A fresh take
Mulpha has expanded its hospitality assets at Sanctuary Cove with the recent purchase The Cove Tavern and Anchor Buoy Restaurant & Bar. Josh Blair, Hospitality and Gaming Operations General Manager with Mulpha International, who also in charge of The Cove Tavern, said the group had exciting plans to re-develop the existing venues to cater for families and locals. The Cove will be focusing on dining, with a new menu and traditional pub style entertainment such as Sunday Live music from 1pm on the grassed areas in front of the Tavern; Tuesday Night Trivia hosted by Triple M’s Spida Everett and good old fashioned weekly Thursday Night Raffles. There will be an upgrade to the Anchor Buoy Restaurant & Bar offering with new ‘Anchor Buoy Nights’ coming soon.
