Pedestrian bridge with difficulty finding access from inside the industrial park

Long route to get from the closest town to the industrial park on foot. There are no sidewalks to allow easy transfer from one place to another, rendering them at danger on the side of the road.

Students must walk almost an hour to reach the park, the vehicle return is in front of the school.

The QuerĂŠtaro Industrial Park today has various agreements with hotels in the state to cover the needs of people who come from the outskirts of the city, however these hotels are located at a far distance between 15 to 25 minutes from the place. The hotel in this space seeks to cover the needs of these users, bringing them closer to where they need and saving commute times.
