjoy up-close viewing of the races as horses gallop by your tented party.

Homestretch Rail Tent: $1,500

Watch the homestretch run from your tented tailgate along the rail.

Skip's Fox’s Den

Join us in the exclusive trackside Skip's Fox’s Den and be a part of the action! Located at the finish line, viewing the race does not get better than this.

Ideal for networking and socializing, Skip's Fox’s Den is the place to be. Located on the Infield next to the Elizabeth R. Moran Tower, it offers the best view of the finish line. Tickets include gourmet catering, full beverage service, and the opportunity to network and enjoy the finish from the best seat in the house. All guests must be 21 years or older.

Skip's Fox's Den: reserve a table of 10 for $3,000

You will receive:

• Parking (5) passes for parking next to the tent area

THEMED TAILGATE COMPETITION

A Hop, SKIP, And A Jump…

This year’s picnic theme—A Hop , SKIP, and A Jump—was chosen to honor former Race Director Skip Achuff’s memory and places him right where he would want to be at Radnor…in the middle of it all! A horseman his entire life, Skip was a jockey, race caller, and all-around true gentleman. He served as the Radnor Hunt Race’s director for nearly two decades and was a fixture in the steeplechase world. So, show us your steeplechase best: jockeys hopping on and off their horses, winding trails, perilous jumps, dapper spectators, delicious food, and elegant fashion. We are excited to see the themes imagined from A Hop, SKIP, and A Jump!

Picnic Patron: $700

Located in the Picnic Patron area, these popular tailgate spots offer great viewing of the racing. For safety reasons, tents are not permitted in this area. You will receive:

A Radnor Hunt Races Tradition

The box seats are the most traditional seat at the races. Many boxholders have been coming to the races for generations. The boxes are located in the center of all the action with the best view of the Paddock, Winner’s Circle, and the run to the finish.

Traditional Box: $550

Bring a picnic basket and cooler for lunch or make a reservation at the Radnor Hunt's buffet luncheon.

You will receive:

• 4-seat box with 36" round table

• 4 Patron ribbons

• 2 preferred parking passes

Superbox: $1,650

Winner’s Circle Box: $2,500

These boxes sit on the rail next to the Winner's Circle. They are as close as you can get to the action - the best seats for cheering your favorite on at the finish line and then watching the trophy presentation in the Winner's Circle next to you.

You will receive:

• (1) 10-seat box

• 6' table

• 10 Patron ribbons

• 4 preferred parking passes
