IN TOMS RIVER

A year ago, we announced a new partnership which joined together the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, Peoples Pantry and The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties under one roof. The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties provides emergency food from its Neptune warehouse to 131,000 Monmouth and Ocean County residents - 1 in 10 people - including close to 40,000 children through 300 partner agencies. It runs a culinary training program that provides job skills for living wage employment, a production kitchen that prepares meals for at-risk children and the elderly, and outreach programs that help low-income households access multiple benefits to achieve financial stability. Client services include SNAP (food stamps), free tax preparation and affordable healthcare. The FoodBank will be operating at the B.E.A.T Center where it will continue the mission to alleviate hunger and build food security in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Our goal is to feed the food lines while working to shorten them.

and Empowerment Team (EET) program which connects a team of professionals with qualified volunteers to aid with resume writing, interview skills, job coaching, financial counseling and legal advice. In the past year the EET program yielded approximately 40 job offers for the 45 volunteers who participated in the program. The BEAT Center will be the site of the 2nd JBJ Soul Kitchen where “Hope is Delicious.”

In response to Hurricane Sandy, the Toms River School system opened the Peoples Pantry in November of 2012. Those who were displaced or were rebuilding their homes could come to the pantry on a weekly basis in order to receive supplies and food. A month later control shifted to Toms River School’s Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA). Within a few months INSPIRE-NJ was created to focus on a wider and more urgent mission, the struggle with food insecurity in Ocean County. The acronym INSPIRE stands for Individuals Needing Support Provided In a Respectful Environment.

The JBJ Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, NJ, an initiative of the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, is a non-profit community restaurant where diners can pay for their meal by making a donation or volunteering to work in the kitchen and restaurant. JBJ Soul Kitchen believes that food brings people together and helps to build the trust needed to connect them in ways that improve lives. Diners may be seated with friends they have not met yet and enjoy a 3-course delicious and nutritious meal for an experience that also nourishes the soul. Since JBJ Soul Kitchen opened in 2011, over 45,000 meals have been served and most recently reached the goal of 51% of the diners paying and 49% in-need. The JBJ Soul Kitchen runs the Employment

Located in the Silverton Section of Toms River, N.J. and accessible by public transportation, The B.E.A.T. Center will serve as a “one-stop shop” by connecting residents to resources like SNAP (also known as food stamps), affordable healthcare and tax preparation services, as well as access to a community food pantry, meals for at-risk children and seniors, and a culinary training program.

The B.E.A.T. Center will also house the JBJ Soul Kitchen, a community restaurant where diners can pay for their meal by making a minimum suggested donation of $10 each or volunteering. One hour earns volunteers a dining certificate for them and up to four family members.

Nissan announces Register

“Nissan Intelligent Mobility”

to introduce advanced, intelligent technologies.” Nissan Integration

How does an automaker create new benefits to society, and contribute to cleaner air, a greener planet and traffic safety? The answer is the networking of cars, individuals, social infrastructure as well as contributing towards the building of the essential charging infrastructure.

Pursuing a goal of zero emission vehicles and zero fatalities on the road, Nissan today unveiled its “Intelligent Mobility” vision at the Geneva International Motor Show. Created to guide the Nissan product evolution, Intelligent Mobility will anchor critical company decisions around how cars are powered, how cars are driven, and how cars integrate into society, all while staying focused on creating more enjoyable driving experiences. “Our Intelligent Mobility vision is a framework to move customers around the world towards a safer and more sustainable future,” said Carlos Ghosn, CEO. “To realize this vision, Nissan has launched a long-term strategy, supported by significant R&D investments. This enabled Nissan to introduce the breakthrough LEAF, the world’s first mass production EV, in 2010 – years before any of our competitors. It has also driven our development of cutting-edge autonomous drive technologies, which will be available in a range of mass production models by 2020. These steps are allowing Nissan to deliver the benefits of EV and autonomous drive innovations to as many customers as possible and, ultimately, to lead the way toward a new era of mobility.”

Nissan will help connect cars to social infrastructure such as road, information and electric power networks which will eventually lead to reduced traffic jams, more efficient car sharing, remote vehicle operation and improved energy management. Nissan also continues to support expanding EV charging networks across Europe, the U.S., Mexico and Japan. To date over 10,500 quick chargers have been installed globally and in Europe. Nissan is working with partners to even further increase quick chargers that can be used by all EVs, helping to grow the entire market and bringing convenience and confidence to the European EV drivers, not just Nissan drivers. Ubiquitous connectivity is an expectation of car consumers as an extension of their work and personal devices. Technology trends are everywhere with mobility and the “bring your own device” phenomenon

extending to vehicles. Nissan is committed to enabling vehicles to be part of that connected ecosystem.

“Intelligent Integration joins together Nissan’s Power and Driving initiatives with a society,” said Schillaci. “Intelligent Mobility does not only make driving more enjoyable, but it is an important step towards our goals of ‘zero emissions and zero fatalities.’ To achieve this important goal, we require a wider commitment by automakers. We must work with regulatory agencies to create and adapt motor vehicle laws, standards and policies to support autonomous drive.”

Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility technologies are available today in the form of Safety Shield, camera technologies and EV vehicles. It will further expand with Piloted Drive vehicles available in 2016 in Japan and in 2017 in Europe. As Nissan looks toward a future of car sharing, integrated traffic management systems and wireless charging networks, the full vision of Intelligent Mobility becomes clear. -www.nissannews.com

Nissan Intelligent Driving Nissan’s Intelligent Driving is foremost about performance, comfort and safety, removing the stress from a daily commute or minimizing the risk of unsafe conditions. Many of these advances are already available, as drivers can rely today on vehicles to recognize danger or take appropriate action to enhance safety. Nissan is leading with its Safety Shield technologies like Lane Departure Warning and Forward Emergency Braking, and will advance this leadership into autonomous drive technologies, available to all customers on core models in the range. Nissan will launch multiple vehicles with autonomous drive technology in the next four years in Europe, the United States, Japan and China. The technology will be installed on mainstream, mass-market cars at affordable prices and the first model will come to Japan this year. An on-road demo event in Europe in 2016 will showcase the maturity of Nissan’s autonomous drive technology. In 2017, the Nissan Qashqai will become the first Piloted Drive vehicle available in Europe. “Autonomous technologies have been part of our R&D activities for a long time,” said Daniele Schillaci, executive vice president, Global Marketing and Sales at Nissan. “We’ve done extensive and ongoing onroad testing since 2013. This verified the integrity and versatility of Nissan’s Piloted Drive engineering in realworld scenarios. Our autonomous technology is additive to the driving experience you have today, offering more enjoyable driving and less stress.”

Nissan Intelligent Power Nissan has been the leading automotive brand in electric vehicle technology and sales. Nissan believes that quiet, yet powerful, acceleration with an increased range is essential to ensure an incredible driving experience. Nissan is boosting EV battery energy density and performance, represented by the 60 kWh battery and up to 550km* autonomy, in the Nissan IDS Concept, which is making its European premiere at Geneva. Nissan technologies also reduce charging time, and develop EV potential in other innovative ways. Alternate sources of on-board electric power, such as fuel cells, will further encourage fuel diversity and renewable energy development. Also on the path of Intelligent Power is the further improvement of downsized turbo and X-TRONIC transmissions for both fuel efficiency and seamless response and acceleration. “Nissan is exploring a wide range of energy sources for tomorrow’s vehicles, and we recognize our role in continuously investing in multiple technologies,” said Schillaci. “The Nissan LEAF electric vehicles have now driven over 2.2 billion kilometers by highly satisfied customers, which is proving our capabilities in terms of electric vehicles and in terms of our ability

FORD LIGHTS UP THE NIGHT

WITH PSYCHOLOGY GUIDING THE WAY

Around the time the world was preparing for Y2K and the predicted doom that would ensue, Ford began work to update its corporate green interior dash lighting. The mandates included choosing a color that is pleasing to the eye – one that provides a higher quality of lighting, with good contrast for twilight and night vision. And because men and women see some colors differently, the shade had to be universally accepted by the color cones of both sexes.

“Another obvious issue was to design for people who have color deficiencies,” said Shannon O’Day, Ford interactions and ergonomics core engineer. “You can’t use a deep saturated red or green for dash lighting because those are colors people most typically have problems with. Eight percent of the global population has this issue, and most are male.”

Red and green are typically reserved for emergency buttons, such as hazard lighting. DEARBORN, Mich.,– In the niche world of automotive lighting design, decisions are judiciously made with the knowledge that each can impact human psychology. Consider this familiar scenario: At the end of a long workday, there is still a trafficclogged roadway to contend with on the drive home. Fellow commuters are stuck too, growing impatient, irritable, and often distracted. As the minutes tick away, the sky grows darker. By the time the car pulls into the garage, the driver is grumpy, even a bit depressed. Ford lighting designers and engineers say this irritable mental state is, in part, due to poor automobile lighting and the mechanisms humans rely on for coping. The lighting experts at Ford are working to make life a bit brighter. “We know that gradients and homogeneity affect people’s moods,” said Arun Kumar, Ford optics expert and design engineer. “We also know the eye wants to focus on contrast changes and other inconsistencies

in lighting – it’s an automatic function of the brain that can irritate mood.” The latest solution is a LED lighting innovation Ford calls Crystal Diamond Light. The lighting improves efficiency up to 62 percent while lowering cost. It also miniaturizes the fixture, an aesthetic desired by designers. The diamond-like facets of the lens offer even, broad distribution of light. Crystal Diamond Light first debuted on the Ford F-150, and is now migrating to other models, starting with the new Ford Fusion. “The efficiency of this lighting not only helps to stabilize the psyche, but also has the potential to affect global environmental savings,” said Kumar. “As we democratize this lighting innovation to a broader audience, the impact could be significant, with millions of gallons of fuel potentially saved on a global scale.” Consideration of human physiology is also a factor with interior lighting.

Designers and engineers opted to light the Ford vehicle dashboard in Ice Blue™ – a color more easily seen and perceived as brighter by the human eye, and one that cuts through the clutter, explained O’Day.

While Ice Blue is the color of choice for illuminating the Ford dashboard, an available feature for many Ford vehicles allows customers to change ambient lighting colors with in-car controls.

Still, it’s the physiology that matters most to designers.

“Color is one among many factors that make lighting functional and pleasing,” said O’Day. “In the end, it’s really about the eye, what it perceives, and how it affects the driver.”

how to: Decide Who to Vote for U.S. President

“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.” -- John Quincy Adams

While you might believe your one vote out of millions cast won’t make much of a difference, understand that every vote counts, and helping to elect the next president of the United States is a very important civic duty. Are you having trouble deciding who you will choose as the next United States President? Here is a guideline to help you decide who you will pick!

Step 1 Ask yourself some qualifying questions. Who do you feel is a generally honest individual? Strong in character/morals? One that has been up front and honest about all aspects of their life, and past? One that has surrounded themselves with people that you can also respect and trust?

Step 2 Read about their views on issues before they began campaigning for president. Often, this is much more revealing of the true stance on issues than what they say during a campaign.

Step 3 Narrow down who you think has the knowledge and commitment to keep our country safe. One that will support the people that have put their lives on the line, to see that people all around the world have the same opportunities that we are privileged enough to have. The privileges that our founding fathers worked so hard for us to have the opportunity to achieve.

Step 4 Who do you think knows how to grow our economy? Who will see that all people will have the opportunity to work hard, and become prosperous? Who will support what makes our country so great, the philosophy that if you choose to work hard, you will be rewarded for it!

Step 5 Who in your heart- do you feel honestly loves, and is proud of our great United States of America? Who will be a good representative of our country?

Step 6 The US President is the most powerful person in the world. So consider foreign policy and the effect on the world. Which candidate has the most support globally?

Step 7 Who says what they mean, and means what they say? Who do you think is speaking from their heart, and truly cares about the welfare of all of the American people? Who cares more about their country, than their desire to have the title of President?

Step 8 Consider third party candidates. “It’s better to vote for what you want, and not get it, than to vote for what you don’t want, and get it.” Eugene Debs, 1912.

Step 9 Who will be the next President? Your vote counts-please take the time to join in one of your greatest, most important rights of being an American citizen. Vote your conscious- vote informed!

It is that time of the month again and that means the causeway gazette has hit your mail box. February has come and gone with the blink of an eye. We did not have a fierce winter at all; we had a lot of warm days and one bad snow storm. With that all behind us and warm weather ahead, we get into the real out door season. March and April is my personal favorite time of year because of turkey mating season. And when it is turkey mating season you know it is time to get your permits and get out there on the hunt for the biggest bird of the season. Turkey season can be very tuff, if you are not prepared for it. Working in the car business you do not have a lot of time to get everything done you would like to, with preparations. So you are left using the information you gathered from the prior season to plan your hunts. You still need to get out

there and scout out the area you are planning to hunt. Doing this gives you an idea of where the turkeys are traveling and where they are also roosting at night. When you go and scout an area; try to make your presence known as little as possible. Turkeys are very smart animals and can notice things out of place from days before or even hours. Turkeys can also see around a mile through the brush and trees in the woods, so that’s why it is important to stay hidden at all times. There are certain things to pay attention to when you are walking through an area you think has a turkey population. Tracks are one of the biggest things to look for; you will see them on dirt roads and dirt crossings throughout the section of woods with a turkey population. Another thing is what they call “STRUT MARKS”, and this is when a male turkey walks down a road spreading his wings out and the feathers drag on the ground leaving a mark for the female hens. You want to find an area that has both strut marks and tracks. If you set up in an area with a lot of activity such as this, you will have a much better chance of seeing some jakes, and toms aka (Male Turkeys). This is a great time of year to get out there and

explore the outdoors and see new things in nature. You will hear and see things that you would not normally see. Even if you are not a hunter I recommend getting out there just to experience nature first hand. One of my favorite things about turkey season is getting outside in the woods before the sun comes up and listening to the turkeys gobble and call to each other. It is a lot of preparation and hard work to get that big old tom to come in, but when you do there is no better feeling that all your hard work payed off. So once again this is Ryan Tacovsky with Causeway Ford. Get out there and have fun this turkey season, follow all the rules, regulations and please be safe. Also any of my readers that do get out there for turkey week and get some big birds; please feel free to send me over some pictures. I will attach my cell phone number and email. Keep on reading Ocean County and please support NJ fish and wild life so we can hunt and fish for generations to come, have a great Easter as well everyone. to pickup or not to pickup that isBy:the question Jason Halliday

In this article, I’m talking pickup trucks. I’m talking heavy haulers and people movers. I’m talking the newly redesigned 2016 Nissan Titan and 2017 Honda Ridgeline! These are two very different automobiles and I’m going to help you decide the pros and cons of each! Now hold on a minute before you tell me that the Ridgeline is not a “real” truck and read the rest of the article before making your judgments. The 2017 Honda Ridgeline basically started off life as a Honda Pilot and is classified as a Sport Utility Truck (SUT for short). So technically it isn’t a real truck; however, you can still haul stuff around town, tow around 5,000 pounds about the same as a light truck or SUV. The Ridgeline looks great in its newly updated exterior and interior cabin. It takes on queues of the new Pilot in the front design of the grill and lights with a sleek grill and lights with LED’s that are kind of in the shape of horizontal J’s (think like an eyebrow with the ends curling down). They moved the blinkers and Fog Lights together to the bottom of the fender, keeping the same look as the first Ridgeline. They body on a whole looks more “truck” like than any of the Ridgelines before it. Taking ideas from all the domestic giants with more squared off body

panels and chrome accents. There are some very cool ideas that Honda puts into the Ridgeline like the “TruckBed Audio System” oh yeah… you heard me. They actually put three speakers in the back! You can stream Pandora wirelessly from your phone or play a CD (if you still use those). This teamed up with the “In –Bed Trunk” where you can store things or fill with ice and use as a cooler, it even has a drain plug… this makes this the ultimate tailgating vehicle! You also keep the “DualAction Tailgate” that opens kind of like an old Cadillac Ambulance door to the side or like a regular tailgate. The floor in the rear seat area is completely flat so you can fit a 50” TV or a bike with ease. It has the same bulletproof 3.5 V6 as the only engine option with the pilot’s great 4WD system. The interior is softened up with soft materials and carpeting, gone is the day of the rubber floor. There is also a HUGE infotainment system taking

up the dash (if equipped) and it brings the luxuries of the entire Honda line up right into your Ridgeline. With Honda’s reliability and attention to detail, this would be a truck that will go 200,000+ miles. Now onto the star of the show, the brand new 2016 Nissan Titan! This, unlike the Ridgeline is a real truck. You can configure your Titan in a plethora of different configurations to please even the pickiest person. When you talk about the 2016 Titan everyone brings up the same question… What is the Cummins like in this truck? Don’t worry I’ll get into that a bit later! The Titan starts off with an in your face grill kind of like a Super Duty or F-150 grill, this truck borrows heavily from the F-150 (that’s not a bad thing). Everything on the Titan is big from the door handles, to the emblems. Nissan is pulling no punches when it comes to trying to gain market share in the super competitive. Granted will they ever steal the spots from the domestic’s? Probably not, but you never know! This Titan’s are one of the only trucks that are designed and built in the good old USA! It was designed in Michigan, tested in Arizona, built in Mississippi, and powered by Indiana & Tennessee. The interior of the Titan is downright gorgeous! If you get inside the Platinum Reserve you step into a whole new realm of comfort. One of the trims is an amazing Copper and Black theme that is really impressive when you step inside. The center stack has big buttons and dials that are laid out correctly and the Infotainment system is easy and friendly on the user. You can get push button start, heated and cooled front seats, durable w a t e r proof seats, and Laptop storage in the center console. The Bed has LED lighting, an available Titan box for your tools, one handed tailgate, even an integrated “Goose Neck Hitch system that flips a hitch ball right in the middle of the tailgate! This truck is currently available with a 5.0 V8 Cummins Turbo Diesel with an all new Gasoline engine on the way. With its 310hp and 555lb-ft of

torque it can haul over 12,300 lbs towing and hang in there with all of the domestic trucks. This engine is quiet, like really quiet! You almost don’t know its running; I had to turn the radio off to hear it idling. This has a two stage turbo to eliminate turbo lag, a High pressure common rail fuel system from Bosch, and just like most Diesel’s today it actually runs cleaner (literally) than that

car you’re driving thanks to the Diesel Exhaust Fluid. I can go on for an entire article about this truck; you really need to give it a test drive to get a feel for it. These are two totally different trucks that are brought together with one idea in mind, to help you move stuff. One is better at moving people and not so many items but the other does both really well. It just depends if you want the convenience of a pickup without the gas mileage or size of a full size pickup than check out the Ridgeline. If you want to be able to take the family to Church and rip out that annoying tree in front of your house on the way home, than check out the Titan!

Our Gang Invites You to

“Be Our Guest”

By Jennifer Baker – Our Gang member and Causeway Honda Sales Rep

O u r Gang Players is currently in rehearsals to bring you a beast of a show this spring! Our Gang’s Junior Division will transport you back in time to a little town in the French countryside, through the woods to an enchanted castle in their production of Beauty & the Beast Jr. There is no shortage of Disney magic as familiar songs such as ‘Be Our Guest’, ‘Gaston’, and ‘Tale as Old as Time’ will have you dancing (or weeping) in your seat.

movement. Centamore has also choreographed and co-directed High School Musical, 101 Dalmatians, and many junior division shows for Our Gang in the past. Ariana is a student at Stockton University and will graduate with a degree in Theatre Management and hopes to continue her work with children in the field of performing arts. Ariana enlisted the help of Shannon Rabbitt as Stage Manager for this production. Rabbitt has stage managed and been on crew for several Our Gang productions including the recent 38 Seasons of Love Fundraiser. Rabbitt is also the parent of one of the cast members and they have been involved with Our Gang since being introduced 6 years ago. Rabbitt and her daughter, Ryleigh, have enjoyed bonding over their love of theatre ever since. Ariana is also working with student director, Richard Engebretsen, a student at Southern. Assisting Shannon with Stage Crew is another Southern student, Cole Henken. House Mom… I mean, Manager, Darlene Petillo has been

There is also no shortage of talent either! Belle, played by Zinnia Moon, is seeking adventure and boy does she find it in her co-star the Beast, played by Riley Stoops. Moon and Stoops are joined by other Our Gang veterans Frankie Petillo (Cogsworth), Ashley Altman (Madame De La Grande Bouche), Ciara Miller (Babette), and Ryleigh McDonald (Chip) as some of your favorite castle characters! The kids have welcomed Staff Looking over the script (Heather Rudolph-King, Sherry Schnepp, Stacey Schnepp-Stoops, Ariana Centamore, Shannon Rabbitt) Emily and Ethan Kunze as the motherly Mrs. Potts and castle emcee, Lumiere, a huge part of the productions collaboration. Director, Ariana Centamore lovingly refers to ensemble members as “Team Beast” or “Team Gaston”. During rehearsals Team Beast and Team Gaston have an opportunity to obtain rewards by bringing in change for their team. When the change in the jar reaches a certain level a reward, such as a longer break or lollipops, is given to that team. The change is collected as a fundraiser for Our Gang Players and often contributes to the Junior show’s cast party. Team Beast and Team Gaston not only battle it out for change, but will thrill you with their on stage battle as well... which Team will you be rooting for?

Director, Ariana Centamore is also cochoreographing the show with Heather Rudolph-King and they have had their work cut out for them with a cast this size! From the fast paced group numbers to a charming Waltz shared between two, they have really captured the magic of storytelling through

And of course, the woman responsible for giving children a place to express themselves, make friends, learn about the performing arts, come out of their shell, and find their talents is Our Gang Co-Founder and Artisitc Director, Sherry Schnepp. Schnepp, more often referred to as Mama Sherry, was recently honored with a thank you video from members past and present for her dedication these past 38 years. Mama Sherry’s infinite love for these children and concern for their place in the spotlight has kept a community of children returning to perform year after year. Recently, Our Gang opened their costume shop doors for rentals of costumes, props, set pieces, etc. If you or someone you know is interested in renting from them, please visit Our Gang’s website ourgang. org or contact Our Gang for more information. So come out and support Our Gang, support the local arts, and support this enthusiastic cast of children anxiously waiting to perform for you at the Brackman Middle School 550 Barnegat Blvd North, Barnegat, NJ 08005 on April 22nd and 23rd at 7pm and April 24th at 2pm! RYAN KIEVIT Kids Craft: Fireflies

These little fireflies are very simple to make with very little tools involved. The best part: with some LED lights they flicker just like real fireflies in the dark! Supplies: • plastic egg • pipe cleaners in various colors • scissors • awl or piercing tool • glue - (hot glue works best) • googly eyes • led light - or electric tea light • patterned or colored paper Directions: We decided to add a personal touch to our firefly wings. Instead of patterned paper, V colored a blank sheet of paper, then we cut out pieces of her artwork in the shape of wings. We started by cutting one pipe cleaner into 6 even pieces. These are the legs. Using the awl, or a sharp instrument, poke 6 holes (3 holes in a row on each side) into the top part of the egg, the pointed part.

Insert the 6 pipe cleaners into the six holes, pulling a little from the inside of the egg to secure. Bend the pipe-cleaners to make feet.

Child’s Name______________________________________ Age_______________________________________________ Grade___________________________

Next cut the other pipe-cleaner in half. These will be the antennae. Using the awl, or a sharp instrument, poke 2 holes across from each other into the bottom part of the egg, the wide, flat part. Insert the antennae and curl. Next glue on your wings.

Ask The Expert! Specialty Services Are Part of Rehabilitation Offerings at Southern Ocean Medical Center

Southern Ocean Medical Center offers a wide variety of rehabilitation programs and services to help assist patients to recovery from a disease or injury. Depending on the patient’s needs, services are available at inpatient and Jamie Scomak PT outpatient settings. One of the specialty outpatient services provided by a physical therapist that specializes in Pelvic Health Rehabilitation at Southern Ocean Medical Center is treatment for mechanical infertility. Many women today struggle with conception and physiological issues may be to blame. Manual therapy techniques are used to help women with mechanical infertility so they may become pregnant. Scar tissue, fascial restriction, and lymphatic congestion in the pelvic area can be linked to infertility. The protocol addresses pelvic and abdominal adhesions and myofascial restrictions near and at the reproductive organs, congested lymphatic and pelvic ring alignment.

The techniques used are visceral manipulation, muscle mobilization, tenderpoint release, muscle energy technique, and manual lymphatic drainage. This is a hands-on approach that does not require drugs or surgery. The patient arranges several sessions with a physical therapist to eliminate physical barriers and facilitate fertility. Manual therapy is safe and cost effective. Manual therapy is also beneficial for men and women who experience abdominal pain or painful intercourse, but are not trying to become pregnant. These techniques are used on teens and adults that suffer with bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunctions, such as incontinence, constipation and pain. To make an appointment with Jamie Scomak, PT, DPT, CLT, PRPC, call 609-978-3110 or visit Meridian Rehabilitation at Manahawkin at 56 Nautilus Drive, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
