Stay-at-Home Dandy Decadent booze hound, Luke Wright would love to spend his life flouncing around looking fabulous, but back in rural Suffolk he’s got the school run to do. Wright tells captivating stories in visceral verse from neglected corners of Britain. Spend halfterm with lonely science teacher Mr Hooper; and cry ‘NOT IN MY NAME’ with the irate villagers of Much Harpingon. By turns funny, poignant and political, this stay-at-home dandy celebrates ordinary people having extraordinary moments, then sticks a ‘champagne-rinsed rococo boot’ into the swines who run things. Nursing Lives A heart-warming wartime tale of bravery and love from the UK’s leading full mask theatre company. The story... When Flo, a feisty seventysomething, learns that the hospital she trained at during the Second World War is being demolished, she decides to take one last look – and stop the bulldozers in their tracks... A love story set in the early 1980s of Thatcher’s Britain, Nursing Lives takes us back to the hardworking, heart-breaking, swing-dancing world of the UK’s wartime hospitals. Carly Smallman Made In Penge
Penge native and star of ITV2 Carly Smallman brings you her Edinburgh Festival smash-hit show full of funny songs and stories about romance, online abuse and how to love yourself (even if you, too, are a ‘fat walrus’.) She had it all – a new home, a gorgeous boyfriend, and a regular job on Viral Tap (ITV). But after the first show aired she found herself on the receiving end of some very nasty comments about the way she looks – ‘@itv get Miss Piggy aka @carlysmallman off the air’ Carly’s telly credits include The Rob Brydon Show (BBC), Secret Interview (Channel 5) and various E4 and BBC3 appearances.

Life/Style is about taking whatever life throws at you but still trying to look your best. Plus! Are we too obsessed with what other people think? Is there such a thing as a gay lifestyle? And is dressing up in period clothing ever an acceptable way of dealing with anxiety? No one has Tom Allen’s skewed view of the world, his unique storytelling ability or his talent for being both young and old, insider and outsider, confident and fearful. In 2005 he won both So You Think You’re Funny and the BBC New Comedy Awards. In 2010, Attitude Magazine called him a gay role model.
