El proyecto se divide en 3 fases para llevar a cabo. La primera fase se plantea que el mercado sea el principal elemento para generar recursos, al igual que un tercio del ecobulevar, esto para que la gente empiece a familiarizarse con el proyecto. La segunda fase será fase de producción, en la que ya se generan recursos alimenticios para poder ofrecer en el mercado, al igual que el ágora se plantea en esta fase para iniciar la regeneración del predio 1. Y finalmente la tercera fase estará enfocada en lo social, esto para dar un espacio recreativo para la comunidad.
PHASES
The project is divided into 3 phases to carry out. The first phase proposes that the market be the main element to generate resources, like a third of the eco-boulevard, so that people begin to become familiar with the project. The second phase will be the production phase, in which food resources are already generated to be able to offer in the market, just as the agora is proposed in this phase to start the regeneration of area to intervene 1. And finally, the third phase will focus on social, this to provide a recreational space for the community.
