Having recently moved into a new city centre home to accommodate a growing team, Chrysalis Quantity Surveying is positioned well for future expansion in a variety of different sectors across Australia.

Moving into recently refurbished offices at 182 Adelaide Terrance puts Chrysalis Quantity Surveying at the heart of the action; in easy reach of their current clients, and in earshot of new business opportunities.

With Michael MacCulloch joining as General Manager to complement and enhance Chrysalis’ existing business offering, the Chrysalis leadership team is now focused on propelling the business into future growth.

Michael brings with him a solid track record in public sector and commercial construction including Defence, retail, education, health, aviation, and recreation and leisure and was recently managing a national Project Management Office comprised of 104 team members, leading this high performing team to achieve the 2019 RICS Project Management and Building Consultancy Team of the Year award.

With 25+years of experience in the construction industry Michael possess strong business acumen and is highly experienced in working with results-focused teams across sectors to achieve client’s objectives.

So where is the future for Chrysalis, Daniel sets this out nicely, “we want to work with new and existing clients to be part of their success whilst at

the same time being able to provide a personal professional exemplary service that can be relied upon. We want to be the best in the industry, known for consistency, for our good advice, and for providing the Client with a can-do attitude.”

We have our East Coast office situated on the Gold Coast, headed up by Thomas Lee with a great team there that allows us to service both the East & West Coast with the view to servicing clients in the Northern Territories as well as we move forward.

Michael adds, “we place a high-level of importance on ensuring a collaborative approach to generate a highly engaged, outcome-focused team environment, where each team member and stakeholder works towards the common goal of creating something exceptional.
