SITE ANALYSIS

nzรกle Av. Epigmenio Go

SITE ANALYSIS Industry

The site is located on the outskirts of the city center, which developed as an industrial zone, since the railroad tracks cross right through the center. As a consequence of the growth of the city, this area became a place with neighborhoods completely divided into north and south by the tracks.

rban axis canfores

Railway ad

rsid

ve Uni Av.

The train continues to provide cargo service to factories and industries inside and outside the city. Therefore, it is that a division is generated in the Park, limiting the connection between the northern and southern neighborhoods. This also generates a perception of insecurity, since the streets are abandoned for several hours of the day.
